Abstract

本发明公开一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,包括本体、带螺纹的拉杆、压块和偏心手柄,其特征在于,所述压块设置于所述本体的一侧,所述拉杆分别穿过所述压块和所述本体,所述拉杆的一端与所述偏心手柄活动连接,所述拉杆的另一端穿出所述本体并与盖形螺母螺纹配合;通过旋转所述盖形螺母来调节所述压块和所述本体的间距来适用不同大小的导轨。本发明有如下优点:即使是在枪械射击状态下,仍然可以保持锁紧状态而不会松脱,从而保证了机构可靠、实用。

Description

一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置。 
【背景技术】
枪械在使用中,通常通过具有偏心结构的锁紧装置将瞄具、支架、枪托或其它附件锁紧在枪械的导轨上。但在现有实际应用中,由于导轨偏小或者偏大而导致有些枪械配件不能通过锁紧装置锁紧,同时,现有锁紧装置在使用中存在很容易松脱的问题,这就给枪械的使用带来不便,甚至可能会导致严重失误的后果。 
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服以上所述的现有技术存在的不足,提供一种能通过调节以适用于不同大小型号的导轨、并且具有防松脱功能的快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置。 
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,包括本体、拉杆、压块和偏心手柄,所述压块设置于所述本体的一侧,所述拉杆分别穿过所述压块和所述本体,所述拉杆的一端与所述偏心手柄活动连接,所述拉杆的另一端穿出所述本体并与盖形螺母螺纹配合,通过旋转所述盖形螺母来调节所述压块和所述本体的间距来适用不同大小的导轨。 
所述盖形螺母通过六边形的相对两边卡入所述本体上的卡槽内,且所述卡槽两侧边卡住所述盖形螺母,来防止盖形螺母在锁紧后转动松脱。 
所述拉杆为带螺纹的拉杆,以利于与盖形螺母配合。 
所述偏心手柄与所述拉杆连接端设置有凸起,当转动时,所述凸起压迫所述压块与所述本体开始锁紧,所述盖形螺母通过六边形的相对两边卡入所述本体侧面的卡槽内,来防止盖形螺母在锁紧后转动松脱。 
所述偏心手柄设有安装孔,所述安装孔内活动连接所述扳手,所述扳手与所述安装孔底部之间安装弹簧,所述拉杆与所述偏心手柄连接端部设有缺 口,所述扳手一端设置延伸出来的与所述所述缺口相配合的卡舌。 
所述扳手被所述销钉穿过固定在安装孔内。 
所述弹簧通过所述弹簧座压入所述偏心手柄的安装孔内,所述弹簧座头部装在所述扳手的槽内,安装方便,且结构牢靠。 
所述偏心手柄在转动到与所述拉杆垂直位置时,当所述偏心手柄旋转至于所述拉杆垂直时,所述卡舌在弹力作用下会自动卡在所述拉杆的缺口处,从而防止偏心手柄转动。 
所述扳手被按压到底后,所述扳手的卡舌翘起脱离所述拉杆的缺口。 
所述偏心手柄锁紧压块时的锁紧力是可调的,转动所述盖形螺母可以调节所述拉杆的配合长度,通过配合长度变化来改变所述压块和所述本体之间的锁紧力。 
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:通过旋转所述盖形螺母来调节所述拉杆的配合长度,通过配合长度变化来改变所述压块和所述本体之间的锁紧力和距离。所以本发明能通过调节以适用于不同大小的导轨,并且锁紧压块;由于所述盖形螺母是正六边形,且在所述本体上有一个槽与正六边形配合,通过所述盖形螺母卡在槽内来防止所述盖形螺母的松动,从而起到防松脱作用;所述偏心手柄在转动到与所述拉杆垂直位置后,与扳手一体的卡舌能锁紧所述压块并且所述扳手在弹力作用下会自动卡在所述带螺纹的拉杆的缺口处,防止偏心手柄松脱;即使是在枪械射击状态下,仍然可以保持锁紧状态而不会松脱,从而保证了机构可靠、实用。

