本发明涉及建筑光伏构件的电气连接总成,该总成的电气连接部件由接线盒、正极L形连接器、负极L形连接器、正极直形连接器、负极直形连接器和U形连接器组成;所述正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器与接线盒连接,安装在建筑光伏构件边框的内侧边;所述U形连接器分别与正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接,安装在相邻的两个建筑光伏构件边框对接后形成的凹槽中;外部电缆通过正极直形连接器和负极直形连接器分别与建筑光伏构件的串联阵列两侧的正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接并置于所述凹槽中,其上设密封胶防水层和铝合金密封条遮盖防护。本发明整个系统只需两根电缆线;可实现防水和气密功能,提高了建筑光伏构件连接处的强度和安全性。

建筑用光伏构件的电气连接总成
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种建筑光伏电气的安装系统,具体涉及建筑光伏发电系统的电气连接安装总成,保证了建筑光伏构件安装后系统防水、防火、绝缘、耐候、保温和散热、水密性和气密性等建筑性能或电气性能要求。
背景技术:
随着建筑节能和新能源技术的发展,建筑分布式光伏发电系统应用越来越广泛,越来越多的光伏组件在建筑上使用。目前,光伏组件主要在建筑屋顶使用,其安装方式多采用支架固定在屋顶表面,组件之间会留有空隙以保证相邻组件不会遮挡阳光,而组件与组件之间的电气连接通过敷设电缆线和连接器完成。这样的安装方式,存在诸多问题。首先,组件之间存在间隙,无法满足建筑对于防水和防火以及气密性与水密性的要求;其次,由于组件之间的连接电缆和连接器长期暴露在空气中,易受高温高湿环境的影响,常导致电气连接失效甚至导致自燃,且大量电缆的使用提高了工程造价,这种安装方式也无法满足建筑的相关标准与规范的要求。此外,目前建筑上光伏组件的安装和连接没有标准的作业方法指导,需要根据不同的工程项目重新设计,工作量巨大且无法进行标准检验。
发明内容:
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种用于建筑光伏构件的电气连接安装总成,其采用端子对端子的连接方式,不需要在建筑光伏构件之间敷设大量电缆进行电气连接,端子连接后被密封胶包裹,再封上密封条,不会暴露在空气和阳光下,增强其可靠性和安全性。
本发明为实现其目的所采取的技术方案:建筑光伏构件的电气连接总成,该总成的电气连接部件由接线盒、正极L形连接器、负极L形连接器、正极直形连接器、负极直形连接器和U形连接器组成;所述正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器与接线盒连接,安装在建筑光伏构件边框的内侧边;所述U形连接器分别与正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接,安装在相邻的两个建筑光伏构件边框对接后形成的凹槽中;外部电缆通过正极直形连接器和负极直形连接器分别与建筑光伏构件的串联阵列两侧的正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接并置于所述凹槽中,其上设密封胶防水层和铝合金密封条遮盖防护。
所述L形连接器和U形连接器及直形连接器均为桶形结构的多触点电气连接,正极和负极具有单向防接反结构,连接器外壳相互咬合部位具有椎形多圈防水结构;正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器与边框的咬合部位设有若干个梯形结构。
所有连接器的外壳选用软质绝缘材料,构成具有柔性特征的电气连接。
由上述方案可知:本发明的接线盒位于建筑光伏构件内侧部,正、负极L形连接器分别位于建筑光伏构件两侧边框上,通过导线与接线盒连接, U形连接器直接将相邻建筑光伏构件电气串联,无需敷设电缆;正、负极L形连接器和U形连接器连接后,被密封胶包裹,再封上密封条,避免在空气和阳光中直接暴露,具有良好的可靠性和安全性。建筑光伏构件的串联阵列两侧的外部电缆,通过正极直形连接器和负极直形连接器分别与正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接,引出建筑光伏构件组成的建筑光伏发电系统的负极和正极,整个系统只需两根电缆线,安全可靠;密封胶填入相邻建筑光伏构件的边框拼接后形成的凹槽中,实现防水和气密功能,密封胶上面用密封条封上,可以避免密封胶被阳光直接照射,提高建筑光伏构件连接处的装饰性。

具体实施方式:
本发明中所指的建筑光伏构件主要由光伏板、蜂窝芯层、隔热层和背板等构成主体结构,主体结构周边设铝合金边框,本发明电气连接的安装总成主要适用于此建筑光伏构件。
如图1、8所示,本发明包括正极L形连接器4、负极L形连接器2、U形连接器5和位于建筑光伏构件内侧的接线盒3(边框内侧的两个凸台构成接线盒的固定卡槽)。负极L形连接器2的一端穿过左侧建筑光伏构件边框构9经导线与接线盒3的负极端连接,正极L形连接器4的一端穿过右侧建筑光伏构件边框9经导线与接线盒3的正极端连接,建筑光伏构件边框9安装固定在龙骨10上。U形连接器5分别与两相邻构件的正极L形连接器4和负极L形连接器2连接。外部电缆分别经正极直形连接器6和负极直形连接器1与建筑光伏构件的串联阵列两侧的正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接构成建筑光伏构件的电气连接安装总成。
正极直形连接器6、负极直形连接器1、U形连接器5、正极L形连接器4和负极L形连接器2安装固定在建筑光伏构件边框侧的凹槽中(由两块建筑光伏构件拼装后形成的凹槽),凹槽中设密封胶防水层8,密封胶防水层设置后再插入铝合金密封条7防护(边框外侧设有安装密封条用的弧形槽,弧形槽上面的凹槽是铝合金密封条的定位槽),实现用无机材料密封有机材料。正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器两者与边框的咬合部位采用防止倒拔的多梯形结构,插入建筑光伏构件边框的孔中防止倒拔。如图3、5所示。
正极L形连接器4、负极L形连接器2、U形连接器5及正、负极直形连接器均采用桶形多触点电气连接结构,正极和负极采用单向防接反结构,连接器的外壳相互咬合部位采用椎形多圈防水结构,如图2-7所示。正、负极L形连接器、U形连接器和正、负极直形连接器的外壳部分采用软质绝缘材料构成具有柔性特征的电气连接。

1.建筑用光伏构件的电气连接总成,其特征在于:该总成的电气连接部件由接线盒、正极L形连接器、负极L形连接器、正极直形连接器、负极直形连接器和U形连接器组成;所述正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器与接线盒连接,安装在建筑光伏构件边框的内侧边;所述U形连接器分别与正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接,安装在相邻的两个建筑光伏构件边框对接后形成的凹槽中;外部电缆通过正极直形连接器和负极直形连接器分别与建筑光伏构件的串联阵列两侧的正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器连接并置于所述凹槽中,其上设密封胶防水层和铝合金密封条遮盖防护。
2.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用光伏构件的电气连接总成,其特征在于:所述L形连接器和U形连接器及直形连接器均为桶形结构的多触点电气连接,正极和负极具有单向防接反结构,连接器外壳相互咬合部位具有椎形多圈防水结构;正极L形连接器和负极L形连接器与边框的咬合部位设有若干个梯形结构。
3.根据权利要求1所述的建筑用光伏构件的电气连接总成,其特征在于:所有连接器的外壳选用软质绝缘材料,构成具有柔性特征的电气连接。
