Abstract

本发明公开了一种流量可调式鸭嘴阀,包括阀体和设于阀体内的流量调节器,阀体依次包括进口段、弹性扁锥状的过渡段及弹性扁平状的出口段,所述流量调节器包括相互套接的外管和内管;外管内壁与连接段的外壁之间设有供介质流通的间隙,连接段的侧壁上设有至少一与间隙连通的分流孔;外管下端部设有供介质流出的出口孔,出口孔置于过渡段12内;连接段下端部具有用于封堵该出口孔的封堵端。可根据需要调节流量大小,以适用不同的工作环境;2.通过设于阀体内的流量调节器,改变了介质的流通轨迹,使阀嘴处的缝隙不会因大面积的介质流通而变形,延长了使用寿命。

流量可调式鸭嘴阀
技术领域
本发明涉及阀门制造领域,尤其是涉及一种流量可调式鸭嘴阀。
背景技术
现有的柔性鸭嘴止回阀是一种只允许介质做单向流动的阀门,广泛运用于水、气等各种介质的输送;其采用弹性材质制成,扁平状的阀嘴处具有一缝隙,当介质受压穿过阀体时,该缝隙张开,介质顺利通过阀体;当阀体停止工作时,阀体内外压平衡或者外压大于内压时,缝隙依靠弹力和外压作用下闭合,阻止介质回流进阀体,达到止回的作用。
近几年,鸭嘴止回阀被运用于污水处理的曝气池内使用,气体经曝气管传输至鸭嘴止回阀,经由鸭嘴阀的阀嘴处喷入池体内;鸭嘴阀于曝气池内24小时不间断工作,阀嘴处缝隙长期处于受力张开状态,加之阀体本身的材质易老化或被腐蚀,导致缝隙越来越大,最终失去弹力,使阀体无法闭合紧密,池内的水倒流进阀体内而损坏阀门,故而出现曝气池内曝气不均匀的现象。
发明内容
本发明为了克服现有技术的不足,提供一种可防止长时间使用造成阀嘴变形现象的流量可调式鸭嘴阀。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:一种流量可调式鸭嘴阀,包括阀体和设于阀体内的流量调节器,阀体依次包括进口段、弹性扁锥状的过渡段及弹性扁平状的出口段,所述流量调节器包括相互套接的外管和内管;外管内壁与连接段的外壁之间设有供介质流通的间隙,连接段的侧壁上设有至少一与间隙连通的分流孔;外管下端部设有供介质流出的出口孔,出口孔置于过渡段12内;连接段下端部具有用于封堵该出口孔的封堵端;连接段和/或内管上设有用于控制该封堵端与出口孔间距的调节结构。
作为优选,所述调节结构为设于连接段外壁的外螺纹和设于外管内壁的内螺纹。
所述外管的外端部设有凸出于阀体延长段,所述内管与介质输送管连接。
所述外管内壁上与连接段接触处为沿外管径向设置的凸圈。
或进一步的,所述调节结构为设于套设于连接段上的锁紧螺母,该锁紧螺母的一端与连接段连接,另一端与外管的外端部连接。
所述分流孔为由内向外沿介质流动方向倾斜的斜孔。
所述封堵端的端部设有密封垫圈,所述出口孔上与封堵端对应处设有密封圈。
进一步的,所述阀体的进口段的内壁和/或外壁为粗糙面。
所述阀体的进口段外围设有加强箍。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:1.可根据需要调节流量大小,以适用不同的工作环境;2.通过设于阀体内的流量调节器,改变了介质的流通轨迹,使阀嘴处的缝隙不会因大面积的介质流通而变形,延长了使用寿命;3.通过控制流体的流量,从而使得水池的曝气氧量达到充分的利用,大大增加了微生物活性;4.彻底解决了整池曝气不均匀的问题,使整池曝气达到充分均匀;5.由于氧量得到充分利用,提高了净化效率,降低了生产成本,具有明显的节能降耗作用。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的人员更好的理解本发明方案,下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。
如图1所示,一种流量可调式鸭嘴阀,包括阀体1和设于阀体1内的流量调节器,阀体1依次包括进口段11、弹性扁锥状的过渡段12及弹性扁平状的出口段13,所述流量调节器包括相互套接的外管2和内管3,内管3下端具有被外管2包覆的连接段31;外管2内壁与连接段的外壁之间设有供介质流通的间隙23,具体的,所述外管2内壁上与连接段31接触处(即外管的外端部),设有一圈沿外管2径向设置的凸圈25,通过该凸圈与连接段进行连接,故而外管的内端与连接段之间即可形成一定的间隙23供介质流通,显然,也可以将外管的内端设置成锥形,同样可以产生间隙;连接段的侧壁上对称分布有两个与间隙23连通的分流孔32,外管2下端部设有供介质流出的出口孔22,且该出口孔置于过渡段12内,连接段下端部具有用于封堵该出口孔22的封堵端33;该流量调节器的设置,改变了介质的流通轨迹,从原先的扩散性向出口段排出,到现在的集中式向局部流出,减小了对出口段13周边的冲击力,避免了出口段因介质的长时间且全面性的冲击而导致的开裂、失去弹性等问题;改进后的鸭嘴阀集中了介质的流通方向,介质从阀体出口段的中间流出,两侧的张开幅度没有原先那么大,故而出口段周边受到的冲击力减小很多,有效避免因张开过渡而失去恢复力的问题,长时间在曝气池使用,无需更换,亦不会出现曝气不均匀现象;连接段和/或内管上设有用于控制该封堵端33与出口孔22间距的调节结构,该调节结构可调节内外管之间的配合距离,向内移动内管或向外移动外管,均可改变内外管之间的配合距离,进而改变出口孔22与封堵端33之间间距,以调节介质的流量大小;当封堵端33与出口孔22紧密配合时,阀门关闭,当封堵端33与出口孔22之间距离拉大时,介质流通量较大,可以根据不同的使用环境调节流量,如根据污水池内有机物含量的不同进行调节曝气程度,给予微生物最合适的曝气量,省去了更换阀门的麻烦,节约了成本,提高了工作效率;
具体的,所述调节结构为设于连接段外壁的外螺纹和设于外管内壁的内螺纹。于其他实施例中,所述调节结构为设于套设于连接段上的锁紧螺母,该锁紧螺母的一端与连接段连接,另一端与外管的外端部连接,需要调节流量时,松开锁紧螺母,移动内外管之间的距离后,再次旋紧锁紧螺母即可;
在本实施例中,采用的是内管与介质的输送管(如曝气管)连接的方式,外管的外端部具有伸出于阀体1外的延长段24,这种连接方式调整流量方便,调整时,可以通过旋转该延长段24来调整流量,避免了旋拧阀体而导致阀体与外管之间的连接松动;对内管与外管接触处的配合气密性要求较高,也可以在内管与连接段之间设置密封垫圈;显然,将内管整体包覆于外管内,外管与输送管连接,这种连接方式也属于本发明的保护范围,不过其流量调整不方便。还有一种也是选用内管与输送管连接,但外管并无延长段,故而输送管的外壁与阀体连接,需要流量调节时,从阀嘴内进入旋拧外管进行调节,亦不是特别方便,但同样可以达到延长使用寿命的效果。
进一步的,为了有利于介质流通,所述分流孔32为由内向外沿介质流动方向倾斜的斜孔,出口孔为内大外小的锥形孔,有利于集中介质的喷射出来的力度。
所述封堵端33的端部设有密封垫圈34,所述出口孔22上与封堵端33对应处设有密封圈25,以提高气密性,当内管下端推至外管端部时,实现阀门的封堵,当阀体的阀嘴处损坏无法止回时,可以通过封堵端封堵而实现关闭阀门,相较于传统的无法关闭的鸭嘴阀,更加安全,具有更好的实用性。
所述阀体的进口段11具有网格状的粗糙内壁111和粗糙外壁112,有利于内壁与外管或者输送管之间的配合,外壁设为粗糙,利于加强箍的固定,防止阀体进口端开裂,延长使用寿命。
显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都应当属于本发明保护的范围。

