Abstract

本发明涉及改良的包含吡啶硫酮的头发护理组合物。
现有技术中对于具有改善美观性的头发护理组合物仍有需求。含吡啶硫酮(pyrithione)的组合物通常是无光泽的,并且包含的云母或珠光剂通常对视觉外观没有效果。
因此,本发明提供了根据权利要求1所述的头发护理组合物。
我们意外发现,使用粉红色或紫色或红色着色组分,可大幅提高含吡啶硫酮的组合物的视觉吸引力。
在优选实施方式中,本发明可以包含吡啶硫酮的多价金属盐。可以使用任何形式的吡啶硫酮多价金属盐,包括小片、针、棒和球状结构。在此优选使用的盐包括由多价金属镁、钡、铋、锶、铜、锌、镉、锆及其混合物,更优选锌形成的盐。
甚至更优选的是1-羟基-2-吡啶硫酮的锌盐(被称为吡啶硫酮锌或ZPT),更优选小片形式的ZPT,其中所述粒子的平均尺寸为最多20微米,优选最多5微米,并最优选最多2.5微米。
优选地,所述最小尺寸是0.01微米。

测量Sauter平均液滴直径(D3,2)的适当方法是利用仪器例如MalvernMastersizer通过激光散射测量。
用于本发明组合物的适当的硅氧烷乳液可得自硅氧烷供应商,例如Dow Corning和GE Silicones。为易于加工和容易控制硅氧烷粒度,这类预先形成的硅氧烷乳液的使用是优选的。这类预先形成的硅氧烷乳液通常将另外包含适当的乳化剂,例如阴离子或非离子型乳化剂、或其混合物,并且可以通过化学乳化方法例如乳液聚合、或通过利用高剪切混合器进行机械乳化来制备。Sauter平均液滴直径(D3,2)小于0.15微米的预先形成的硅氧烷乳液通常称为微乳液。
合适的预先形成的硅氧烷乳液的例子包括乳液DC2-1766、DC2-1784、DC-1785、DC-1786、DC-1788和微乳液DC2-1865和DC2-1870,全部可得自Dow Corning。这些全部是聚二甲基硅氧烷醇的 乳液/微乳液。还合适的是氨端聚二甲基硅氧烷乳液,例如DC2-8177和DC939(来自Dow Corning)以及SME253(来自GE Silicones)。

