背景技术
在现有技术方案中，常用的盘式绞线机结构复杂，工作效率低。本新型盘式绞线机，使用时节约成本，提高效率。另外本新型盘式绞线机还采用PLC全自动电气控制柜系统，精度高，节约能源。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种结构简单，使用时节约成本，提高效率，采用PLC全自动电气控制柜系统，精度高，节约能源的新型盘式绞线机。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明提供一种新型盘式绞线机，包括放线装置、绞盘a、压模座、绞盘b、PLC全自动电气控制柜、绞盘c、牵引轮、收排线装置，其特征在于：所述放线装置位于新型盘式绞线机最左端，所述收排线装置位于新型盘式绞线机最右端。
进一步的，所述放线装置右端连接有绞盘a，所述绞盘a右端连接有压模座，所述压模座右端连接有绞盘b，所述绞盘b右端连接有PLC全自动电气控制柜，所述PLC全自动电气控制柜右端连接有绞盘c，所述绞盘c右端连接有牵引轮，所述牵引轮右端连接有收排线装置。
更进一步的，所述牵引轮有两个。
本发明优点是：
本发明结构简单，使用时节约成本，提高效率，另外本新型盘式绞线机采用PLC全自动电气控制柜系统，精度高，节约能源。

如图1所示，一种新型盘式绞线机，包括放线装置1、绞盘a2、压模座3、绞盘b4、PLC全自动电气控制柜5、绞盘c6、牵引轮7、收排线装置8，所述放线装置1位于新型盘式绞线机最左端，所述收排线装置8位于新型盘式绞线机最右端，所述放线装置1右端连接有绞盘a2，所述绞盘a2右端连接有压模座3，所述压模座3右端连接有绞盘b4，所述绞盘b4右端连接有PLC全自动电气控制柜5，所述PLC全自动电气控制柜5右端连接有绞盘c6，所述绞盘c6右端连接有牵引轮7，所述牵引轮7右端连接有收排线装置8，所述牵引轮7有两个。
综上所述，本发明结构简单，使用时节约成本，提高效率，另外本新型盘式绞线机采用PLC全自动电气控制柜系统，精度高，节约能源。

2.根据权利要求1所述的新型盘式绞线机，其特征在于：所述放线装置（1）右端连接有绞盘a（2），所述绞盘a（2）右端连接有压模座（3），所述压模座（3）右端连接有绞盘b（4），所述绞盘b（4）右端连接有PLC全自动电气控制柜（5），所述PLC全自动电气控制柜（5）右端连接有绞盘c（6），所述绞盘c（6）右端连接有牵引轮（7），所述牵引轮（7）右端连接有收排线装置(8)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的新型盘式绞线机，其特征在于：所述牵引轮（7）有两个。
