本发明是应用在铁路客车和其它领域里的双电 机式感应子发电机,其特征是主发电机转子和副发电 机转子固定在同一轴上,主、副发电机有各自的定子 铁心,绕组以及励磁线圈。该发电机能够同时输出两 个负载工作电压,而且这两个电压可以单独调整。这 样可以提高发电机的利用率,提高用电器的使用寿 命。

Description

本发明是应用在铁路客车和其它领域里的双电机式感应子发电机。
我们查阅了苏联《ТРАНСПОРТ》出版社,一九八五年出版的《З ЕКТРО-И РАДИО-ОБОРУДОВАНИЕ ПАССАЖИРСКИХ ВАГОНОВ》第43、49~50页中所介绍的2ГВ-003型客车发电机。这种电机是一种单电机,双绕组,双输出电压的轴向励磁感应子发电机,该发电机在同一定子铁心中嵌放两套绕组,励磁线圈安装在两个端盖上,组成一套励磁绕组。由于只有一套励磁绕组,两种输出电压不能单独调节,对蓄电池的充电电压不能随蓄电池的环境温度及充电程度而单独调整。这样降低了蓄电池的使用寿命。
鉴于已有技术存在的问题,本发明能够同时输出两个工作电压,并且两个输出电压能够单独调整。这样可以延长用电器和蓄电池的使用寿命,提高发电机的利用率。
本发明的特点是:主发电机转子1与副发电机转子3固定在同一转轴2上,构成同轴双电机,主发电机电枢绕组8嵌于主定子铁心5上,主定子铁心固定在主发电机机壳6上,构成主发电机定子,主发电机励磁绕组7通过支承件14固定在主发电机机壳上。副发电机电枢绕组11与励磁绕组12嵌于副发电机定子铁心10上,副发电机定子铁心固定在副发电机机壳9上,构成副发电机定子。
本发明双电机式感应子发电机和上述已有技术  优点和积极效果。本发明双电机式感应子发电机所采用的结构是:主发电机是轴向励磁式,主、副发电机是径向励磁的双发电机,这样,主、副发电机各有独立的励磁系统和磁路,磁路互不相干扰,输出电压由主、副电机本身的电枢绕组匝数和励磁系统决定,所以两个输出电压能够单独调节。如应用在铁路客车上,可以使发电机对蓄电池的充电电压能随蓄电池的环境温度和充电程度而单独调整,同时能够提供稳定的负载工作电压。这样可以提高蓄电池和用电器的使用寿命。
图1中示出了双电机式感应子发电机的实施例。主发电机转子与副发电机转子固定在同一转轴上,构成同轴双电机,主发电机电枢绕组嵌于两段主定子铁心上,两段主定子铁心固定在主发电机机壳上,构成主发电机定子。主发电机励磁绕组通过支承件固定在主发电机机壳上,轴向,在主发电机两段定子铁心中间。副发电机电枢绕组与励磁绕组嵌于副发电机定子铁心上,副发电机定子铁心固定在副发电机机壳上,构成副发电机定子。

1、一种由转子、电枢和励磁线圈构成的感应子发电机,其特征是主发电机转子和副发电机转子固定在同一轴上,主、副发电机有各自的定子铁心,绕组以及励磁线圈,主、副发电机的输出电压可以单独调整。