也可以使用任何上述硅氧烷乳液的混合物。基于所述组合物的总重量,上述硅氧烷乳液在本发明组合物中存在的水平通常是硅氧烷总重量的0.05至10重量%、优选0.05至5重量%、更优选0.5至2重量%。
硅氧烷优选以0.5至10重量%、更优选0.5至5重量%、特别是1至3重量%存在。
本发明的组合物通常将包含一种或多种阴离子型清洁表面活性剂,其是美容上可接受的并且适合于局部施用于头发。
合适的阴离子型清洁表面活性剂的例子是烷基硫酸盐、烷基醚硫酸盐、烷芳基磺酸盐、烷酰基羟乙基磺酸盐、烷基琥珀酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚磺基琥珀酸盐、N-烷基肌氨酸盐、烷基磷酸盐、烷基醚 磷酸盐、和烷基醚羧酸及其盐,特别是它们的钠、镁、铵以及单-、二-和三乙醇胺盐。所述烷基和酰基通常含有8至18、优选10至16个碳原子并且可以是不饱和的。所述烷基醚硫酸盐、烷基醚磺基琥珀酸盐、烷基醚磷酸盐和烷基醚羧酸及其盐可以每分子含有1至20个氧化乙烯或氧化丙烯单元。
用于本发明的洗发剂组合物中的典型阴离子型清洁表面活性剂包括油烯基琥珀酸钠、月桂基磺基琥珀酸铵、月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠、月桂基醚磺基琥珀酸钠、月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基醚硫酸铵、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基苯磺酸三乙醇胺、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂基羟乙基磺酸钠、月桂基醚羧酸和N-月桂基肌氨酸钠。
优选的阴离子型清洁表面活性剂是月桂基硫酸钠、月桂基醚硫酸钠(n)EO(其中n是1至3)、月桂基醚磺基琥珀酸钠(n)EO(其中n是1至3)、月桂基硫酸铵、月桂基醚硫酸铵(n)EO(其中n是1至3)、椰油基羟乙基磺酸钠和月桂基醚羧酸(n)EO(其中n是10至20)。
任何上述阴离子型清洁表面活性剂的混合物也可能是合适的。
本发明组合物中阴离子型清洁表面活性剂的总量范围通常是0.5至45重量%、优选1.5至35重量%、更优选5至20重量%,以阴离子型清洁表面活性剂总重量基于组合物的总重量计。
任选地,本发明的组合物可以含有如下所述的其它成分,以提高性能和/或消费者接受性。
所述组合物可包含助表面活性剂,以帮助赋予所述组合物美观、物理或清洁性质。
助表面活性剂的例子是非离子型表面活性剂,基于组合物的总重量, 其量可占0.5至8重量%、优选2至5重量%。
例如,可包含在本发明的洗发剂组合物中的代表性非离子型表面活性剂包括脂族(C8-C18)的直链或支链的伯或仲醇或者苯酚与氧化烯、通常是氧化乙烯(通常具有6至30个氧化乙烯基团)的缩合产物。
其他代表性的非离子型表面活性剂包括单-或二-烷基烷醇酰胺。例子包括椰油基单-或二-乙醇酰胺和椰油基单异丙醇酰胺。
可包含在本发明的洗发剂组合物中的其它非离子型表面活性剂是烷基多糖苷(APG)。通常,APG是包含与一个或多个葡糖基的嵌段相连接(任选通过桥联基团)的烷基的APG。优选的APG由下式定义:

R可以表示从约C5至约C20的平均烷基链长度。优选R表示从约C8至约C12的平均烷基链长度。最优选R的值为约9.5至约10.5。G可以选自C5或C6单糖残基,并优选是糖苷。G可以选自葡萄糖、木糖、乳糖、果糖、甘露糖及其衍生物。优选G是葡萄糖。
聚合度n可以具有约1至约10或更高的值。优选地,n的值介于约1.1至约2。最优选n的值介于约1.3至约1.5。
适合用于本发明的烷基多糖苷是可商购的,并包括例如如下名称的那些物质:Oramix NS10,Seppic公司;Plantaren1200和Plantaren2000,Henkel公司。
可包含在本发明组合物中的其他糖衍生的非离子型表面活性剂包括C10-C18N-烷基(C1-C6)多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,例如C12-C18N-甲基葡糖酰胺, 如WO9206154和US5194639中所述,和N-烷氧基多羟基脂肪酸酰胺,例如C10-C18N-(3-甲氧基丙基)葡糖酰胺。

