Abstract
本发明公开了一种治疗疝气的中药丸剂,其组方配伍由肉桂、公丁香、盐水炒八角、吴茱萸、花椒、木香、乌药、炒枳实、炒莱菔子、焦山楂、鸡内金、昆布、盐水炒荔枝核、盐水炒桔核、冬虫夏草、西洋参、焦白术、茯苓、甘草、黄芪、当归、柴胡、升麻、炮穿山甲、醋制元胡、制没药等三十位中药组成。根据疝气病的机理,以补气升阳、驱寒利湿、止痛消胀、消积导滞为原则。温中散寒,可促肠蠕动,排除秽气,减轻腹压;利水通淋,散瘿软坚,理气散滞;补元阳、补脾胃、补气补血、利湿和胃,生肌愈口;疏肝解郁、升阳举陷;活血散瘀、理气止痛。本方用药合理得当、配伍严谨,共奏温中散寒、止痛消疝之功效。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及中医成药,尤其是一种治疗疝气病的中药水丸制剂。
背景技术:
疝气就是指腹壁上有个薄弱处,也就是腹壁里有个先天形成的或是后天因外伤、缝合等原因造成的缺损。当腹压增高的时候,比如排大小便,咳嗽,站立活动的时候,肠子就会从缺损处突出来,形成疝气。疝气是一种常见的病症,在各处医院里多采取手术治疗方法,疝气手术主要是疝修补手术,无论何种类型的修补术都会给患者带来很大的痛苦,且容易复发。近年来疝气病不论男女、小儿和老人,发病率上升趋势明显,运用祖国传统医学来攻克此症已刻不容缓。本人运用二十七年的临床经验对祖传治疗疝气病的验方加以改良,总结出一种对本症具有显著疗效的中药口服丸剂,多年来收到患者的一致好评。
发明内容:
疝气的发病原因是病灶处腹壁强度减弱和腹内压力过高两个因素有关,腹壁强度减弱分为先天性和后天获得性两种,先天禀赋不足、小儿发育不良引起的腹膜鞘状突未闭合,脐环闭锁不全等;后天性的由肝肾虚寒、脾肾阳虚导致的腹壁肌肉萎缩、老化,或手术切块,外伤,炎症,感染所导致。引起腹压增高的因素很多,如慢性咳嗽,便秘,排尿困难,腹水,妊娠,负重,幼儿经常嚎哭,或遇气滞食积、肝气不舒而致肠胃消导不利,导致未消化的食物在肠道中发酵是腹压增高。久则气虚下陷,脏器不固,更易导致脏器脱出。
疝气分寒疝、湿热疝、狐疝。坐卧湿地,涉水冒雨,寒湿之气循任脉和足厥阴经,凝滞于睾丸、阴囊,气血瘀阻而肿大,遂成寒疝;寒湿之气蕴积化热,或肝脾两经湿热下注,以致睾丸肿痛,或阴囊积液,即睾丸鞘膜积液,或阴囊红肿热痛,而致湿热疝;强力负重,劳伤过多,损伤筋脉,中气下陷,以致小肠脱入阴囊,时上时下,而成狐疝。
综上所诉,根据疝气病的机理,以补气升阳、驱寒利湿、止痛消胀、消积导滞为原则。取肉桂、公丁香、盐水炒八角、吴茱萸、花椒、木香、乌药、炒枳实、炒莱菔子、焦山楂、鸡内金、昆布、盐水炒荔枝核、盐水炒桔核、冬虫夏草、西洋参、焦白术、茯苓、甘草、黄芪、当归、柴胡、升麻、炮穿山甲、醋制元胡、制没药等三十位中药组成。其中肉桂、公丁香、八角、吴茱萸、花椒、木香、乌药、炒枳实、炒莱菔子温中散寒,可促肠蠕动,排除秽气,减轻腹压;昆布利水通淋,散瘿软坚,亦治睾疝亦可减轻腹压;荔枝核、桔核理气散滞;冬虫夏草、西洋参、焦白术、茯苓、甘草、黄芪、当归补元阳、补脾胃、补气补血、利湿和胃,生肌愈口;柴胡、升麻可疏肝解郁、升阳举陷;穿山甲、元胡、没药可活血散瘀、理气止痛。本方用药合理得当、配伍严谨,共奏温中散寒、止痛消疝之功效。