【具体实施方式】
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细的说明。 
一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,如图1-4所示,其包括本体9、带螺纹的拉杆1、压块8、沉头螺钉3、扳手2、盖形螺母10、弹簧5、弹簧座4、销钉6和偏心手柄7。所述压块8设置于所述本体9的一侧与所述本体9相配合,用于夹持固定在导轨上,所述拉杆1分别穿过所述压块8和所述本体9,且所述拉杆的一端部1与所述偏心手柄7通过所述沉头螺钉3活动连接,所述拉杆1的另一端穿出所述本体9并与盖形螺母10螺纹配合,通过旋转所述盖形螺母10来调节所述压块8和所述本体9的间距来适用不同大小的导轨,同时也可以调节所述偏心手柄7对所述压块8的锁紧力。其中所述拉杆1为带螺纹的拉杆,通过螺纹与所述盖形螺母10螺纹连接。 
优选的,所述偏心手柄7与所述拉杆1连接端设置有凸起,当转动时,所述凸起压迫所述压块8与所述本体9开始锁紧时,所述盖形螺母10通过六边形的相对两边卡入所述本体9侧面的卡槽内,且所述卡槽两侧边卡住所述盖形螺母10。来防止盖形螺母在锁紧后转动松脱。所述本体9侧面的卡槽可以卡住所述盖形螺母10的相对两边,防止其转动松脱。 
所述偏心手柄7设有安装孔,所述安装孔内活动连接所述扳手2,所述扳手2与所述安装孔底部之间安装弹簧5,所述拉杆1与所述偏心手柄7连接端部设有缺口11,所述扳手2一端设置延伸出与所述缺口11相配合的卡舌12,所述偏心手柄7在转动到与所述拉杆1垂直位置时,能锁紧所述压块8并且所述扳手2的卡舌12在弹力作用下会自动卡在所述口11处,从而防止偏心手柄7转动。在按压所述扳手2到底后,所述扳手2的卡舌12才会脱离所述拉杆1的缺口11,这时,方可向外转动所述偏心手柄7,松开所述压块8与所述本体9,操作非常简便,且可靠耐用。其中扳手2与所述卡舌12为一体结构,结构简单可靠,且装配容易。所述扳手2被所述销钉3穿过固定在安装孔内。所述弹簧5通过所述弹簧座4压入所述偏心手柄7的安装孔内。所述弹簧座4头部装在所述扳手2的槽内,在弹力的作用下,所述卡舌12卡在所述拉杆1的缺口处,从而防止手柄转动。所述弹簧5为向上设置,用于使扳手卡舌卡住缺口11,整体零配件少,转配方便。 
尽管本发明是参照具体实施例来描述,但这种描述并不意味着对本发明 构成限制。参照本发明的描述,所公开的实施例的其他变化,对于本领域技术人员都是可以预料的,这种的变化应属于所属权利要求所限定的范围内。 

Claims (9)

1.一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,包括本体、带螺纹的拉杆、压块和偏心手柄,其特征在于,所述压块设置于所述本体的一侧,所述拉杆分别穿过所述压块和所述本体,所述拉杆的一端与所述偏心手柄活动连接,所述拉杆的另一端穿出所述本体并与盖形螺母螺纹配合。
2.按照权利要求1所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述盖形螺母通过六边形的相对两边卡入所述本体上的卡槽内,且所述卡槽两侧边卡住所述盖形螺母。
3.按照权利要求1所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述拉杆为带螺纹的拉杆。
4.按照权利要求3所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述偏心手柄与所述拉杆连接端设置有凸起,当转动时,所述凸起压迫所述压块与所述本体开始锁紧,所述盖形螺母通过六边形的相对两边卡入所述本体侧面的卡槽内。
5.按照权利要求1所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述偏心手柄设有安装孔,所述安装孔内活动连接所述扳手,所述扳手与所述安装孔底部之间安装弹簧,所述拉杆与所述偏心手柄连接端部设有缺口,所述扳手一端设置延伸出来的与所述所述缺口相配合的卡舌。
6.按照权利要求5所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述扳手被所述销钉穿过固定在安装孔内。
7.按照权利要求5所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述弹簧通过所述弹簧座压入所述偏心手柄的安装孔内,所述弹簧座头部装在所述扳手的槽内。
8.按照权利要求5所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述偏心手柄在转动到与所述拉杆垂直位置时,当所述偏心手柄旋转至于所述拉杆垂直时,所述卡舌在弹力作用下会自动卡在所述拉杆的缺口处。
9.按照权利要求5所述的一种快速锁紧并防松脱的锁紧装置,其特征在于,所述扳手被按压到底后,所述扳手的卡舌翘起脱离所述拉杆的缺口。