两性或两性离子型表面活性剂的例子包括烷基胺氧化物、烷基甜菜碱、烷基酰胺丙基甜菜碱、烷基磺基甜菜碱(磺基甜菜碱)、烷基甘氨酸盐、烷基羧基甘氨酸盐、烷基两性乙酸盐、烷基两性丙酸盐、烷基两性甘氨酸盐、烷基酰胺基丙基羟基甜菜碱、酰基牛磺酸盐和酰基谷氨酸盐,其中所述烷基和酰基具有8至19个碳原子。用于本发明的洗发剂中的典型的两性和两性离子型表面活性剂包括月桂胺氧化物、椰油基二甲基磺丙基甜菜碱、月桂基甜菜碱、椰油酰胺基丙基甜菜碱和椰油酰两性乙酸钠。
特别优选的两性或两性离子型表面活性剂是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱。
上述两性或两性离子型表面活性剂的混合物也可能是合适的。优选的混合物是椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱与如上所述的其它两性或两性离子型表面活性剂的那些。优选的其它两性或两性离子型表面活性剂是椰油基两性乙酸钠。
本发明的洗发剂组合物中表面活性剂的总量(包括任何助表面活性剂,和/或任何乳化剂)通常为1至50%、优选2至40%、更优选10至25重量%,以表面活性剂总重量基于组合物的总重量计。
阳离子聚合物是本发明的洗发剂组合物中用于提高调理性能的优选成分。
合适的阳离子聚合物可以是均聚物,所述均聚物是阳离子取代的或可以由两种或更多种类型的单体形成。所述聚合物的重均分子量(Mw)通常将为100000至2百万道尔顿。所述聚合物将具有阳离子的含氮基团,例如季铵或质子化氨基、或其混合。如果所述聚合物的分子量过低,则调理效果差。如果过高,则可能有拉伸粘度高的问题,导致在倾倒所述组合物时组合物拉丝。
阳离子的含氮基团通常将在所述阳离子聚合物的总单体单元的一部分上作为取代基存在。因此当所述聚合物不是均聚物时,它可含有非阳离子单体单元的间隔基。这样的聚合物描述在第三版的CTFA美容成分目录(CTFA Cosmetic Ingredient Directory)中。选择阳离子与非阳离子单体单元的比率,以产生阳离子电荷密度在要求范围内、通常为0.2至3.0meq/gm的聚合物。所述聚合物的阳离子电荷密度适合通过如美国药典在测定氮的化学试验下所描述的凯氏法(Kjeldahl method)测定。
合适的阳离子聚合物包括,例如,具有阳离子胺或季铵官能度的乙烯基单体与水溶性间隔基单体的共聚物,所述间隔基单体例如(甲基)丙烯酰胺、烷基和二烷基(甲基)丙烯酰胺、烷基(甲基)丙烯酸酯、乙烯基己内酯和乙烯基吡咯烷。烷基和二烷基取代的单体优选具有C1-C7烷基,更优选C1-3烷基。其他合适的间隔基包括乙烯基酯、乙烯醇、马来酸酐、丙二醇和乙二醇。
取决于组合物的具体类别和pH,所述阳离子胺可以是伯、仲或叔胺。一般优选仲和叔胺,特别是叔胺。
胺和胺取代的乙烯基单体可以聚合成胺的形式,然后通过季铵化而转化为铵。
所述阳离子聚合物可以包含来源于胺-和/或季铵-取代的单体和/或 相容的间隔基单体的单体单元的混合物。

其他可以使用的阳离子聚合物包括阳离子多糖聚合物,例如阳离子纤维素衍生物、阳离子淀粉衍生物和阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物。
适合用于本发明组合物的阳离子多糖聚合物包括下式的单体:

其中:A是脱水葡萄糖残基,例如淀粉或纤维素脱水葡萄糖残基。R是亚烷基、氧亚烷基、聚氧亚烷基、或羟基亚烷基,或其组合。R1、R2和R3独立地表示烷基、芳基、烷基芳基、芳基烷基、烷氧基烷基、或烷氧基芳基,每个基团含有最多约18个碳原子。每个阳离子部分的碳原子总数(即R1、R2和R3中的碳原子总和)优选为约20或更低,并且X是阴离子反离子。
另一种类型的阳离子纤维素包括羟乙基纤维素与月桂基二甲基铵取代的环氧化物反应而成的聚合季铵盐,工业(CTFA)中称为聚季铵 盐24。这些材料,例如以商品名Polymer LM-200,可得自Amerchol Corporation。
其他合适的阳离子多糖聚合物包括含季氮的纤维素醚(例如,如美国专利3,962,418所述),和醚化纤维素与淀粉的共聚物(例如,如美国专利3,958,581所述)。
可以使用的特别合适的阳离子多糖聚合物类型是阳离子瓜尔胶衍生物,例如瓜尔胶羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(可从Rhodia商购它们的JAGUAR商标系列)。这类材料的实例是JAGUAR C13S、JAGUAR C14、JAGUAR C15和JAGUAR C17。
可以使用任何上述阳离子聚合物的混合物。
阳离子聚合物在本发明的洗发剂组合物中存在的水平通常为0.01至5重量%、优选0.05至1重量%、更优选0.08至0.5重量%,以阳离子聚合物总重量基于所述组合物的总重量计。
优选本发明的水性洗发剂组合物还包含悬浮剂。合适的悬浮剂选自聚丙烯酸、丙烯酸的交联聚合物、丙烯酸与疏水单体的共聚物、含羧酸的单体与丙烯酸酯的共聚物、丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯的交联共聚物、杂多糖胶、和结晶长链酰基衍生物。期望所述长链酰基衍生物选自乙二醇硬脂酸酯、具有16至22个碳原子的脂肪酸的烷醇酰胺、及其混合物。乙二醇二硬脂酸酯和聚乙二醇3二硬脂酸酯是优选的长链酰基衍生物,因为它们赋予了组合物珠光。聚丙烯酸可以以卡波普(Carbopol)420、卡波普488或卡波普493商购得到。也可以使用丙烯酸与多官能剂交联的聚合物;它们可以以卡波普910、卡波普934、卡波普941和卡波普980商购得到。含羧酸的单体与丙烯酸酯的合适共聚物的例子是卡波普1342。所有的卡波普(商标)材料均可得自Goodrich。
合适的丙烯酸与丙烯酸酯的交联聚合物是Pemulen TR1或Pemulen TR2。合适的杂多糖胶是黄原胶,例如可作为Kelzan mu得到的黄原胶。
可以使用任何上述悬浮剂的混合物。优选的是丙烯酸的交联聚合物与结晶长链酰基衍生物的混合物。
在本发明的洗发剂组合物中存在的悬浮剂水平通常将为0.1至10重量%、优选0.5至6重量%、更优选0.9至4重量%,以悬浮剂总重量基于所述组合物的总重量计。
本发明的组合物还可以包含一种或多种阳离子型调理表面活性剂,它们是美容可接受的并且适合局部施用于头发。

