技术领域：
本发明涉及一种浇铸设备，特别是一种浇铸用的孕育剂料斗。
背景技术：
现有浇铸时孕育剂的添加采用手持料斗进行添加，这种人工添加的料斗劳动强度大，也不安全。
发明内容：
本发明目的是提出一种加料方便、省力和安全的一种浇铸用的孕育剂料斗。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是，一种浇铸用的孕育剂料斗，包括料斗，其特征在于：在铁水包出铁水口端的前、后侧壁上各设有一支撑板，所述料斗的前、后侧壁上的横杆分别转动支撑在所述前后支撑板上端的孔中，所述料斗的底板上设有出料口，此底板的上表面设有凹槽，此凹槽的一侧开口，闸板滑配在所述底板的凹槽中，此闸板上设有外伸的手柄。
本发明与现有技术比较具有操作方便、省力和安全的显著优点。

具体实施方式： 
本发明为克服现有手工添加孕育剂的缺陷，采用下述技术方案，料斗4的前、后侧壁上分别固定一横杆，在铁水包1的出铁水口2端的前后壁上各固定有一支撑板3，此支撑板伸出铁水包口，上述料斗上的横杆外端头转动支撑在所述支撑板上端的孔中，所述料斗的底板5上设有出料口7，此底板的上表面上设有凹槽，此凹槽的一侧开口，闸板6滑配在上述底板的凹槽中，所述闸板上设有手柄外伸于所述料斗的底板。
本发明的操作方法，根据浇铸零件的要求将一定量的孕育剂加入料斗中，当铁水包开始浇筑零件时，手持闸板手柄向外拉动一距离，料斗内的孕育剂从料斗底板孔流到铁水中进入铸模腔，操作简便、省力且安全。

1.一种浇铸用的孕育剂料斗，包括料斗，其特征在于：在铁水包出铁水口端的前、后侧壁上各设有一支撑板，所述料斗的前、后侧壁上的横杆分别转动支撑在所述前后支撑板上端的孔中，所述料斗的底板上设有出料口，此底板的上表面设有凹槽，此凹槽的一侧开口，闸板滑配在所述底板的凹槽中，此闸板上设有外伸的手柄。
