本发明公开一种抗疏力材料。属于路用建筑材料领域,所述抗疏力材料由抗疏力SD粉剂、水泥和岩石粉料组成,其中,抗疏力SD粉剂占3.5wt%,水泥占64-32wt%,余量为岩石粉料,所述岩石粉料为石灰石、花岗岩或大理石。本发明以石灰石、花岗岩或大理石的粉料替代现有抗疏力材料成品料中的消石灰,不仅便于加工作业,降低了成本,不结块,产品质量稳定,而且与消石灰相比,质量有明显提高。

技术领域
本发明属于路用建筑材料领域,具体涉及一种用于道路建设基础层的抗疏力材料。
背景技术
抗疏力技术来源于瑞士,其作用是稳固土壤,提高土壤的承载力,防止水渗透,加速土壤的石化过程,逐步实现永久石化,2000年引入中国,经反复应用试验,均无一失败,得到了业内人士的肯定。现有抗疏力材料成品料一般按抗疏力SD粉剂占3.5%、水泥占64-32%、消石灰占32-64%,但存在成本高,易结块,保质期短,产品质量不易控制等问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有抗疏力材料存在的问题,提供一种成本低、质量稳定的抗疏力材料。
本发明实现上述目的所采用的技术方案如下:
一种抗疏力材料,由抗疏力SD粉剂、水泥和岩石粉料组成,其中,抗疏力SD粉剂占3.5wt%,水泥占64-32wt%,余量为岩石粉料,所述岩石粉料为石灰石、花岗岩或大理石。
进一步,所述岩石粉料的细度为1~40mm。
本发明以石灰石、花岗岩或大理石的粉料替代现有抗疏力材料成品料中的消石灰,不仅便于加工作业,降低了成本,产品不结块,产品质量稳定,而且与消石灰相比,吸水性明显降低。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明。
实施例1
一种抗疏力材料,由3.5重量份抗疏力SD粉剂(北京抗疏力科技发展有限公司)、64重量份水泥和32.5重量份石灰石粉料组成,石灰石粉料的细度为1~40mm。
实施例2
一种抗疏力材料,由3.5重量份抗疏力SD粉剂、32重量份水泥和64.5重量份花岗岩粉料组成,花岗岩粉料的细度为1~40mm。
实施例3
一种抗疏力材料,由3.5重量份抗疏力SD粉剂、50重量份水泥和46.5重量份大理石粉料组成,大理石粉料的细度为1~40mm。
与现有掺入消灰石的抗疏力材料相比,本发明用石灰石、花岗岩或大理石替代消灰石后,材料的凝固时间、抗压强度、抗渗性、抗冻性等性能基本保持相当,但材料的吸水性明显降低,且不结块。

1.一种抗疏力材料,其特征在于:所述抗疏力材料由抗疏力SD粉剂、水泥和岩石粉料组成,其中,抗疏力SD粉剂占3.5wt%,水泥占64-32wt%,余量为岩石粉料,所述岩石粉料为石灰石、花岗岩或大理石。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗疏力材料,其特征在于:所述岩石粉料的细度为1~40mm。