单独或与一种或多种其他阳离子型调理表面活性剂一起混合用于本发明的一类合适的阳离子型调理表面活性剂的另一个例子,是下面(i)和(ii)的组合:
(i)对应于通式(I)的酰胺基胺:
其中R1是具有10个或更多碳原子的烃基链,
R2和R3独立地选自1至10个碳原子的烃基链,和
m是1至约10的整数;和
(ii)酸。
在本文中使用时,术语烃基链是指烷基或烯基链。
优选的酰胺基胺化合物是对应于式(I)的那些,其中
R1是具有约11至约24个碳原子的烃基残基,
R2和R3各自独立地是烃基残基,优选具有1至约4个碳原子的烷基,并且
m是1至约4的整数。
优选地,R2和R3是甲基或乙基。
优选地,m是2或3,即亚乙基或亚丙基。
在此有用的优选酰胺基胺包括硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲胺、硬脂酰胺基丙基二乙胺、硬脂酰胺基乙基二乙胺、硬脂酰胺基乙基二甲胺、棕榈酰胺基丙基二甲胺、棕榈酰胺基丙基二乙胺、棕榈酰胺基乙基二乙胺、棕榈酰胺基乙基二甲胺、山嵛酰胺基丙基二甲胺、山嵛酰胺基丙基二乙胺、山嵛酰胺基乙基二乙胺、山嵛酰胺基乙基二甲胺、花生酰胺基丙基二甲胺、花生酰胺基丙基二乙胺、花生酰胺基乙基二乙胺、花生酰胺基乙基二甲胺、及其混合物。
在此有用的特别优选的酰胺基胺是硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲胺、硬脂酰胺基乙基二乙胺、及其混合物。
在此有用的可商购酰胺基胺包括:硬脂酰胺基丙基二甲胺,商品名LEXAMINE S-13,可得自Inolex(美国宾夕法尼亚州费城),和AMIDOAMINE MSP,可得自Nikko(日本东京);硬脂酰胺基乙基二乙胺,商品名AMIDOAMINE S,可得自Nikko;山嵛酰胺基丙基二甲胺,商品名INCROMINE BB,可得自Croda(英国,North Humberside);以及商品名为SCHERCODINE系列的各种酰胺基胺,可得自Scher(美国新泽西州Clifton)。
酸(ii)可以是能够将头发处理组合物中的酰胺基胺质子化的任何有机或无机酸。在此有用的合适的酸包括盐酸、乙酸、酒石酸、富马酸、乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、及其混合物。优选地,所述酸选自乙酸、酒石酸、盐酸、富马酸、及其混合物。
所述酸的主要作用是将头发处理组合物中的酰胺基胺质子化,从而在所述头发处理组合物中原位形成叔胺盐(TAS)。所述TAS实际上是非永久性的季铵或假季铵阳离子型表面活性剂。
合适地,所述酸被足量包含,以质子化存在的所有酰胺基胺,即其水平与所述组合物中存在的酰胺基胺的量至少是等摩尔的。
本发明的调理剂中,阳离子型调理表面活性剂的水平通常为0.01至10重量%、更优选0.05至7.5重量%、最优选0.1至5重量%,以阳离子型调理表面活性剂总重量基于所述组合物的总重量计。
本发明的调理剂通常还将掺入脂肪醇。
代表性的脂肪醇包含8至22个碳原子,更优选16至22个。脂肪醇通常是含有直链烷基的化合物。合适的脂肪醇的例子包括鲸蜡醇、硬脂醇及其混合物。使用这些材料同样是有利的,因为它们有助于本发明组合物的整体调理性质。
本发明的调理剂中脂肪醇的水平通常为所述组合物的0.01至10重量%、优选0.1至8重量%、更优选0.2至7重量%、最优选0.3至6重量%。如果阳离子型表面活性剂与脂肪醇的重量比过高,这可能导致组合物对眼睛的刺激。如果过低,可能使得一些消费者感觉头发发涩。
本发明的组合物还可以采取护发水(hair lotion)的形式,通常在洗涤之间使用。护发水是包含不溶于水的油性调理物质的水性乳液。护发水中还可以包含合适的表面活性剂,以提高它们对相分离的稳定性。
本发明的组合物可以含有其他成分,以提高性能和/或消费者可接受性。这样的成分包括香料、染料和颜料、pH调节剂、珠光剂或遮光剂、粘度调节剂、和防腐剂或抗微生物剂。这些成分将各自以达到其目的的有效量存在。通常这些任选的成分各自占总组合物的最多5重量%。
本发明的头发处理组合物主要打算局部施用于个体的头发和/或头皮,以洗去型或免洗型组合物的形式,用于处理干燥、损伤和/或难以控制的头发。
本发明将通过以下非限制性实施例进一步说明,其中所有引用的百分比都是基于总重量按重量计,除非另有说明。

实施例2
在消费者试验中比较了含有1重量%吡啶硫酮锌和量为0.0004重量%或0.0002重量%的酸性红33的洗发剂。发现含有0.0002重量%的所述红色着色组分的洗发剂是优选的。
Claims (9)
1.头发护理组合物,其包含金属吡啶硫酮,其特征在于含有0.00005重量%至0.0003重量%的紫色或粉红色或红色着色组分,其中所述着色组分选自酸性红1、酸性红14、酸性红18、酸性红26、酸性红27、酸性红33、酸性红41、酸性红50、酸性红52、酸性红155和酸性红163。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其中所述金属选自镁、钡、铋、锶、铜、锌、镉、锆、及其混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其中所述金属吡啶硫酮是吡啶硫酮锌。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含0.01重量%至3重量%的金属吡啶硫酮。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含以氯氧化铋组分和云母组分为特征的珠光剂体系。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含0.01重量%至5重量%的氯氧化铋组分。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含0.01重量%至5重量%的云母组分。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的组合物,其包含2%至50%的清洁型表面活性剂。
9.根据权利要求8所述的组合物,其中所述清洁型表面活性剂包含选自阴离子型表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂、非离子型表面活性剂及其混合物的表面活性剂。
