本发明涉及炼焦炉推焦装置技术领域,一种立式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座、支承辊、推焦杆及传动装置,传动装置包括转子轴、偏心轴承、摆线轮、针销、针齿壳及包括输出轴、柱销、柱套的输出机构,输出轴支承在立式机座内孔,其特征在于:电机、针齿壳及立式机座顺次联接一体,输出轴与驱动齿轮花键联接,长齿条侧装于推焦杆内壁上,驱动齿轮顺针转时齿条推动推焦杆前移,反之推焦杆后移,针齿半埋在针齿壳中,输出轴圆盘上联接一圆罩。有益效果:推焦杆往复作功时能保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,大大降低了冲击力与推焦杆振动;重量减轻45-60%、价格降低50-65%。针齿不会断,因而承载力大,可靠性高。

立式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置
【技术领域】
本发明涉及炼焦炉推焦装置技术领域,一种立式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。
【背景技术】
包钢焦炉厂论文《6m焦炉推焦杆振动的研究》指出:推焦装置中的推焦杆往复作功时会产生振动,其主要原因是推焦杆受热后逐步有《塌腰》趋势的变形,推焦杆变形使齿轮-齿条侧隙与顶隙严重偏离理论值(侧隙3.5-5、顶隙8-12):实测推焦杆前部齿条处侧隙6.8-7.2、顶隙14.8;中部侧隙7.5-7.8、顶隙18;后部侧隙7.6-8、顶隙17.2(单位mm)。
国内宝钢、武钢、邯钢、昆钢、山焦及包钢等的6m焦炉推焦杆都出现不同程度振动,严重时产生共振而造成炉底砖松动、开缝、炉头砖正面移位及燃烧室串漏等等(6m焦炉主要尺寸:炭化室长15140mm、高5650mm、平均宽450mm);
推焦装置包括推焦杆、推焦支座及传动装置:电机YZR355L110kW、n1=582rpm、n2=14.6rpm,推焦杆(包括推焦头、滑履)支承在支承辊上面,支承辊中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆跑偏,推焦杆为一箱体结构,齿条设在杆的上部,当推焦杆进入炉内后,为了支承推焦杆,设有滑履,其底部高低可调。采用磁涡流制动器WZ355L与液压块式制动器YWZ-400/90-10进行推焦全过程速度调节以实现无冲击推焦。为防止突然停电而烧毁炉内推焦杆,设有手动装置。
传动装置为一级锥齿+二级平行轴齿轮的三级卧式结构:i=2.045×3.962×4.923=39.9、推焦杆齿轮Z=15、m=40驱动齿条实现推焦杆进退、推焦速度27.4m/min、行程25774mm。
【发明内容】
本发明目的提供一种作功时齿轮-齿条传动平稳、推焦杆不振动及用价格低、效率相同的单级摆线取代背景技术的立式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置。
技术方案:
(A)驱动齿轮与输出轴用花健滑动联接,使驱动齿轮具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与齿条的侧隙与顶隙,长齿条侧装于推焦杆内壁上。根据论文《6m焦炉推焦杆振动的研究》推焦杆往复作功时,推焦杆出现“塌腰”变形量高达60mm,其结果使齿轮-齿条侧隙与顶隙严重偏离理论值(侧隙3.5-5mm、顶隙8-12mm):实测推焦杆前部齿条处侧隙6.8-8mm、顶隙14.8-18mm。本发明将长齿条侧装于推焦杆内壁后,其侧装断面的刚性远高于卧装断面,使长齿条变形量下降,同时根据理论计算:设长齿条变形量为30mm、推焦行程25774mm,则齿的倾斜角仅为0.0012°,说明齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍能处于理论值,保证齿轮-齿条的啮合精度,从而齿轮-齿条传动平稳,大大降低了齿轮-齿条冲击力与推焦杆振动。
(B)用单级摆线减速取代三级减速:朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》6页、《齿轮手册》上1-12页:摆线效率η1=0.9~0.98≈0.94,因而可取代背景技术《锥齿+二级硬齿面减速器》。
【有益效果】比照背景技术,其创造性体现在:
(1)推焦杆往复作功中,保证齿轮-齿条啮合精度,大大降低了冲击力与推焦杆振动;
(2)背景技术承载力72000Nm与DCY-500型硬齿面减速器(见于JB/T9002-1999)相当,机重4340kg、价格113930元;本发明重量减轻45-60%、价格可降低50-65%。本发明理论计算数据:针齿中心圆半径Rz=275、接触系数Ylmax=1.43、B=42
接触应力σjmax=(8914/Rz){YlmaxT2/B}0.5=1605(MPa)
许用接触应力[σH]=1617(MPa)(HB600-600)(见于徐灏《机械设计手册》卷1.4-289页);
(3)摆线轮齿及半埋针销不会断,因而承载能力大,可靠性高。

所述电机、针齿壳14及立式机座8顺次联接一体,所述输出轴6轴伸端外花健与驱动齿轮8内花键滑动联接,使驱动齿轮8具有一定的浮动量用以补偿与长齿条5之间的侧隙与顶隙,驱动齿轮8与长齿条5啮合,所述长齿条5侧装于推焦杆3内壁上,驱动齿轮8顺时针转时,长齿条5推动推焦杆3向前移动,反之,驱动齿轮8逆时针转时,长齿条5推动推焦杆3向后移动,由于长齿条5侧装于推焦杆3内壁上及长齿条5很长(大于推焦行程),因此当推焦杆3出现“塌腰”时,齿轮-齿条的侧隙与顶隙仍能处于理论值,所述输出轴6圆盘内侧圆环面上联接一圆罩9用来罩住轴承7,目的是防止润滑油进入轴承7从油封处漏出,针销16半埋在针齿壳14中,称半埋齿结构(朱孝录《齿轮传动设计手册》828页),使针销具有很高弯曲力。

1.一种立式摆线-齿条驱动推焦装置,包括推焦支座(1)、支承辊(2)、推焦杆(3)及传动装置,所述推焦杆(3)(包括推焦头、滑履)为箱体结构,支承在支承辊(2)上,支承辊(2)中有三组带有侧辊以防止推焦杆(3)跑偏,支承辊(2)联接在推焦支座(1)的底部,所述传动装置包括电机转子轴(15)及装在电机转子轴(15)上的偏心轴承(11)、摆线轮(13)、针齿壳(14)、针销(16)及输出机构,输出机构包括输出轴(6)、柱销(10)及柱套(12),所述输出轴(6)用两只轴承(7)支承在立式机座(8)内孔,其特征在于:
