Abstract

本发明涉及一种教学管一体化的高校网络答疑平台,为了提高高校的教学质量和效率 , 利用网络答疑平台 , 将同一门课程的授课教师组成答疑团队 , 同一个教学班级的学生组成学习团队 对学生提问和教师回答进行记分和统计 , 以此作为教师教学工作量 , 学生平时成绩的一部份 并以团队得分作为课程教学和班级管理的定量评价参考数据。

技术领域
教学活动是一个双向交互的过程,古人说:“师者,所以传道、授业、解惑者也。”这里的“解惑”指的就是辅导答疑,它是教学活动中一项不可缺少的、非常重要的基本环节。课后辅导答疑是课堂教学的延伸,是提高学生学习效果的需要,同时也是提高教师教学水平的需要,通过课后辅导答疑可以实现“教学相长”。传统辅导答疑中师生面对面的交流,存在着受时空条件限制,互动面比较窄,答疑效率低,部分学生有心理压力等一些客观问题;同时主观上也存在高校教师除了要完成教学任务还要完成科研任务,答疑不记教学工作量,部份教师对课后答疑的积极性不高;不少学生是以通过考试为学习目的,不到考前不看书,平时既使有教师在答疑,问问题的学生也很少。美国BLACKBOARD公司研发的网络教学平台Blackboard,提供了系统的课程开发、学生管理、交流讨论和测试功能,打破了传统教学的时空限制,优化了课程资源的配置,丰富了传统教学手段。但是Blackboard在国内部分高校试用的效果显示,如何利用网络教学平台激发学生的学习兴趣,调动教师的教学积极性仍然是有待解决的问题。 
背景技术
借鉴互联网上百度知道等知识问答分享平台所创造的积分加奖励,提高用户知识分享积极性的成功经验,利用网络教学平台良好的互动性和强大的数据统计功能,在高校校园网上构建课后答疑平台,将提高课后答疑效率与学生的平时成绩、教师的教学工作量统计结合起来,调动学生的学习积极性和教师的教学积极性,充分发挥网络教学平台的作用。 
发明内容
1.在网络答疑平台上,将教师按所教课程组成教学团队,学生按教学班组成学习团队。同一个教学团队中的教师共同协作,回答来自各个学习团队学生的提问,与学生进行同步和异步交流,及时解答学生的疑难问题。2.在网络答疑平台上引入科学合理的积分机制。对学生提问和教师解答进行记录并加鼓励分;由课程负责人推荐优质提问和精采解答,另加奖励分。定期对个人和团队进行积分统计,学生的积分作为学生平时成绩的一部份,教师的积分作为教师教学工作量的一部份。 3.不同课程同台答疑。通过各个教学团队和学习团队的人均积分的比较可以衡量不同课程教师的教学付出和不同教学班学风的差异。

1.设计高校网络答疑平台,将教师组成教学团队协作答疑。
2.设计高校网络答疑平台,记录学生提问与教师解答,引入激励机制,进行统计分析。
