本发明提供了一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构,其使得脱模过程中制品和浇口自动完成分离,提高了模具的生产效率。其包括前模、后模,所述前模、后模之间为型腔,所述型腔内为产品,所述型腔的一侧连通浇口结构,所述浇口结构位于所述型腔的侧部,其还包括产品顶针,所述产品顶针的下端贯穿所述后模后紧固于所述面针板、底针板所形成的整体结构内,其特征在于:浇口顶针的上端顶装于所述浇口结构,所述浇口顶针的下端位于所述面针板、底针板形成的安装腔内,所述浇口顶针的下端支承于延迟针的上端面,所述延迟针的下端面贯穿所述底针板后支承于底座,所述延迟针的上部为圆柱台结构,所述圆柱台结构位于所述安装腔内。

技术领域
本发明涉及产品模具的结构技术领域,具体为一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构。
背景技术                                                         
制品采用侧浇口的方式进胶,模具结构是不能自动断浇口的,制品和浇口是连在一起的,这就需要后续加工使得制品和浇口分离,其使得模具的生产效率低。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构,其使得脱模过程中制品和浇口自动完成分离,提高了模具的生产效率。
一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构,其技术方案是这样的:其包括前模、后模,所述前模、后模之间为型腔,所述型腔内为产品,所述型腔的一侧连通浇口结构,所述浇口结构位于所述型腔的侧部,其还包括产品顶针,所述产品顶针的下端贯穿所述后模后紧固于所述面针板、底针板所形成的整体结构内,其特征在于:浇口顶针的上端顶装于所述浇口结构,所述浇口顶针的下端位于所述面针板、底针板形成的安装腔内,所述浇口顶针的下端支承于延迟针的上端面,所述延迟针的下端面贯穿所述底针板后支承于底座,所述延迟针的上部为圆柱台结构,所述圆柱台结构位于所述安装腔内,所述圆柱台结构的下端面和所述安装腔的下端面留有间距。
其进一步特征在于:
所述浇口结构的下部位于所述后模的部分设置有倒扣结构。
采用本发明的结构后,脱模时,前模、后模分离后,面针板、底针板的上升,此时产品顶针被带动上升,但是由于延迟针的上部为圆柱台结构,所述圆柱台结构位于所述安装腔内,所述圆柱台结构的下端面和所述安装腔的下端面留有间距,使得支承于延迟针上端面的浇口顶针不会立刻上升,此时脱模过程中制品和浇口自动完成分离,直到圆柱台结构的下端面压桩于安装腔的下端面时,浇口顶针才将浇口结构顶出,完成模具内的制品、浇口结构的脱模,其使得脱模过程中制品和浇口自动完成分离,提高了模具的生产效率。

见图1,其包括前模1、后模2,前模1、后模2之间为型腔3,型腔3内为产品,型腔3的一侧连通浇口结构4,浇口结构4位于型腔3的侧部,其还包括产品顶针5,产品顶针5的下端贯穿后模2后紧固于面针板6、底针板7所形成的整体结构内,其特征在于:浇口顶针8的上端顶装于浇口结构4,浇口顶针8的下端位于面针板6、底针板7形成的安装腔9内,浇口顶针8的下端支承于延迟针10的上端面,延迟针10的下端面贯穿底针板7后支承于底座11,延迟针10的上部为圆柱台结构12,圆柱台结构12位于安装腔9内,圆柱台结构12的下端面和安装腔9的下端面留有间距D,浇口结构4的下部位于后模2的部分设置有倒扣结构13,其使得前模1、后模2脱模时,浇口结构4位于后模2内,不会粘前模1。

1.一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构,其包括前模、后模,所述前模、后模之间为型腔,所述型腔内为产品,所述型腔的一侧连通浇口结构,所述浇口结构位于所述型腔的侧部,其还包括产品顶针,所述产品顶针的下端贯穿所述后模后紧固于所述面针板、底针板所形成的整体结构内,其特征在于:浇口顶针的上端顶装于所述浇口结构,所述浇口顶针的下端位于所述面针板、底针板形成的安装腔内,所述浇口顶针的下端支承于延迟针的上端面,所述延迟针的下端面贯穿所述底针板后支承于底座,所述延迟针的上部为圆柱台结构,所述圆柱台结构位于所述安装腔内,所述圆柱台结构的下端面和所述安装腔的下端面留有间距。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种自动断侧浇口的模具顶出机构, 其特征在于:所述浇口结构的下部位于所述后模的部分设置有倒扣结构。
