Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑料平板及其制作方法,所述塑料平板包括:发泡塑料层,内部存在有若干气泡,所述发泡塑料层由可发泡塑料材料射出成型;外观表皮层,自然披覆于发泡塑料层上表面和下表面的至少一面上,所述外观表皮层由树脂经双料共射出成型机而与发泡塑料层共同射出成型。本发明不仅可以节省现有需另外黏贴木纹外观表皮而二次加工的麻烦,以简化制程,也可有效提升以塑代木的使用而达到生态环保的要求。

塑料平板及其制作方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域,尤其涉及一种塑料平板及其制作方法。
背景技术
塑料材料射出成型方式已运用广泛,且具有成本较低廉及加工制程更容易上的优势,但由于塑料材料本身具有高度收缩性,是以对于需要高强度的产品而言是较难达成的,一般设计以厚度来补强强度,如此不仅将增加材质使用量及体积大小,且塑料材料在防震或隔音方面的效果相较逊色,尤其要应用在音箱或扬声器等壳体时更是困难,于是一种利用可发泡塑料材质射出成型的技术旋即被应用发展,其内部所存在的气泡以达到隔音或防震功能。
发泡射出成型时,在发泡塑料产品之表面将拥有无数的气泡及孔隙,不太雅观,故一般需二次加工,在产品外表面黏贴一木纹皮层或其他外观表皮层手续,以增加美观效果,如此才能达到商品化的要求。
参图1所示为现有仿木制品的剖面示意图,该仿木制品主要包括有发泡塑料层10及仿木表层14,其中该发泡塑料层10由发泡射出成型技术将可发泡塑料材料制成,其内部存在有复数个可作为防震或隔音功效的气泡16,而仿木表层14(或外观表皮层)将再次加工借由一黏胶黏附层12而黏贴于发泡塑料层10的外表层,如此以达到外观美化之效果。
如此的制作方法,虽然可达到将发泡塑料产品美化饿效果,但毕竟还需再加上一黏贴的加工制程,不仅不方便及增加成本支出,且黏贴效果经过长时间的使用也有脱落的问题。
有鉴于此,为了解决上述技术问题,有必要提供一种塑料平板及其制作方法。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种塑料平板及其制作方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种塑料平板,所述塑料平板包括:
发泡塑料层,内部存在有若干气泡,所述发泡塑料层由可发泡塑料材料射出成型;
外观表皮层,自然披覆于发泡塑料层上表面和下表面的至少一面上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述外观表皮层由树脂经双料共射出成型机而与发泡塑料层共同射出成型。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述树脂还掺杂有木粉,而成为具有木纹效果的仿木表层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述树脂还掺杂有色粉,而成为具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述树脂材质为PP、PE、或ABS。
相应地,一种塑料平板的制作方法,所述方法包括:
S1、将树脂置放于双料共射出成型机的外置物筒内,并在其中添加木粉,再经由外进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成具有木纹效果的仿木表层;
S2、将可发泡塑料材料置放于双料共射出成型机的内置物筒内,并经由内进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成内部存在有若干气泡的发泡塑料层;
S3、待可发泡塑料材料与树脂注入整个模穴内射出成型且冷却后退模,具有木纹效果的仿木表层将自然形成于发泡塑料层的上表面和下表面的至少一面上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述可发泡塑料材料与树脂以同时间共同注入方式注入至模穴内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述可发泡塑料材料与树脂系以间隔注入方式分别注入模穴内。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述步骤S1中还加入有色粉,形成具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述树脂材质为PP、PE、或ABS。
本发明的有益效果是,本发明塑料平板及其制作方法不仅可以节省现有需另外黏贴木纹外观表皮而二次加工的麻烦,以简化制程,也可有效提升以塑代木的使用而达到生态环保的要求。

