Abstract
本发明公开了一种冰箱门防下垂结构，冰箱门体以单侧铰链固定在冰箱箱体的一侧板上，其特征是：在门体顶边与冰体顶框之间设置限位销，以限位销限制门体顶边相对于箱体顶框的竖向移位。本发明可以使冰箱门得到良好的支撑，避免变形、移位和下垂等不良现象的发生，保证冰箱的使用性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱门，更具体地说是冰箱门防下垂结构。
背景技术
冰箱门主要包括发泡体、门封条和托盘，在托盘上放满了物品时，整个门体的重量甚至会达到10-20kg。尤其是玻璃门冰箱，其门体重量更大。与此同时，已有技术中用于支撑门体的结构包括：门侧铰链，以及门体封体与冰箱侧板之间磁性吸附。显然，这一结构形式并不足以支撑冰箱门体的重量，长期使用必然会造成门体变形、移位和下垂等问题，这些问题的出现会影响冰箱的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处，提供一种冰箱门防下垂结构，以使冰箱门得到良好的支撑，避免变形、移位和下垂等不良现象的发生，保证冰箱的使用性能。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案：
本发明冰箱门防下垂结构的特点是：
本发明冰箱门防下垂结构，冰箱门体以单侧铰链固定在冰箱箱体的一侧板上；本发明的结构特点是：在门体顶边与冰体顶框之间设置限位销，以所述限位销限制门体顶边相对于箱体顶框的竖向移位。
本发明冰箱门防下垂结构的结构特点也在于：
所述限位销的结构形式是：在门体顶边固定设置一带有销孔的销孔板，在箱体顶框对应位置处设置一可插入在销孔板上销孔中、并在销孔板中得到竖向限位的水平销。
所述限位销设置在离开单侧铰链所在一侧的位置上。
与已有技术相比，本发明有益效果体现在：
1、本发明以限位销为冰箱门体提供了良好的支承，可有效防止冰箱门体的下移，避免门体变形，保证冰箱的使用性能。
2、本发明是以销的形式实现限位，只在水平销插入或退出销孔板的销孔时适当加大开关门的力度即可完成操作，简单方便。

具体实施方式
参见图1、图2和图3，本实施例中，冰箱门体1以单侧铰链固定在冰箱箱体2的一侧板上，在门体顶边与箱体顶框之间设置限位销，以限位销限制门体顶边相对于箱体顶框的竖向移位，以形成对于冰箱门体的支撑，防止变形。
如图2和图3所示，具体实施中，限位销设置在离开单侧铰链所在一侧的位置上，以此获得更有力的支撑；本实施例是在冰箱门体1的顶边固定设置一带有销孔3的销孔板4，在箱体顶框对应位置处设置一可插入在销孔板上销孔3中、并在销孔板4中得到竖向限位的水平销5。
当冰箱门体关闭时，水平销插入在销孔中，如图2所示，有效减轻了门体铰链及门封条的重量负荷。为了增加操作的灵活性，可以在水平销的前端面设置倒角，开门即成如图3所示。

1.一种冰箱门防下垂结构，冰箱门体以单侧铰链固定在冰箱箱体的一侧板上，其特征是：在门体顶边与冰体顶框之间设置限位销，以所述限位销限制门体顶边相对于箱体顶框的竖向移位。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门防下垂结构，其特征是：所述限位销的结构形式是：在门体顶边固定设置一带有销孔的销孔板，在箱体顶框对应位置处设置一可插入在销孔板上销孔中、并在销孔板中得到竖向限位的水平销。
3.根据权利要求1所述的冰箱门防下垂结构，其特征是：所述限位销设置在离开单侧铰链所在一侧的位置上。
