背景技术
内嵌式触摸屏(In cell Touch Panel)为触摸屏和显示屏集成为一体的触摸显示屏。即触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极集成在显示屏中,内嵌式触摸屏可同时实现触控和图像显示的功能。由于内嵌式触摸屏具有结构简单、轻、薄,成本低等的特点,已经逐渐成为显示技术领域的主流。
在内嵌式触控技术中,常见的触摸驱动电极和触摸感应电极为在阵列基板与黑色矩阵对应的区域增加与栅极扫描线相平行的电极和与数据信号线相平行的电极。具体地,参见图1,为现有内嵌式触摸屏,包括:多条横向分布的栅极扫描线10、多条纵向分布的数据信号线20,以及栅极扫描线10和数据信号线20围设而成的子像素单元,如图1中的红色子像素单元(R)、绿色子像素单元(G)和蓝色子像素单元(B);多个子像素单元呈矩阵排列;还包括位于相邻的两个子像素单元之间与栅极扫描线10相平行的触摸驱动电极30,以及位于相邻的两个子像素单元之间与数据信号线20相平行的触摸感应电极40。
由于触摸驱动电极30和触摸感应电极40与栅极扫描线10和数据信号线20同一次工艺制作而成,触摸驱动电极30和触摸感应电极40为不透明的电极,且位于相邻子像素单元之间的非显示区域。
图1所示的内嵌式触摸屏,由于栅极扫描线和触摸驱动电极需要保持一定距离以保证相互绝缘,数据信号线与触摸感应电极需要保持一定距离以保证相互绝缘。因此,各子像素单元的开口率较低。
发明内容
本发明实施例提供了一种内嵌式触摸屏及显示装置,用以提高内嵌式触摸屏的开口率。
本发明实施例提供的一种内嵌式触摸屏,包括相对而置的上基板和下基板,还包括:设置于所述上基板和所述下基板之间的黑矩阵层和触摸感测结构层;其中,
所述触摸感测结构层的图形在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内;
所述触摸感测结构层包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极与第二触摸感测电极;在触控时间段,对所述第一触摸感测电极加载触控扫描信号,所述第二触摸感测电极耦合所述触控扫描信号并输出;或对所述第二触摸感测电极加载触控扫描信号,所述第一触摸感测电极耦合所述触控扫描信号并输出。
本发明实施例提供的上述内嵌式触摸屏,在上基板和下基板之间增加了用于实现触控功能的触摸感测结构层,该触摸感测结构层包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极与第二触摸感测电极,增加的触摸感测结构层的图形在下基板上的正投影位于黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内,可以避免占用像素单元的开口率。
较佳地,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,所述黑矩阵层位于所述上基板面向所述下基板的一侧,在所述黑矩阵层上还设置有彩色树脂层;
所述触摸感测结构层位于所述上基板与所述黑矩阵层之间,或位于所述黑矩阵层与所述彩色树脂层之间,或位于所述彩色树脂层之上。
较佳地,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,所述第一触摸感测电极由相互独立的多个第一触摸感测子电极组成,所述第一触摸感测子电极与所述第二触摸感测电极间隔排列;属于同一第一触摸感测电极且位于所述第二触摸感测电极两侧的第一触摸感测子电极通过桥接线电性相连;或,
所述第二触摸感测电极由相互独立的多个第二触摸感测子电极组成,所述第二触摸感测子电极与所述第一触摸感测电极间隔排列;属于同一第二触摸感测电极且位于所述第一触摸感测电极两侧的各第二触摸感测子电极通过桥接线电性相连。
具体地,为了避免影响显示的开口率,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,所述桥接线在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,为了避免各第一触摸感测电极之间产生信号干扰,相邻的两个所述第一触摸感测电极之间设置有第一浮空电极;和/或,为了避免各第一触摸感测电极之间产生信号干扰,相邻的两个所述第二触摸感测电极之间设置有第二浮空电极。
