急性渗出性胸膜炎是一种临床常见结核病，该病病程长，病情复杂，治疗时间长，目前国内外常用抗结核药联合用激素治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎，近年来由于不规律用药而导致的难治及原发耐药菌感染的结核病逐渐增多，在急性渗出性胸膜炎治疗方法上，人们多在寻求高效、安全，可替代抗结核药的治疗方法，但这些治疗方法均存在疗效不理想，副作用大的问题，而中药治疗具有疗效稳定，可减少西药的毒副作用及不良反应。

本发明的目的在于提供一种治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：功劳叶11-13、党参3-4、丹参2-4、三七5-7、生石膏1-3、葶苈子4-6、橘络8-10、旋复花5-8、五灵脂3-5、大枣5-7、甘遂2-4、黄芩4-6、拐枣2-4、猪毛七1-3、筋骨草3-5、通花根2-4、冬苋菜5-7和兔耳风7-9。
治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份为：功劳叶12、党参3.5、丹参3、三七6、生石膏2、葶苈子5、橘络9、旋复花6.5、五灵脂4、大枣6、甘遂3、黄芩5、拐枣3、猪毛七2、筋骨草4、通花根3、冬苋菜6和兔耳风8。
用量和用法：服用本发明的汤剂，每日一剂，3个月为一疗程。

实施例1：治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其组成原料的重量份（g）为：功劳叶12、党参3.5、丹参3、三七6、生石膏2、葶苈子5、橘络9、旋复花6.5、五灵脂4、大枣6、甘遂3、黄芩5、拐枣3、猪毛七2、筋骨草4、通花根3、冬苋菜6和兔耳风8。
用量和用法：服用本发明的汤剂，每日一剂，3个月为一疗程。
典型病例：
病例1：张某，男，56岁，素有慢性胃炎，感冒后身热口渴，咳嗽吐痰，胸痛，呼吸困难，检查胸腔有积液，脉弦滑微数，舌质红，苔黄腻，诊断为急性渗出性胸膜炎；服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用2个月后，咳嗽减轻，痰量减少，症状明显减轻，继续服用两个疗程，胸部畅通，自觉症状完全消除，痊愈。
病例2：邓某，男，68岁，患急性渗出性胸膜炎5余年，伴咳、痰、喘憋3余年，加重1年，经西医常规治疗，效果不佳；服用本发明的中药组合物，每日一剂，服用一个疗程后，咳嗽明显减轻，继续服用两个疗程后，各种症状完全消失，痊愈。

2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗急性渗出性胸膜炎的中药组合物，其特征在于其组成原料的重量份为：功劳叶12、党参3.5、丹参3、三七6、生石膏2、葶苈子5、橘络9、旋复花6.5、五灵脂4、大枣6、甘遂3、黄芩5、拐枣3、猪毛七2、筋骨草4、通花根3、冬苋菜6和兔耳风8。