具体实施方式:
取肉桂10g、公丁香8g、盐水炒八角10g、吴茱萸8g、花椒8g、木香15g、乌药15g、炒枳实10g、炒莱菔子10g、焦山楂15g、鸡内金15g、昆布20g、盐水炒荔枝核20g、盐水炒桔核10g、冬虫夏草5g、西洋参10g、焦白术20g、茯苓20g、甘草15g、黄芪30g、当归15g、柴胡15g、升麻10g、炮穿山甲10g、醋制元胡20g、制没药10g等三十位中药经精选干燥粉碎过120目筛水泛为丸为梧桐子大小灭菌备用成人每服6g,日三次,早中晚分服,温开水送下。十日一疗程,儿童用量减半。2岁以下幼儿每次2g,日三次。
禁忌:1、治疗期间忌食生冷、腥辣、油腻、饮酒,每餐不宜过饱。
2、避免剧烈运动注意休息。
本人运用此疝气方在二十年间共治疗疝气病1320例,治愈1180例,治愈率89%。未治愈患者多为中途放弃治疗。其中患者年龄在十天至一岁的婴儿较多,有880例;1岁至6岁168例;6岁至12岁45例12至45岁23例;45至79岁204例(一岁以上患者多去做手术治疗,就诊人数较少)。所有病人中男性1312例,女性8例,且大多数为小肠疝,有1190例,水疝130例。发病时间最短1天,最长48年(已做两次手术)。以上病例中复发者2例,仅占1.7‰。
典型病例:
谢某某,男,年龄:28天。发疝时间:28天。于2013年6月10日来诊,家属抱着患儿进门就说小儿日夜啼哭,已有多日。查体见患儿阴囊红肿光亮如鸡蛋大小,阴囊有边界清楚的囊性包块,悬垂于阴囊底部,呈椭圆形,透光试验阳性。诊断为睾丸鞘膜积液。给予本丸剂一疗程服用,2日后患儿家属说患儿已不再哭闹,饮食正常。10日后复查已见痊愈,阴囊处已恢复正常,包块消失。随访一年未见复发。
肖某某,男,58岁,于2011年2月1日来诊,自述发病已半月有余,日夜胀痛,久不能入睡,望诊观其舌苔薄白,疝气患处下坠至阴囊处,长约3公分,脉象弦滑,诊为狐疝。给予本丸剂一疗程服用,2月9日随访时患者告知服药后第二天痛止,第7天患处已基本恢复正常,嘱其加服一疗程以巩固疗效,患者万分感谢,为其免除了动手术之痛苦。随访一年未见复发。
杨某某,男,29岁,于2009年7月来诊,患者诉其在半年前发现自己腹股沟有一肿块,开始的时比较小,仅在行走站立便秘等情况下出现,所以未重视,近期工作繁忙劳累经常感到神疲乏力,不思饮食,肿块也有增大,有坠胀及疼痛感,试过多种治疗方法收效不佳。此为气虚下陷而致本病发生,诊查见舌淡,苔薄白,脉细弱。诊断为腹股沟斜疝,治宜补中益气升阳。给以本发明一疗程服用并嘱其注意休息,不可久站、劳累。十日后来复查见其倦容消失,气色恢复,坠胀感及痛感明显减轻,肿块明显减小。后坚持服用2疗程后上述症状消失,恢复正常,回访再未出现任何异常。

1.一种治疗疝气的中药丸剂,其特征在于组方配伍和各中药重量:肉桂10g、公丁香8g、盐水炒八角10g、吴茱萸8g、花椒8g、木香15g、乌药15g、炒枳实10g、炒莱菔子10g、焦山楂15g、鸡内金15g、昆布20g、盐水炒荔枝核20g、盐水炒桔核10g、冬虫夏草5g、西洋参10g、焦白术20g、茯苓20g、甘草15g、黄芪30g、当归15g、柴胡15g、升麻10g、炮穿山甲10g、醋制元胡20g、制没药10g。