具体地,为了避免影响显示的开口率,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,所述第一浮空电极在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内;所述第二浮空电极在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内。
具体地,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,所述第一触摸感测电极和第二触摸感测电极的材料为金属材料或透明导电氧化物材料。
本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括本发明实施例提供的上述内嵌式触摸屏。

具体实施方式
本发明实施例提供了一种内嵌式触摸屏及显示装置,用以提高内嵌式触摸屏的开口率。
首先简单介绍下内嵌式触摸屏的工作原理。
交叉排列的电极阵列之间形成的电容为投射电容式也称耦合电容,当手指触碰触摸屏时,手指改变了相邻电极之间的耦合电容,通过检测触摸点耦合电容的变化值确定触摸点位置。
本发明实施例提供的内嵌式触摸屏,在上基板和下基板之间增加了用于实现触控功能的触摸感测结构层,该触摸感测结构层包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极与第二触摸感测电极,增加的触摸感测结构层的图形在下基板上的正投影位于黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内,可以避免占用像素单元的开口率,且第一触摸感测电极和第二触摸感测电极设置在同一层可以减小触摸屏的厚度。
本发明实施例提供的一种内嵌式触摸屏,如图2所示,包括相对而置的上基板1和下基板2,还包括:设置于上基板1和下基板2之间的黑矩阵层3和触摸感测结构层4;其中,
触摸感测结构层4的图形在下基板2上的正投影位于黑矩阵层3的图形所在区域内;
触摸感测结构层4如图3a和图3b所示,具体包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极41与第二触摸感测电极42;在触控时间段,对第一触摸感测电极41加载触控扫描信号,第二触摸感测电极42耦合触控扫描信号并输出;或对第二触摸感测电极42加载触控扫描信号,第一触摸感测电极41耦合触控扫描信号并输出。
在具体实施时,第一触摸感测电极41可以是触摸感应电极(Rx,receive),第二触摸感测电极42对应地是触摸驱动电极(Tx,Transport);反之,第一触摸感测电极41也可以是触摸驱动电极Tx,第二触摸感测电极42对应地是触摸感应电极Rx,在此不做限定。并且,第一触摸感测电极41和第二触摸感测电极42由于被黑矩阵层3的图形遮挡,因此,在具体实施时,可以采用诸如氧化铟锡(ITO)的透明导电氧化物材料制作,也可以采用诸如Al和Mo的金属材料制作,在此不作赘述。
具体地,本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,如图2所示,可以应用于彩色树脂层5(如图2中R、G、B树脂层)和黑矩阵层3设置在与下基板2相对的上基板1即彩膜基板的结构,各彩色树脂层5通过黑矩阵层3的图形相互隔开,当然,也可以应用于彩色树脂层和黑矩阵层设置在下基板中的结构,在此不做限定。下面都是以上基板1为彩膜基板的结构为例对本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏进行说明。
具体地,在上基板1面向下基板2的一侧设置黑矩阵层3,在黑矩阵3上设置彩色树脂层5;在具体实施时,触摸感测结构层4可以设置在上基板1面向下基板2的一侧,具体地,触摸感测结构层4可以位于上基板1与黑矩阵层3之间,也可以位于黑矩阵层3与彩色树脂层5之间,还可以如图2所示位于彩色树脂层5之上。此外,触摸感测结构层4还可以设置在下基板2面向上基板1的一侧,在此不做限定。
具体地,为了保证在触摸感测结构层4中第一触摸感测电极41和第二触摸感测电极42交叉设置,在具体实施时,可以将第一触摸感测电极41设置为沿横向延伸,第二触摸感测电极42设置为沿纵向延伸,反之亦可。下面都是以第一触摸感测电极41为沿横向延伸,第二触摸感测电极42沿纵向延伸为例进行说明的。
