本发明公开了一种贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:将贫锰矿物料破碎,剔除贫锰矿物料中的杂质;将粉碎后的贫锰矿物料送入阶梯式磁选机中进行提纯,剔除粉碎后的贫锰矿物料中的杂石和泥土;提纯后的贫锰矿物料送入悬辊粉磨机,获得100目的锰粉;将锰粉送入水力分级机中,水力分级机根据物料的比重进行分离;最后将分离出来的锰粉送入磁选机中,获得高品位的锰粉。通过上述破碎、磁选、粉碎、水力分级、磁选一系列工艺对贫锰矿废料进行提纯锰粉处理,经过上述一系列步骤,使得最后经磁选机获得的锰粉品位,由原来的8%变为35%,将矿物资源利用最大化,同时利用悬辊粉磨机,能够获得100的超细锰粉。

一种贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及一种贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺,尤其是一种利用贫锰矿废料获得高品位锰粉和超细锰粉的制备工艺。
背景技术
我国的锰矿资源较为丰富,在现代工业中,锰及其锰的化合物应用于国民经济的各个领域,其中90%~95%的锰应用于钢铁工业,主要作为炼铁和炼钢过程中的脱氧剂和脱硫剂,以及用来制造合金。在锰矿开采过程中,会产生大量的含有锰矿的废料,为此考虑设计一套针对含锰矿的废料的高效提纯工艺,用以提高资源的利用率。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺,利用贫锰矿废料获得高品位和超细的锰粉。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺,其创新点在于包括下述步骤:
a)将贫锰矿物料送入颚式破碎机或者锤式破碎机中进行破碎,剔除贫锰矿物料中的杂质;
b)在上述步骤a的基础上,将粉碎后的贫锰矿物料送入阶梯式磁选机中进行提纯,剔除粉碎后的贫锰矿物料中的杂石和泥土;
c)提纯后的贫锰矿物料送入悬辊粉磨机,获得100目的锰粉;
d)在上述步骤c的基础上,将锰粉送入水力分级机中,水力分级机根据物料的比重进行分离;
e)最后将步骤d中分离出来的锰粉送入磁选机中,获得高品位的锰粉。
进一步的,所述步骤e中的磁选机为轮式磁选机或者湿式磁选机的一种。
进一步的,所述步骤d和步骤e间增设有脱水筛,所述脱水筛上一级连接水力分级机,其下一级连接磁选机。
本发明的优点在于:通过上述破碎、磁选、粉碎、水力分级、磁选一系列工艺对贫锰矿废料进行提纯锰粉处理,经过上述一系列步骤,使得最后经磁选机获得的锰粉品位,由原来的8%变为35%,将矿物资源利用最大化,同时利用悬辊粉磨机,能够获得100的超细锰粉。

具体实施方式
本发明的贫锰矿物料提取冶金锰的制备工艺主要通过下述步骤加以实现:首先,将贫锰矿物料送入颚式破碎机或者锤式破碎机中进行破碎,从而将伴生锰矿与杂质分离开来,从而剔除掉贫锰矿物料中的杂质。接着,将粉碎后的贫锰矿物料送入阶梯式磁选机中进行提纯,剔除粉碎后的贫锰矿物料中的杂石和泥土,上述阶梯式磁选机的工作原理是利用泥土和杂石的比重小于锰矿这一特性,从而通过阶梯式磁选机磁选出的杂质比例可以达到20-30。接着将剔除泥土和杂石的锰矿物料送入悬辊粉磨机,利用悬辊粉磨机粉磨锰矿物料,从而获得100目规格的超细锰粉。接着将锰粉送入水力分级机中,水力分级机根据物料的比重进行分离,将分离出的优质的锰粉收集在预设的收集器中。
接着将优质的锰粉物料送进脱水筛中对其进行脱水过滤,脱水过滤后,再将锰粉送进轮式磁选机或者湿式磁选机中,对锰粉进行最后一步的磁选,从而磁选出来的锰粉的品位能够由传统的8%上升到35%。
另外,获得锰粉的原料为采用采挖锰矿过程中所产生的锰矿废料,对其进行超细高品位的锰粉的提纯,提高了不可再生资源的资源利用率,并利用锰矿废料产生了一定价值的经济效益。

1.一种贫锰矿废料提取冶金锰的制备工艺,其特征在于包括下述步骤:
a)将贫锰矿废料送入颚式破碎机或者锤式破碎机中进行破碎,剔除贫锰矿废料中的杂质;
b)在上述步骤a的基础上,将粉碎后的贫锰矿废料送入阶梯式磁选机中进行提纯,剔除粉碎后的贫锰矿废料中的杂石和泥土;
c)提纯后的贫锰矿废料送入悬辊粉磨机,获得100目的锰粉;
d)在上述步骤c的基础上,将锰粉送入水力分级机中,水力分级机根据物料的比重进行分离;
e)最后将步骤d中分离出来的锰粉送入磁选机中,获得高品位的锰粉;
所述步骤e中的磁选机为轮式磁选机或者湿式磁选机的一种;
所述步骤d和步骤e间增设有脱水筛,所述脱水筛上一级连接水力分级机,其下一级连接磁选机。
