Abstract
本发明公开了一种全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置,其特征是设置:一弹性镶嵌圈,是由弹性材质制成,嵌于骨盆出口门户之内,可在阴道内自然状态扩张紧贴阴道壁,或可充气成紧贴阴道壁、并使阴道组织弹性扩张的环形圈;一袖套,是由弹性材质或非弹性材质制成,呈筒状,袖套的前端环与弹性镶嵌圈相连接,后端环延伸至阴道外,并在后端环上固定设置操作面罩,在操作面罩上分别设置有可封闭的操作孔和观察孔,以操作面罩为袖套的端面封板,在阴道和袖套内形成可充气的密闭的空间。以本发明作为手术辅助器械,联合妇科传统腹腔镜手术和传统阴式手术的优势,将两种方式扬长避短地融为一体,使妇科疾病的治疗更加微创。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及手术辅助器械,更具体地说是应用在妇科微创手术中的辅助器械。
背景技术
传统妇科腹腔镜技术采用气腹方法,充分暴露术野,并有图像清晰,患者腹壁创伤小,恢复快等优势,因此广泛应用于妇科手术。但这种方式仍需要在腹壁造成多个小切口,遗留瘢痕。
传统阴式手术采用自然通道途径,符合人体生理特点,避免腹壁创伤,更加微创,因此广泛应用于妇科手术。但是经阴道手术视野暴露不充分,空间狭小,操作困难。
发明内容
本发明是为避免上述现有技术所存在的不足之处,提供一种全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置,以其作为手术辅助器械,联合妇科传统腹腔镜手术和传统阴式手术的优势,将两种方式扬长避短地融为一体,使妇科疾病的治疗更加微创。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
本发明全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置的结构特点是设置:
一弹性镶嵌圈,是由弹性材质制成,嵌于骨盆出口门户之内,可在阴道内自然状态扩张紧贴阴道壁,或可充气成紧贴阴道壁、并使阴道组织弹性扩张的环形圈;
一袖套,是由弹性或非弹性材质制成,呈筒状,袖套的前端环与所述弹性镶嵌圈相连接,后端环延伸至阴道外部,并在后端环上固定设置操作面罩,在所述操作面罩上分别设置有可封闭的操作孔和观察孔,以操作面罩为袖套的端面封板,在阴道和袖套内形成可充气的密闭的空间。
本发明全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置的结构特点也在于设置一可升降的固定支架,所述操作面罩由固定支架支承。
与已有技术相比,本发明有益效果体现在:
1、本发明装置用于实现经阴道腹腔镜手术,其利用女性自然通道,经阴道途径置入腹腔镜观察,具有术野清晰,腹壁无创等优势。由于阴道呈自然闭合状态,阴道通路狭窄,本发明装置用于充分全面扩张阴道,保障手术器械进出与操作具有宽敞的空间和气腹形成;
2、本发明装置利用腹腔镜手术气腹形成产生的压力扩张袖套,宽松的袖套在充气扩张后挤压富有弹性的阴道壁向宽敞的骨盆腔扩张,从而保障了妇科阴式腹腔镜手术中盆腹腔和阴道内气压相通稳定,阴道路径全程宽敞。
3、本发明操作面罩处在阴道外部,并由固定支架支承,以此保证了操作面罩稳定,即其作为手术器械操作支点稳定,从而保障手术精准;操作面罩面积增大,多个操作孔之间的距离增大,从而避免手术器械交叉碰撞,而且操作孔直径可以扩大便于术中切除大块的组织标本取出。

具体实施方式
参见图1,图2,本实施例中全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置设置为:
弹性镶嵌圈1,是由弹性材质制成,嵌于骨盆出口门户之内,可在阴道内自然状态扩张紧贴阴道壁,或可充气成紧贴阴道壁、并使阴道组织弹性扩张的环形圈,环形圈可独立充放气。