具体实施方式
现在结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。这些附图均为简化的示意图,仅以示意方式说明本发明的基本结构,因此其仅显示与本发明有关的构成。
参图2所示,本发明的一种塑料平板,具体包括:
发泡塑料层20,内部存在有若干气泡,发泡塑料层由可发泡塑料材料射出成型;
外观表皮层24,自然披覆于发泡塑料层上表面和下表面的至少一面上,外观表皮层由树脂经双料共射出成型机而与发泡塑料层共同射出成型。优选地,可以在上表面和下表面上均设置外观表皮层。
进一步地,本发明中的树脂还可以掺杂有木粉,而使得外观表皮层24成为具有木纹效果的仿木表层。
进一步地,本发明中的树脂还可以掺杂有色粉,而使得外观表皮层24成为具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
相应地,本发明的塑料平板的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、将树脂置放于双料共射出成型机的外置物筒内,并在其中添加木粉,再经由外进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成具有木纹效果的仿木表层;
S2、将可发泡塑料材料置放于双料共射出成型机的内置物筒内,并经由内进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成内部存在有若干气泡的发泡塑料层;
S3、待可发泡塑料材料与树脂注入整个模穴内射出成型且冷却后退模,具有木纹效果的仿木表层将自然形成于发泡塑料层的上表面和下表面的至少一面上。
在本发明的一实施方式中,可发泡塑料材料与树脂以同时间共同注入方式注入至模穴内。
在本发明的另一实施方式中,可发泡塑料材料与树脂系以间隔注入方式分别注入模穴内。
进一步地,步骤S1中还加入有色粉,形成具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
当然,本发明并不限定使用于仿木材料,其外置物筒内也可使用如聚丙烯(PP)、聚乙烯(PE)、或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物(ABS)等树脂材料,且掺杂的木粉也可选择可形成特殊色彩效果之色粉(未显示),同样在共射出成型后会在其外表面层形成其它颜色或特殊效果,当然,此特殊色彩效果并不限定为单一原色,也可为多种色彩的组合。且,其应用不限定于音箱,如建材、家居产品、或栈板等均可适用。
以音箱为例,具有复数个气泡的发泡塑料层由发泡塑料材料射出成型,而自然形成包覆在外表面的仿木表层则由仿木材料共射出成型,两者间并不存在有一黏胶黏附层,因此可快速制成而大量使用于音箱或扬声器材料中,不仅具有天然木材所特有的高刚性、防震、或隔音效果的发泡塑料层,且外表面又具有木纹外观效果的仿木表层,故可全面取代木材材料使用,兼具环保生态之效果。
综上所述,本发明塑料平板及其制作方法主要利用双料共射出成型方式在一模穴内同时射出外观表皮层及发泡塑料层,当冷却退模时,即可在发泡塑料层外表面自然形成包裹的外观表皮层,不仅可以节省现有需另外黏贴木纹外观表皮而二次加工的麻烦,以简化制程,也可有效提升以塑代木的使用而达到生态环保的要求。

Claims (10)

1.一种塑料平板,其特征在于,所述塑料平板包括:
发泡塑料层,内部存在有若干气泡,所述发泡塑料层由可发泡塑料材料射出成型;
外观表皮层,自然披覆于发泡塑料层上表面和下表面的至少一面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料平板,其特征在于,所述外观表皮层由树脂经双料共射出成型机而与发泡塑料层共同射出成型。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料平板,其特征在于,所述树脂还掺杂有木粉,而成为具有木纹效果的仿木表层。
4.根据权利要求2所述的塑料平板,其特征在于,所述树脂还掺杂有色粉,而成为具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
5.根据权利要求2所述的塑料平板,其特征在于,所述树脂材质为PP、PE、或ABS。
6.一种塑料平板的制作方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
S1、将树脂置放于双料共射出成型机的外置物筒内,并在其中添加木粉,再经由外进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成具有木纹效果的仿木表层;
S2、将可发泡塑料材料置放于双料共射出成型机的内置物筒内,并经由内进料管及浇注口而注入模具的模穴内,形成内部存在有若干气泡的发泡塑料层;
S3、待可发泡塑料材料与树脂注入整个模穴内射出成型且冷却后退模,具有木纹效果的仿木表层将自然形成于发泡塑料层的上表面和下表面的至少一面上。
7.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述可发泡塑料材料与树脂以同时间共同注入方式注入至模穴内。
8.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述可发泡塑料材料与树脂系以间隔注入方式分别注入模穴内。
9.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1中还加入有色粉,形成具有色彩效果的外观表皮层。
10.根据权利要求6所述的制作方法,其特征在于,所述树脂材质为PP、PE、或ABS。
