本发明公开了一种浮动接头，包括接头体，在接头体的外侧套装有套体，套体与接头体之间设有轴向限位件和防止相对转动的限位件，套体与接头体之间有径向间隙，套体的侧面与镗杆端头固定连接。本发明的浮动接头，安装时，镗杆端头与套体固定连接，接头体与镗床主轴端头固定连接，套体相对于接头体有径向间隙，主轴带动镗杆转动时镗杆相对于接头体（主轴）有一定量的浮动，可消除镗杆可能出现的应力，明显提高了工件的加工精度，提高了加工质量，延长了使用寿命，整体结构简单。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种接头，特别是一种浮动接头，用于镗削机床的镗杆与主轴之间的连接。
背景技术
镗削机床包括主轴，主轴与安装刀具的镗杆端头固定连接，主轴转动时，镗杆带动刀具一起转动，刀具对工件进行镗削。这种结构的镗杆连接方式属于刚性连接，加工时，镗杆很容易出现不必要的应力，影响加工精度和加工质量。
发明内容
本发明的目提供一种结构简单、镗杆相对于主轴有一定量径向间隙、镗杆保持浮动状态、提高加工精度的加工质量的浮动接头，克服现有技术的不足。
本发明的浮动接头，包括接头体，在接头体的外侧套装有套体，套体与接头体之间设有轴向限位件和防止相对转动的限位件，套体与接头体之间有径向间隙，套体的侧面与镗杆端头固定连接。
所述的轴向限位件是在接头体的端头固定连接有压盖，压盖压在套体上；所述的防止相对转动的限位件是在接头体上套装有过渡盘，接头体端头的边沿侧面固定有第一连接键，第一连接键刚好位于过渡盘周边上的键槽内，过渡盘的侧面与套体的端面之间设有第三连接键。
本发明的浮动接头，安装时，镗杆端头与套体固定连接，接头体与镗床主轴端头固定连接，套体相对于接头体有径向间隙，主轴带动镗杆转动时镗杆相对于接头体（主轴）有一定量的浮动，可消除镗杆可能出现的应力，明显提高了工件的加工精度，提高了加工质量，延长了使用寿命，整体结构简单。

具体实施方式
如图1所示：1为接头体，在接头体1的外侧套装有套体4，套体4与接头体1之间设有轴向限位件和防止相对转动的限位件，套体4与接头体1之间有径向间隙16，套体4的侧面与镗杆8端头通过第二螺栓5固定连接。在套体4与镗杆8端头之间设有第二连接键9，第二连接键9通过第四螺栓10与套体4的端面固定连接。
上述的轴向限位件是在接头体1的端头通过第三螺栓7固定连接有压盖6，压盖6压在套体4上，压盖6刚好位于套体4中心部位的止口槽内。
上述的防止相对转动的限位件是在接头体1上套装有过渡盘13，过渡盘13与接头体1之间有第二间隙17。接头体1端头的边沿18侧面通过第一螺栓2固定有第一连接键3，第一连接键3刚好位于过渡盘13周边上的键槽内，过渡盘13的侧面与套体4的端面之间设有第三连接键12。
在接头体1内孔处设有与供冷却介质装置相接的冷却管11，冷却管11与接头体1之间有第一间隙15。工作时，可通过供冷却介质装置向冷却管11内供冷却介质，冷却介质通过冷却管11流向前端的镗杆8中心孔内，对刀具进行冷却。
安装时，镗杆8端头与套体4固定连接，接头体1与镗床主轴端头通过第止螺栓14固定连接，套体4相对于接头体4有径向间隙，主轴带动接头体1转动，接头体1依次带动第一连接键3、过渡盘13、第三连接键12、套体4、第二连接键9、镗杆8转动，镗杆8转动时相对于接头体1（主轴）有一定量的径向浮动，可消除镗杆8可能出现的应力，明显提高了工件的加工精度，提高了加工质量，延长了使用寿命，整体结构简单。

Claims (2)

1.一种浮动接头，其特征在于：包括接头体（1），在接头体（1）的外侧套装有套体（4），套体（4）与接头体（1）之间设有轴向限位件和防止相对转动的限位件，套体（4）与接头体（1）之间有径向间隙（16），套体（4）的侧面与镗杆端头固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的浮动接头，其特征在于：所述的轴向限位件是在接头体（1）的端头固定连接有压盖（6），压盖（6）压在套体（4）上；所述的防止相对转动的限位件是在接头体（1）上套装有过渡盘（13），接头体（1）端头的边沿侧面固定有第一连接键（3），第一连接键（3）刚好位于过渡盘（13）周边上的键槽内，过渡盘（13）的侧面与套体（4）的端面之间设有第三连接键（12）。
