Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种具有空心杆的路灯。
发明专利FR2908861公开了一种用于使供电线(feeding wiring)通过的中空的杆,并且该中空的杆尤其在人的高度的位置具有发光的外部区域,该发光的外部区域与部分地覆盖有光电池板的无源区域(passive zone)交替。
国际专利申请WO2008/125711公开了一种路灯,该路灯的杆上布置有光电池板。通过这种方式,防止了由风引起的悬臂效应,如果使用常规的光电池板,则将产生悬臂效应。
专利申请GB2408395公开了一种路灯杆,该路灯杆具有用于将电子元件和电池放置在路灯杆内部的盖体(hatch)。所述路灯杆的上部铺设(line)有光电池板,该光电池板接收太阳能并将其转换为电能。
上述文件没有公开一种制造为在杆内设置有适于从灯的人造光的辐射中回收能量的装置的路灯。
本发明的一个目的在于相对于环境影响尽可能地优化路灯系统。
本发明的另一个目的在于制造一种路灯,该路灯尤其通过使用由转换路灯的灯的同样的人造光能量而获得的能量来减少系统的能量消耗。
本发明的还另一个目的在于制造一种易于生产的路灯。
本发明的又一个目的在于制造一种允许容易更换灯的路灯。
上述目的通过如权利要求1和权利要求1的从属权利要求中所限定的具有空心杆的路灯而实现。

首先参考图1至图3,图1至图3分别显示了根据本发明的路灯的主视图、侧视图和后视图。路灯主要包括三角形的空心杆1;该空心杆可以具有任意横截面形状。在图中显示了空心杆1的下部2,在下部2中形成有手可伸入的下开口,该下开口由盖体3封闭。空心杆1具有内表面4和外表面5。内表面4显示在图4中,图4是根据本发明的路灯的杆的示意性的局部纵剖视图。
空心杆1的内部具有灯6的定位装置,该灯由灯保持件7支撑。灯保持件7可以在轨道8上滑动,轨道8通过主要以9标记的固定点的方式固定于所述空心杆1。轨道8更加详细地显示在图5和图6中,图5和图6是灯定位装置的主视图和侧视图。与用于供灯保持件滑动的轨道8相关联地,这些灯定位装置包括柔性连接件,该柔性连接件例如为在所述轨道上滑动的链10或带。链10安装在一对下方的轮或辊101和上方的轮或辊102上。以这种方式,位于布置在链10上的灯保持件7中的灯6可以(在所述空心杆内部的手可伸入的开口中)移动,直到接近空心杆1的上端部。可以通过连接到轮101的手柄的方式手动地实现链10的移动;可选择地,轮101可以通过由电池(未示出)供电的电机驱动。
转到图1至图3,尤其是图2,在空心杆1的开放的上端部安装有可倾斜的屏幕(screen)11,该屏幕11具有朝向上方的侧和相反(即朝向下方)的侧,所述朝向上方的侧被光电池12覆盖,所述相反的侧铺设有反射板13。
如图4所示,空心杆1的朝向灯6的内表面被内部的光电池14覆盖。
空心杆1的位于屏幕11下方的上端部上设置有根据需要聚焦光线用于放大和减小光束的透镜15(图1)。可倾斜的屏幕11铰接在所述杆的上端部上,并且通过拉杆16、17可以从底部调节屏幕11的倾角。
在空心杆1的外表面的预定的高度上设置有另外的外部的光电池14,该外部的光电池14能够接收太阳能并将其转化为电能。
虽然未示出,但是所述路灯杆的内部设置有具有逆变器(inverter)的系统,所述逆变器向输电干线(mains)中供给(put on)由太阳和灯通过外部的光电池和内部的光电池提供的能量。
对于运转,在灯6插设到空心杆1的内部并且通过灯保持件7固定到链10之后,通过手柄或电机来移动链10以移动灯6,直到灯6接近空心杆1的上端部。在空心杆1的上端部,灯6通过空心杆1的上方开口照亮屏幕11。灯6的光线通过位于屏幕11的下侧上的反射板13反射。透镜15用于放大或减小光束。与此同时,灯6照亮内部的光电池14,该内部的光电池14通过逆变器转换灯6的人造光来向输电干线供电。当灯关闭时,外部的光电池14和屏幕11上的光电池12被太阳光照射,并且通过逆变器转换太阳能来向输电干线供电。
Claims (6)
1.一种具有空心杆的路灯,所述空心杆具有手可伸入的下开口,该手可伸入的下开口由盖体(3)封闭,所述空心杆(1)具有内表面和外表面,所述空心杆的外表面的上部铺设有外部的光电池(14),并且所述空心杆(1)的内部设置有灯(6),其特征在于,所述空心杆(1)的上端部是开放的,并且所述灯(6)安装在定位装置上以使得所述灯能够在所述空心杆(1)内从所述手可伸入的下开口移动直到邻近所述空心杆(1)的所述上端部,所述上端部上安装有可倾斜的屏幕(11),该可倾斜的屏幕(11)具有朝向上方的侧和朝向下方的侧,该朝向下方的侧铺设有反射板(13),所述空心杆(1)的内表面覆盖有内部的光电池(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于,定位所述灯(6)的所述定位装置包括环形的柔性连接件(10),该连接件(10)支撑在传动元件上,所述连接件上固定有具有灯(6)的灯保持件(7)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的路灯,其特征在于,引导装置与定位灯的所述定位装置相配合,以引导所述灯从所述手可伸入的下开口移动直到邻近所述空心杆(1)的上端部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于,所述可倾斜的屏幕(11)的所述朝向下方的侧上设置有至少一个用于放大和减小光束的透镜(15)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于,所述可倾斜的屏幕(11)铰接在所述空心杆(1)的所述上端部,并且能够通过拉杆(16)调节所述可倾斜的屏幕的倾角,所述可倾斜的屏幕(11)的上侧铺设有光电池(12),并且所述可倾斜的屏幕(11)的下侧铺设有反射板(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的路灯,其特征在于,所述空心杆(1)的内部还设置有具有逆变器的系统,所述逆变器向输电干线中供给由太阳和所述灯(6)通过所述外部的光电池(14)和所述内部的光电池(14)提供的能量。
