Abstract

一种带有搅拌装置的钢桶，属于盛装油漆所用的容器。在钢桶桶盖中间设有桶口，桶口上设有盖子；在桶口底部设有中心钻孔的上固定件，与上固定件相对的桶底设有中心钻孔的下固定件，在下固定件的中心孔内设有耐磨损件；在上下固定件之间设有连接螺旋桨的桨杆，所述桨杆的上端部插入上固定件中间的孔内，桨杆的下端部插入耐磨损件内。其效果是：在桶内安装搅拌器，在盛装的油漆不排放的情况下实施搅拌熟化，减少了二次污染和节省了工时，使用非常方便。

技术领域
本发明属于盛装油漆所用的容器。
背景技术
油漆厂生产的桶装油漆产品，在使用前都要对桶内油漆进行搅拌，搅拌均匀后才能使用。而传统的钢桶仅仅具有包装功能，用于油漆的包装运输，无法实现对桶内油漆的搅拌。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决现有技术的问题，而提供一种带有搅拌装置的钢桶，它不但可以盛装油漆，而且可以实现对桶内油漆进行搅拌。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种带有搅拌装置的钢桶，在钢桶桶盖中间设有桶口，桶口上设有盖子；在桶口底部设有中心钻孔的上固定件，与上固定件相对的桶底设有中心钻孔的下固定件，在下固定件的中心孔内设有耐磨损件；在上下固定件之间设有连接螺旋桨的桨杆，所述桨杆的上端部插入上固定件中间的孔内，桨杆的下端部插入耐磨损件内。
以上所述螺旋桨设置在桨杆底部位置。
本发明特点和效果是：在桶内安装搅拌器，在盛装的油漆不排放的情况下实施搅拌熟化，减少了二次污染和节省了工时，使用非常方便。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明是在传统钢桶1内部增加了螺旋桨6和与螺旋桨6相连接的桨杆5，在钢桶1的桶盖2中间开设桶口，桶口上设有盖子3。参见附图2，在桶口的底部焊接一圆状冲压件，冲压件中心钻孔，形成上固定件4。把桨杆5上端插入上固定件4的中心孔内固定。参见附图3，在桶口相对的钢桶底部同样焊接一圆状冲压件，在冲压件中心钻孔，形成下固定件8。在下固定件8孔内安装尼龙材料制成的耐磨损件7，将桨杆5下部杆端插入耐磨损件7内，使桨杆5约束在钢桶1内。
盛装油漆后，需要旋转工作时，打开桶口上的盖子3，然后将桨杆5上端连接旋转动力装置，驱动螺旋桨6旋转，搅动桶内油漆，直到搅拌均匀。当然，本发明不单单用于盛装油漆，同样适用于盛装其他流体物质，其使用效果同样理想。

1.一种带有搅拌装置的钢桶，其特征是：在钢桶桶盖中间设有桶口，桶口上设有盖子；在桶口底部设有中心钻孔的上固定件，与上固定件相对的桶底设有中心钻孔的下固定件，在下固定件的中心孔内设有耐磨损件；在上下固定件之间设有连接螺旋桨的桨杆，所述桨杆的上端部插入上固定件中间的孔内，桨杆的下端部插入耐磨损件内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带有搅拌装置的钢桶，其特征是：所述螺旋桨设置在桨杆底部位置。
