本发明是镶嵌结构的差动减速系统,属于机械技术领域,通过在齿轮内圈的镶嵌机构,并在固定轴上安装差速架、差速侧齿和差速齿轮,形成非常紧密的镶嵌结构配合,使传动机构更加紧凑和更有效率。          
背景技术
目前的钢齿轮无差速架及差速侧齿和差速齿轮,至使齿轮没形成镶嵌结构,传动时效力差。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供镶嵌结构的差动减速系统,通过在固定轴上安装差速架再安装差速侧齿和差速齿轮,通过镶嵌结构的紧配合,使传动机构更加紧凑和更有效力的目的。                     
其目的是这样实现的,在图1中,镶嵌结构的差动减速系统是由齿轮、差速架、固定轴、差速侧齿、差速齿轮组成;在齿轮内安装有差速架和固定轴,在固定轴内安装有差速侧齿,差速侧齿与差速齿轮齿合连接。
通过在齿轮内圈的镶嵌机构,并在固定轴上安装差速架、差速侧齿和差速齿轮,形成非常紧密的镶嵌结构配合,使传动机构更加紧凑和更有效率。                                                                                                                                                           附图说明

具体实施方式
下面结合图1详细说明本发明提出的具体工作情况,在齿轮1内安装差速架2和固定轴3,固定轴3内连接差速侧齿4,差速侧齿4与差速齿轮5连接。               
通过在固定轴3上安装差速架2再安装差速侧齿4和差速齿轮5,通过镶嵌结构的紧密配合,使传动机构更加紧凑和更有效率。

1.镶嵌结构的差动减速系统是由齿轮、差速架、固定轴、差速侧齿、差速齿轮组成;其特征是:在齿轮内安装有差速架和固定轴,在固定轴内安装有差速侧齿,差速侧齿与差速齿轮齿合连接。
