[0002] 燃煤锅炉就是燃料为燃煤的锅炉,是指经过燃煤在炉膛中燃烧释放热量,把热媒水或其它有机热载体加热到一定温度(或压力)的热能动力设备。现阶段,燃煤锅炉存在燃煤燃烧不充分的缺点,一部分燃煤无法完全消耗,造成了燃煤锅炉效率低,能源浪费,并且当燃煤质量不好时,冒黑烟现象严重,粉尘等排放超标,对大气环境造成较大污染。
发明内容

[0004] 本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该低排放高效能节煤数控锅炉,包括炉体,炉体内安装炉膛,炉体正面设有与炉膛连接的进煤口和燃煤落灰口,侧面设有控制柜和进气口,上部设有与炉膛连接的排烟口,其特征在于:所述炉膛内横向安装多条并排的通水管道,通水管道通过炉膛两侧的夹层水道与炉体外壁的进水口和出水口连通形成循环水路,炉膛一侧联通有可使烟气经多次折返排出的回绕烟道。工作时,通水管道作为炉排,且通水管道内形成水循环,降低燃煤温度使燃煤充分燃烧,排放的烟气通过回绕烟道多次折返后从排烟口排出,使灰尘大多落下,减少烟尘排放,更加环保。
[0005] 所述的回绕烟道包括多条竖直并排放置的上行烟道和下行烟道,上行烟道下端连通炉膛,上行烟道和下行烟道上端平齐,分别连通返回室,下行烟道下端连通排烟管道,排烟管道连通排烟口。燃煤燃烧后的烟尘沿上行烟道上行然后向下折返进入下行烟道,最后向上折返进入排烟管道并从排烟口排出,烟尘行走过程中,经过多次折返,大部分灰尘落下。
