Abstract
本发明公开一种多功能光动力治疗固定装置,包括扩张筒、真空吸管、手柄I,所述的手柄I设于扩张筒的后部侧壁上;所述的扩张筒的后端口设有观察窗;所述的扩张筒的前端为开口结构,开口的侧壁上设有电凝电切头;所述的真空吸管设于扩张筒内,真空吸管的前端吸气口延伸至扩张筒的前端开口处,与扩张筒的前端开口齐平,真空吸管的后端通过真空软管与真空装置连接;所述的扩张筒的后部设有弧形槽,所述的真空吸管的后部上垂直设有手柄II,所述手柄II从弧形槽中伸出扩张筒外,手柄II能够在弧形槽范围内摆动,从而调整真空吸管的位置。本发明结构简单合理,经济耐用,维护、操作简单,取样快、效率高、功能多样、安全可靠。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械领域,具体涉及一种多功能光动力治疗固定装置。
背景技术
现有的阴窥器存在如下缺陷:1、光照时不方便固定阴窥,患者会因腹压造成滑出现象,病人需要自己用手进行固定,造成病人疲劳;2、观察病人阴道及宫颈的病情变化时,需通过旁边的辅助器如独眼龙灯进行照明,而且视野不清晰;3、光照光纤无法固定,经常滑出;4、光照光源刺眼,对人体眼睛有伤害。
发明内容
针对上述缺陷,本发明提供一种多功能光动力治疗固定装置,本发明结构简单合理,经济耐用,维护、操作简单,取样快、效率高、功能多样、安全可靠。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
本发明的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,包括扩张筒、真空吸管、手柄I,所述的手柄I设于扩张筒的后部侧壁上;所述的扩张筒的后端口设有观察窗;所述的扩张筒的前端为开口结构,开口的侧壁上设有电凝电切头;
所述的真空吸管设于扩张筒内,真空吸管的前端吸气口延伸至扩张筒的前端开口处,与扩张筒的前端开口齐平,真空吸管的后端通过真空软管与真空装置连接;所述的扩张筒的后部设有弧形槽,所述的真空吸管的后部上垂直设有手柄II,所述手柄II从弧形槽中伸出扩张筒外,手柄II能够在弧形槽范围内摆动,从而调整真空吸管的位置。
进一步,所述的电凝电切头与双极电切电凝器电连接,由双极电切电凝器控制进行电切割或者电凝止血。
进一步,还包括光纤固定装置,所述的光纤固定装置包括固定卡槽、固定螺母;所述的固定卡槽包括半圆弧型的竖直段和圆形的挡片,所述的挡片垂直设于竖直段的顶端;所述的固定卡槽设于扩张筒内,固定卡槽的竖直段的下端与扩张筒的内侧壁连接,扩张筒的内侧壁对应固定卡槽处设有螺孔;所述的固定螺母旋入螺孔中,从而进入扩张筒内,向固定卡槽的挡片延伸,调节固定螺母的上端面与挡片之间的距离,该距离即为光纤固定口。
进一步,所述的扩张筒的后端的外沿上沿圆周间隔设有多个固定带连接口。
进一步,还包发光组件,所述的发光组件设于扩张筒的前端上,位于电凝电切头的旁边。
进一步,还包括圆筒状的遮光罩,所述的遮光罩设于扩张筒的后端。
进一步,所述的遮光罩能够向扩张筒轴向伸缩,将观察窗套于遮光罩内。
本发明的工作过程如下:
发光组件通电后,将扩张筒伸入阴道内,对阴道进行扩张,将病变部位完全暴露,进行观察;当需要进行切割取样时,将真空吸管伸入扩张筒中,调整真空吸管的前端吸气口的位置,使得真空吸管的前端吸气口对准电凝电切头所在的位置,打开双极电切电凝器电的通电按钮,电凝电切头发热进行切割;切割的同时,打开真空装置,真空吸管的前端吸气口形成收纳仓,将切割下来的病变组织收集在收纳仓内,然后将真空吸管整个移出扩张筒;并将开关切换至电凝止血的控制按钮,电凝电切头进行止血;当外界光线太亮时,可拉开遮光罩进行遮光;当需要使用光纤时,光纤从固定卡槽穿过,通过调节固定螺母的松紧来调节调节光纤固定口的大小。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,无需病人辅助,医务人员单独操作即可,简单方便,扩张筒可对阴道进行扩张,将病变部位完全暴露,利于观察;在扩张筒的前端设计发光组件,光线明朗,视野清晰,可以清楚的观察病变部位;电凝电切头可对病变部位的组织进行切割和电凝止血,然后通过真空吸管将病变组织收集;在扩张筒内设计光纤固定装置,对光纤进行固定,安全可靠;在扩张筒的外壁下方设计了遮光罩,这样患者就不会看到光源,避免了光线刺激眼睛,也提高医务人员的工作效率;本发明结构简单合理,经济耐用,维护、操作简单,取样快、效率高。

下面结合附图通过具体实施例对本发明进行详细说明。
实施例1
