本发明涉及一种抗疟药胶囊及其制备方法,该抗疟药以质量份计含有以下成分:马鞭草20~30份,荆芥穗17~25份,丹参8~13份,莪术4~10份,落得打10~15份,赤芍药7~13份,当归8~12份,红花3~8份,桑叶4~9份,银华1~6份,淀粉25~44份,羧甲基淀粉钠5.8~10份,硬脂酸镁1.2~2份。本发明提供的抗疟药能够治疗血热气虚、经候涩滞不通、肢体麻木、肌热生疮、浑身疼倦等症状,并且该药制成了胶囊,能够提高口服生物利用度。

本发明涉及药物领域,尤其涉及一种抗疟药胶囊及其制备方法。
背景技术
引起人类疟疾的原虫有四种,即间日疟原虫、蛋形疟原虫、三日疟原虫及恶性疟原虫。疟原虫生活史可分为有性生殖和无性生殖两个阶段,前者在雌性按蚊体内进行,后者在人体内进行。人体内的无性生殖又分原发性红细胞外期、继发性红细胞外期、红细胞内期等阶段。各种抗疟药通过影响疟原虫生活史的不同发育阶段而发挥其抗疟效果。目前还有很大一部分国家和地区受到疟原虫的危害。
市场上用于治疗抗疟药的胶囊品种不多,人们不能有针对性地选择抗疟药,不能满足需求。

第二步:再向搅拌机中加入浓度为5%的羧甲基淀粉钠溶液,搅拌30min制成软材,过18目筛制粒,在80℃下干燥3h,过4目筛整粒;
第三步:最后加入硬脂酸镁,混合均匀后装胶囊。
有益效果:本发明提供的一种抗疟药胶囊及其制备方法,该抗疟药中的马鞭草具有活血散瘀,截疟,解毒,利水消肿的功效;荆芥穗具有 解表散风,透疹的功效;丹参具有活血散淤、消肿止血、消炎止痛、调经止痛、安神静心的功效;莪术具有行气破血,消积止痛的功效;落得打具有清热利湿,解毒消肿的功效;赤芍药具有行瘀、止痛、凉血、消肿的功效。诸药配伍,制得的抗疟药能够治疗血热气虚、经候涩滞不通、肢体麻木、肌热生疮、浑身疼倦等症状,并且该药制成了胶囊,能够提高口服生物利用度。
