Abstract

本发明名称为“汽车空调膨胀阀修复器”,应用于汽车空调修理,其特征在于采用螺纹连接的上器体、下器体偶件,及分别与上器体、下器体焊接为一体的上圆杆、下圆杆。操作者旋转上器体或下器体,压迫置于其中的膨胀阀芯组件(含“阀芯座”与“阀芯杆”),致其相对位置改变为适当,从而修复膨胀阀。

汽车空调修理。
背景技术
绝大多数汽车空调膨胀阀失效的原因,是受其内部的膨胀阀芯组件所制约的制冷剂节流蒸发吸热参数恶化引起的。
发明内容
汽车空调膨胀阀失效,都是采用整体更换的方法解决,费用不菲。若是无件可换(特别是很多进口车空调膨胀阀),只能更换或改装整个空调蒸发器,不但费钱、还费时间、费人工。
发明内容
本发明公开了一种汽车空调膨胀阀修复器,以解决现有技术费钱、费时间、费人工的问题。
本发明是一种汽车空调膨胀阀修复器,包括:上器体、下器体。其特征在于:上器体和下器体为偶件,采用螺纹连接。
本发明的上器体包括上器体、上圆杆。其特征在于:上器体与上圆杆焊接成为整体。
本发明的下器体包括下器体、下圆杆。其特征在于:下器体与下圆杆焊接成为整体。

具体实施方式  
以下结合附图详细说明本发明的实施例。
如图所示,本发明包括上圆杆1、 上器体2、下器体3、下圆杆4。上圆杆1与 上器体2焊接成为整体;下器体3与下圆杆4焊接成为整体。
如图所示,本发明的上器体2、下器体3为螺纹连接的偶件。
如图2所示,汽车空调膨胀阀内部的膨胀阀芯组件(含阀芯座5、阀芯杆6)安置于本发明的上器体2与下器体3中间。
操作者将阀芯座5和阀芯杆6安置于上器体2、下器体3中间后,旋转上圆杆1或下圆杆6,使上器体2或下器体3旋转,从而压迫阀芯座5、阀芯杆6,致其相对位置改变为适当,达到修复绝大多数汽车空调膨胀阀之目的。

1.汽车空调膨胀阀修复器,包括 上器体和下器体,其特征在于:上器体和下器体为螺纹连接的偶件。
2.根据权利1所述的汽车空调膨胀阀修复器,包括上器体、上圆杆、下器体、下圆杆,其特征在于:上器体与上圆杆焊接成为整体;下器体与下圆杆焊接成为整体。