在具体实施时,为了保证在触摸感测结构层4中第一触摸感测电极41和第二触摸感测电极42同层设置且相互绝缘,因此,如图3a所示,第一触摸感测电极41可以由相互独立的多个第一触摸感测子电极411组成,第一触摸感测子电极411与第二触摸感测电极42间隔排列;属于同一第一触摸感测电极41且位于第二触摸感测电极42两侧的第一触摸感测子电极411通过桥接线412电性相连。并且,由于桥接线412与第一触摸感测子电极411位于不同层,可以通过过孔413连接,桥接线412与第二触摸感测电极42相互绝缘。
或者,在另一实例中,如图3b所示,第二触摸感测电极42由相互独立的多个第二触摸感测子电极421组成,第二触摸感测子电极421与第一触摸感测电极41间隔排列;属于同一第二触摸感测电极42且位于第一触摸感测电极41两侧的各第二触摸感测子电极421通过桥接线422电性相连。并且,由于桥接线422与第二触摸感测子电极421位于不同层,可以通过过孔423连接,桥接线422与第一触摸感测电极41相互绝缘。
在上述两个实例中,为了保证连接各第一触摸感测子电极411的桥接线412和连接各第二触摸感测子电极421的桥接线422不占用开口率,一般将桥接线412和422设置为与黑矩阵层的图形重合,即桥接线412和422在下基板2上的正投影位于黑矩阵层3的图形所在区域内。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的桥接线与第一触摸感测电极和第二触摸感测电极位于不同层,因此,桥接线可以设置在相邻的两层具有绝缘作用的膜层之间,另外,桥接线也可以和黑矩阵层同层设置,在此不做限定。
进一步地,在本发明实施例提供的上述触摸屏中,为了防止各第一触摸感测电极41之间产生信号干扰,如图3a所示,在相邻的两个第一触摸感测电极41之间还可以设置有第一浮空电极6。在触控时间段,将第一浮空电极6接地。
同理,为了防止各第二触摸感测电极42之间产生信号干扰,如图3b所示,在相邻的两个第二触摸感测电极42之间还可以设置有第二浮空电极7。在触控时间段,将第二浮空电极7接地。
并且,为了保证增加的第一浮空电极6和第二浮空电极7不占用开口率,优选地,第一浮空电极6和第二浮空电极7设置为与黑矩阵层的图形重合,即如图3a所示,第一浮空电极6在下基板2上的正投影位于黑矩阵层3的图形所在区域内;第二浮空电极7在下基板2上的正投影位于黑矩阵层3的图形所在区域内。
参见图4,为实现图像显示和触摸功能的时序图,具体说明本发明实施例提供的内嵌式触摸屏的工作原理。
图4中,V-sync为时序信号。包括n条栅线,分别为栅线1(Gate1)、栅线2(Gate2)……栅线m(Gate m)、栅线m+1(Gate m+1)、栅线m+2(Gate m+2)、栅线m+3(Gate m+3)、栅线n-1(Gate n-1)、栅线n(Gate n)。还包括数据线Date。n条触摸驱动电极(T1、T2,……,Tn)的时序,以及n条触摸感应电极(R1、R2,……,Rn)的时序。
设显示一帧图像的时间为16.7ms,如图4所示,前11.7ms为显示时间段,后5ms为触控时间段;在具体实施过程中,前11.7ms内依次为栅线施加栅电压,同时依次为数据线施加数据信号,实现图像显示。后5ms内为栅线、数据线施加低电平信号,使得与栅线相连的TFT关断。依次为触摸驱动电极Tx施加一定触摸驱动电压V1,以及同时为触摸感应电极Rx施加恒定电压或交流电压V0。施加有电压V0的触摸感应电极和施加有电压V1的触摸驱动电极之间形成电容,实现触摸功能。
上述显示时间段的11.7ms以及触控时间段的5ms只是为了说明本发明所示的一个个例,在具体实现过程中,显示时间段的不限于为11.7ms,触摸时间段不限于为5ms。
需要说明的是,本发明实施例提供的内嵌式触摸屏,可以集成在TN模式的液晶显示面板,或高级超维场转换(ADS,Advanced Super Dimension Switch)模式的液晶显示面板。ADS模式是平面电场宽视角核心技术,其核心技术特性描述为:通过同一平面内狭缝电极边缘所产生的电场以及狭缝电极层与板状电极层间产生的电场形成多维电场,使液晶盒内狭缝电极间、电极正上方所有取向液晶分子都能够产生旋转,从而提高了液晶工作效率并增大了透光效率。ADS模式的开关技术可以提高TFT-LCD产品的画面品质,具有高分辨率、高透过率、低功耗、宽视角、高开口率、低色差、无挤压水波纹(push Mura)等优点。针对不同应用,ADS技术的改进技术有高透过率I-ADS技术、高开口率H-ADS和高分辨率S-ADS技术等。