Claims (9)

1.一种流量可调式鸭嘴阀,包括阀体(1)和设于阀体(1)内的流量调节器,阀体(1)依次包括进口段(11)、弹性扁锥状的过渡段(12)及弹性扁平状的出口段(13),其特征在于:所述流量调节器包括相互套接的外管(2)和内管(3),内管(3)下端具有被外管(2)包覆的连接段(31);外管(2)内壁与连接段的外壁之间设有供介质流通的间隙(23),连接段的侧壁上设有至少一与间隙(23)连通的分流孔(32);外管下端部设有供介质流出的出口孔(22),该出口孔置于过渡段(12)内,连接段下端部具有用于封堵该出口孔(22)的封堵端(33),连接段和/或内管上设有用于控制该封堵端(33)与出口孔(22)间距的调节结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述调节结构为设于连接段外壁的外螺纹和设于外管内壁的内螺纹。
3.根据权利要求2所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述外管的外端部设有凸出于阀体(1)延长段(24),所述内管与介质输送管连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述外管(2)内壁上与连接段(31)接触处为沿外管(2)径向设置的凸圈(25)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述调节结构为设于套设于连接段上的锁紧螺母,该锁紧螺母的一端与连接段连接,另一端与外管的外端部连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述分流孔(32)为由内向外沿介质流动方向倾斜的斜孔。
7.根据权利要求1所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述封堵端(33)的端部设有密封垫圈(34),所述出口孔(22)上与封堵端对应处设有密封圈(25)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的进口段(11)的内壁(111)和/或外壁(112)为粗糙面。
9.根据权利要求8所述的流量可调式鸭嘴阀,其特征在于:所述阀体的进口段(11)外围设有加强箍。