如图1-2所示,本发明的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,包括扩张筒1、真空吸管2、手柄I4,所述的手柄I4设于扩张筒1的后部侧壁上;所述的扩张筒1的后端口设有观察窗3;所述的扩张筒1的前端为开口结构,开口的侧壁上设有电凝电切头5;所述的真空吸管2设于扩张筒1内,真空吸管2的前端吸气口延伸至扩张筒1的前端开口处,与扩张筒1的前端开口齐平,真空吸管2的后端通过真空软管与真空装置连接;所述的扩张筒1的后部设有弧形槽15,所述的真空吸管2的后部上垂直设有手柄II6,所述手柄II6从弧形槽7中伸出扩张筒1外,手柄II6能够在弧形槽7范围内摆动,从而调整真空吸管2的位置。所述的电凝电切头5与双极电切电凝器电连接,由双极电切电凝器控制进行电切割或者电凝止血。还包括光纤固定装置8,所述的光纤固定装置8包括固定卡槽9、固定螺母10;所述的固定卡槽9包括半圆弧型的竖直段91和圆形的挡片92,所述的挡片92垂直设于竖直段91的顶端;所述的固定卡槽9设于扩张筒1内,固定卡槽9的竖直段91的下端与扩张筒1的内侧壁连接,扩张筒1的内侧壁对应固定卡槽9处设有螺孔15;所述的固定螺母10旋入螺孔15中,从而进入扩张筒1内,向固定卡槽9的挡片92延伸,调节固定螺母10的上端面与挡片92之间的距离,该距离即为光纤固定口11。所述的扩张筒1的后端的外沿上沿圆周间隔设有多个固定带连接口12。还包发光组件13,所述的发光组件13设于扩张筒1的前端上,位于电凝电切头5的旁边。还包括圆筒状的遮光罩14,所述的遮光罩14设于扩张筒1的后端。所述的遮光罩14能够向扩张筒1轴向伸缩,将观察窗3套于遮光罩14内。
本发明的工作过程如下:
发光组件14通电后,将扩张筒1伸入阴道内,对阴道进行扩张,将病变部位完全暴露,进行观察;当需要进行切割取样时,将真空吸管2伸入扩张筒1中,调整真空吸管2的前端吸气口的位置,使得真空吸管2的前端吸气口对准电凝电切头5所在的位置,打开双极电切电凝器电的通电按钮,电凝电切头5发热进行切割;切割完毕后,打开真空装置,真空吸管2的前端吸气口形成收纳仓,将切割下来的病变组织收集在收纳仓内,然后将真空吸管2整个移出扩张筒1;并将开关切换至电凝止血的控制按钮,电凝电切头5进行止血;当外界光线太亮时,可拉开遮光罩14进行遮光;当需要使用光纤时,光纤从固定卡槽9穿过,通过调节固定螺母10的松紧来调节调节光纤固定口11的大小。
Claims (5)
1.一种多功能光动力治疗固定装置,包括扩张筒(1)、真空吸管(2)、手柄I(4),其特征在于:所述的手柄I(4)设于扩张筒(1)的后部侧壁上;所述的扩张筒(1)的后端口设有观察窗(3);所述的扩张筒(1)的前端为开口结构,开口的侧壁上设有电凝电切头(5);
所述的真空吸管(2)设于扩张筒(1)内,真空吸管(2)的前端吸气口延伸至扩张筒(1)的前端开口处,与扩张筒(1)的前端开口齐平,真空吸管(2)的后端通过真空软管与真空装置连接;所述的扩张筒(1)的后部设有弧形槽(7),所述的真空吸管(2)的后部上垂直设有手柄II(6),所述手柄II(6)从弧形槽(7)中伸出扩张筒(1)外,手柄II(6)能够在弧形槽(7)范围内摆动,从而调整真空吸管(2)的位置;
所述的电凝电切头(5)与双极电切电凝器电连接,由双极电切电凝器控制进行电切割或者电凝止血;
还包括光纤固定装置(8),所述的光纤固定装置(8)包括固定卡槽(9)、固定螺母(10);所述的固定卡槽(9)包括半圆弧型的竖直段(91)和圆形的挡片(92),所述的挡片(92)垂直设于竖直段(91)的顶端;所述的固定卡槽(9)设于扩张筒(1)内,固定卡槽(9)的竖直段(91)的下端与扩张筒(1)的内侧壁连接,扩张筒(1)的内侧壁对应固定卡槽(9)处设有螺孔(15);所述的固定螺母(10)旋入螺孔(15)中,从而进入扩张筒(1)内,向固定卡槽(9)的挡片(92)延伸,调节固定螺母(10)的上端面与挡片(92)之间的距离,该距离即为光纤固定口(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,其特征在于:所述的扩张筒(1)的后端的外沿上沿圆周间隔设有多个固定带连接口(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,其特征在于:还包发光组件(13),所述的发光组件(13)设于扩张筒(1)的前端上,位于电凝电切头(5)的旁边。
4.根据权利要求1所述的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,其特征在于:还包括圆筒状的遮光罩(14),所述的遮光罩(14)设于扩张筒(1)的后端。
5.根据权利要求4所述的多功能光动力治疗固定装置,其特征在于:所述的遮光罩(14)能够向扩张筒(1)轴向伸缩,将观察窗(3)套于遮光罩(14)内。