基于同一发明构思,本发明实施例还提供了一种显示装置,包括本发明实施例提供的上述内嵌式触摸屏,该显示装置可以为:手机、平板电脑、电视机、显示器、笔记本电脑、数码相框、导航仪等任何具有显示功能的产品或部件。该显示装置的实施可以参见上述内嵌式触摸屏的实施例,重复之处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的上述内嵌式触摸屏及显示装置,在上基板和下基板之间增加了用于实现触控功能的触摸感测结构层,该触摸感测结构层包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极与第二触摸感测电极,增加的触摸感测结构层的图形在下基板上的正投影位于黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内,可以避免占用像素单元的开口率。
显然,本领域的技术人员可以对本发明进行各种改动和变型而不脱离本发明的精神和范围。这样,倘若本发明的这些修改和变型属于本发明权利要求及其等同技术的范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变型在内。

Claims (8)

1.一种内嵌式触摸屏,包括相对而置的上基板和下基板,其特征在于,还包括:设置于所述上基板和所述下基板之间的黑矩阵层和触摸感测结构层;其中,
所述触摸感测结构层的图形在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内;
所述触摸感测结构层包括:同层设置、相互绝缘且交叉设置的第一触摸感测电极与第二触摸感测电极;在触控时间段,对所述第一触摸感测电极加载触控扫描信号,所述第二触摸感测电极耦合所述触控扫描信号并输出;或对所述第二触摸感测电极加载触控扫描信号,所述第一触摸感测电极耦合所述触控扫描信号并输出。
2.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,所述黑矩阵层位于所述上基板面向所述下基板的一侧,在所述黑矩阵层上还设置有彩色树脂层;
所述触摸感测结构层位于所述上基板与所述黑矩阵层之间,或位于所述黑矩阵层与所述彩色树脂层之间,或位于所述彩色树脂层之上。
3.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,所述第一触摸感测电极由相互独立的多个第一触摸感测子电极组成,所述第一触摸感测子电极与所述第二触摸感测电极间隔排列;属于同一第一触摸感测电极且位于所述第二触摸感测电极两侧的第一触摸感测子电极通过桥接线电性相连;或,
所述第二触摸感测电极由相互独立的多个第二触摸感测子电极组成,所述第二触摸感测子电极与所述第一触摸感测电极间隔排列;属于同一第二触摸感测电极且位于所述第一触摸感测电极两侧的各第二触摸感测子电极通过桥接线电性相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,所述桥接线在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内。
5.如权利要求1所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述第一触摸感测电极之间设置有第一浮空电极;和/或,
相邻的两个所述第二触摸感测电极之间设置有第二浮空电极。
6.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,所述第一浮空电极在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内;
所述第二浮空电极在所述下基板上的正投影位于所述黑矩阵层的图形所在区域内。
7.如权利要求1-5任一项所述的触摸屏,其特征在于,所述第一触摸感测电极和第二触摸感测电极的材料为金属材料或透明导电氧化物材料。
8.一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-7任一项所述的内嵌式触摸屏。
