本发明公开了一种光伏组件在线外观检验装置,包括成对设置的双导轨,在双导轨下方设置有镜子,在双导轨的输入端安装有输入输送带,在双导轨的输出端安装有输出输送带,在双导轨上设置有若干对间隔设置的万向球,万向球的自身支架固定安装在双导轨上、且万向球可绕自身支架360°旋转,在双导轨外侧还安装有挡板。采用上述装置,在检验过程中,可以方便地检验到光伏组件上被双导轨遮挡的部分,使光伏组件的在线外观检验表面从90%提高至100%,不会发生漏检。

技术领域
本发明涉及光伏组件生产技术领域,尤其涉及一种光伏组件在线外观检验装置。
背景技术
晶体硅太阳能电池主要由光伏组件组成,光伏组件在加工制作中,需要将各组成部分叠层铺设固定,而后将叠层铺设好的光伏组件送入层压机中,在高温真空环境下对其进行胶粘固化。光伏组件在层压前需要对其进行外观检验,这样可以及时将不合格的光伏组件挑出并返工,以防止不良的光伏组件被送入层压机中进行下一步的层压工序,造成不必要的加工,以降低返工成本。使用传统的在线外观检验装置时,光伏组件直接放置在导轨上,在导轨下方设置有镜子,通过镜子观察光伏组件的下表面是否存在表面不良现象,由于光伏组件与导轨接触部分的表面被导轨遮挡,使得这部分的表面不能被观察到,容易导致漏检。
发明内容
本发明所需解决的技术问题是:提供一种检测全面、可靠的光伏组件在线外观检验装置。
为解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:所述光伏组件在线外观检验装置,包括成对设置的双导轨,在双导轨下方设置有镜子,在双导轨的输入端安装有输入输送带,在双导轨的输出端安装有输出输送带,在双导轨上设置有若干对间隔设置的万向球,万向球的自身支架固定安装在双导轨上、且万向球可绕自身支架360°旋转,在双导轨外侧还安装有挡板;光伏组件通过输入输送带输送至双导轨上方、并由万向球支撑光伏组件,光伏组件在外力的作用下可在万向球上移动,并通过输出输送带送出。
本发明的有益效果是:采用上述装置,在检验过程中,可通过对光伏组件施加外力使光伏组件在万向球上移动,从而通过镜子可以观察到光伏组件的整个下表面,不会发生漏检。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及优选实施例对本发明所述的技术方案作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、图2所示,本实施例所述的光伏组件在线外观检验装置,包括成对设置的双导轨3,在双导轨3上设置有若干对间隔设置的万向球2,本实施例中,在双导轨3上安装有五对万向球2,万向球2的自身支架固定安装在双导轨3上,且万向球2可绕自身支架360°旋转,在双导轨3下方设置有镜子4,镜子4与双导轨3之间存在一定的距离,在双导轨3的输入端安装有输入输送带51,在双导轨3的输出端安装有输出输送带52,在双导轨3的外侧还安装有挡板6、以防止光伏组件1移出双导轨3外。
工作时,光伏组件1放置在输入输送带51上,并通过输入输送带51输送至双导轨3的上方、由万向球2支撑光伏组件1,这时,可以通过镜子4观察检验光伏组件1的下表面,在检验过程中,可以对光伏组件1施加外力,使得光伏组件1在万向球2上沿所需方向移动,这样可以将光伏组件1上被双导轨3遮挡的部分移动至可被观察检验的位置,从而可以通过镜子4观察检验被双导轨3遮挡部分的光伏组件,全部检验完毕后,对光伏组件1施加外力,使得光伏组件1在外力的作用下朝着输出端移动,最终使光伏组件1通过输出输送带52送出。
采用上述装置,在检验过程中,可以方便地检验到光伏组件1上被双导轨3遮挡的部分,使光伏组件的在线外观检验表面从90%提高至100%,不会发生漏检。

1.光伏组件在线外观检验装置,包括成对设置的双导轨,在双导轨下方设置有镜子,在双导轨的输入端安装有输入输送带,在双导轨的输出端安装有输出输送带,其特征在于:在双导轨上设置有若干对间隔设置的万向球,万向球的自身支架固定安装在双导轨上、且万向球可绕自身支架360°旋转,在双导轨外侧还安装有挡板;光伏组件通过输入输送带输送至双导轨上方、并由万向球支撑光伏组件,光伏组件在外力的作用下可在万向球上移动,并通过输出输送带送出。