袖套2,是由弹性或非弹性材质制成,呈筒状,袖套2的前端环与弹性镶嵌圈1相连接,后端环延伸至阴道外部,并在后端环上固定设置操作面罩3,在操作面罩3上分别设置有可封闭的操作孔6和观察孔5,以操作面罩为袖套2的端面封板,在阴道和袖套内形成可充气的密闭的空间,袖套本身为单层结构,其直径大于阴道。
可升降的固定支架4,用于支承操作面罩3,可以调整操作面罩3的高度,以利操作。
使用中,各部件的作用分别是:
弹性镶嵌圈1呈环形圈或充气后呈环形圈,是为防止袖套滑脱和充分扩张阴道通路,经阴道口置入弹性镶嵌圈于阴道深部,环形圈之外侧壁紧贴阴道壁,并使阴道组织弹性扩张,向外牵拉袖套使弹性镶嵌圈与骨盆出口之间形成压力,从而使阴道壁更加贴紧环形圈,即在阴道和袖套内形成密闭的空间;由于骨盆腔有较大的扩张的空间,因此环形圈可在骨盆腔内充足扩张,从而保障阴道通路具有宽敞的手术操作空间,环形圈嵌于骨盆出口门户之内,有效保证了其不从阴道中滑脱。
袖套是为扩张阴道,袖套分为阴道内部分和阴道外部分,袖套阴道内部分不占据阴道内过多的空间,袖套直径大于阴道,由于袖套的宽松,且利用阴道壁的弹性和回缩作用,充气后膨胀的袖套紧压阴道壁,使袖套外与阴道间隙更加密闭,且充分扩张阴道后,在袖套内形成的空间更为宽敞,便于经阴道手术操作;袖套阴道外部分有效地将密闭的操作空间向患者体外伸展,而不局限在狭小的患者体内空间中,同时可以进一步扩大袖套的外部口径,使操作面罩3有足够的位置用于设置操作孔6和观察孔5等,手术条件能够得到更加充分的满足。袖套可根据手术需要和患者阴道情况设计为长短粗细的不同型号。
操作面罩用于手术器械的进出和支持稳定作用,图2中所示的手术器械为操作钳11,由于袖套的延长作用,操作面罩3位于阴道外,操作面罩的面积可适量放大,根据腹腔镜手术需要,在操作面罩3上开设大小不同的多个操作孔5和观察孔6,孔内可装有固定气阀,或另行安装气阀,或直接置入常规腹腔镜使用的含有气阀的穿刺器,术中不使用的孔利用气塞进行填充密闭;也可以采用弹性材料制成的密闭操作面罩,能够保障常规腹腔镜使用的穿刺器可穿透,并依靠材料弹性的回缩作用密闭空间,以及顺应手术操作时的方向进行调整。经观察孔5、操作孔6或开设在操作面罩或袖套上的充气孔利用充气管9充气后,可在密闭的阴道腔隙内形成压力,呈筒状充分扩展阴道,上推子宫7;当切开阴道穹窿8(可以是前穹窿或后穹窿),进入盆腹腔后,可在密闭的阴道和盆腹腔内产生压力,形成充分扩张的阴道通路,以及气腹暴露术野;长柄的腹腔镜手术器械则以操作孔为支点,保持手术操作稳定和精准,观察孔5中支撑的腹腔镜10用于观察手述过程。
固定支架4的底部落地,上部固定操作面罩,或为平台承载稳定操作面罩,并可用于调节操作面罩的高度;并可根据手术需要在水平面的左右方向调整,若是利用手术床旁的机械臂对操作面罩进行固定和控制,则不需要使用固定支架。
本发明对于妇科腹腔手术不需要在腹壁上切口,避免了在腹部遗留瘢痕;以本发明作为手术辅助器械,联合妇科传统腹腔镜手术和传统阴式手术的优势,将两种方式扬长避短地融为一体,使妇科疾病的治疗更加微创。
Claims (2)
1.全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置,其特征是设置:
一弹性镶嵌圈(1),是由弹性材质制成,嵌于骨盆出口门户之内,可在阴道内自然状态扩张紧贴阴道壁,或可充气成紧贴阴道壁、并使阴道组织弹性扩张的环形圈;
一袖套(2),是由弹性或非弹性材质制成,呈筒状,袖套(2)的前端环与所述弹性镶嵌圈(1)相连接,后端环延伸至阴道外部,并在后端环上固定设置操作面罩(3),在所述操作面罩(3)上分别设置有可封闭的操作孔和观察孔,以操作面罩(3)为袖套(2)的端面封板,在阴道和袖套内形成可充气的密闭的空间。
2.根据权利要求1所述的全阴道袖套筒状扩张与气腹一体化装置,其特征是:设置一可升降的固定支架(4),所述操作面罩(3)由固定支架(4)支承。
