技术领域
醇基涂料用于铸造领域,对砂芯(坭芯)的表面进行细化、强化作用。
背景技术
铸造领域用砂芯使用醇基涂料后,都是采用热风干燥固化的、能源浪费较大,小批量时采用点燃干燥固化方法,但存在安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明采用反转式夹挂输送线,加上进风负压引风机,阻止易燃气体的回流倒燃,解决砂芯向下挂置烧结影响强度的难题,使用醇基涂料自身的溶剂燃烧固化、干燥砂芯,并在烟囱管上安装了热交换器,更有效地利用了能源;成为节能减排的新机器。

实施方式
如图所示,砂芯(1)经醇基涂料后夹挂在反转式吊挂输送线(11)上;引风机(9)安装在燃烧式固化箱进料口前端,吸风口安装在烟囱管(2)换热器上方,工作时吸入缺氧的烟囱(2)尾气,出风口对着刚反转的砂芯(8);砂芯(8)在进入燃烧式固化箱(10)前经引风机(9)的缺氧风吹扫下避免了早燃与倒燃现象的发生;烟囱管(2)中安装了热交换器(5),换热器(5)进出水管(6)、(7)与烟囱(2)管壁固定;把排放中的热能收集转换成热水(6);排气管(3)下口大于烟囱管(2),起到拔风作用,有效加大燃烧式固化箱(10)的进风口风力,进一步起到防止进料口早燃、倒燃现象的发生;砂芯(8)在燃烧式固化箱中利用自身涂料中的含醇溶剂经点燃后烧结固化;燃烧后产生的热能由安装在烟囱中的换热器(5)吸热置换成热水由(6)供至热水箱,接水盘(1)安置在换热器下方,防止换热器冷凝结露水滴落损伤产品。砂芯(8)燃烧固化后输运出燃烧固化箱(10),再经反转式吊挂线(11)反转向下;完成醇基涂料的节能型燃烧固化的流程,冷却后砂芯由工人取下。

2.一种利用吊挂式输送线反转砂芯进行烧结固化的生产线。
3.一种装有利用醇基涂料溶剂烧结固化产生的尾气转换成热水的生产线。
4.一种装有尾气引风机对醇基涂料砂芯吹风防倒燃的装置。
5.一种由夹挂反转输运装置与防倒燃引风机、燃烧式固化箱烟囱热能换热器组成的醇基涂料燃烧固化生产线。
