the external interface server is mainly used for interacting data after the system expands outwards and accesses other systems, processing data requests of other systems and returning corresponding data according to rules of the data requests;
the data publishing server is used for processing data requests of terminals such as a parking guidance navigation website, each level of guidance screens in the urban parking guidance system, a parking guidance mobile phone and the like, and returning corresponding data according to rules of the data requests;
the data analysis server is used for processing the data received in the system and analyzing the authenticity of the data to judge whether the data is correct or not;
the report server is used for receiving and processing report checking applications of users, and regularly collects data by using the idle data period to generate a report for the users to check;
the GIS server is used for managing maps and applications in the system;
the WEB server is used for processing various parking data and service interaction data which are issued by the system through a network way;
the application server is used for controlling the logic operation of the whole system, when data requests exist, the communication server sends a request instruction to the application server, the application server performs request analysis, classifies and forwards the request instruction to a relevant server for processing;
the backup server is used for regularly utilizing all data of the data center in the idle period to ensure the safety of system data.

The system of claim 1, wherein each regional data center server cluster is comprised of a management workstation, an upload router, a communication server, a plurality of access routers, a core router, two core switches, two firewalls, a disk array, a server set comprised of an external interface server, a data distribution server, a data receiving server, a data analysis server, a report server, a GIS server, a WEB server, an application server, a database server and a backup server, and an access router, an access switch and an underlying access server provided at each user; the uploading router is connected with a first core switch through a communication server, and the first core switch is respectively connected with each server of the server set; the first core switch is also connected with the management workstation; the data receiving server is connected with a core switch through a firewall 1, the second core switch is respectively connected with each access router, and each access router is connected with an access router, an access switch and a bottom access server of each user through a communication network; the WEB server is connected with a communication network through a firewall 2 and a core router in sequence; the database server is connected with the disk array;
the regional data center server cluster analyzes, classifies and stores data uploaded by a bottom parking lot by using a computer cloud computing technology and a network communication technology; functional modules of the system are placed in different servers for decentralized processing, and finally the operation of the regional data center system is realized; wherein,
the communication server runs programs in the data communication software to process data of all regional data centers in a centralized manner and uploads the data to the database server; data interactive communication between the regional data center and the general data center is realized;
the external interface server is mainly used for interacting data after the system is externally expanded and accessed into other systems, processing data requests of other systems and returning corresponding data according to rules of the data requests;
the data publishing server is used for processing data requests of terminals such as a parking guidance navigation website, each level of guidance screens in the urban parking guidance system, a parking guidance mobile phone and the like, and returning corresponding data according to rules of the data requests;
the data receiving server is used for receiving and processing data uploaded by the bottom access server;
the bottom access server is used for accessing a system related to the management operation of the parking lot and acquiring or receiving data provided by other systems;
the data analysis server is used for processing data (such as empty vehicle position data and price data) received in the system and analyzing the authenticity of the data to judge whether the data is correct or not;
the report server is used for receiving and processing report checking applications of users, and regularly collects data by using the idle data period to generate a report for the users to check;
the GIS server is used for managing maps and applications in the system;
the WEB server is used for processing various parking data and service interaction data which are issued by the system through a network way;
the application server is used for controlling the logic operation of the whole service cluster;
the backup server is used for regularly utilizing all data of the data center in the idle period to ensure the safety of system data.
