本发明涉及信息显示屏技术领域，尤其涉及一种电测检验装置。
背景技术
目前，模组及管脚检测岗位在产品进行电性能检测时，利用现有的手动治具进行电测，工作效率太慢。
发明内容
发明目的：本发明要解决的技术问题在于提供一种电测检验装置。
技术方案：本发明所述的电测检验装置，包括底座、气缸支架、气缸、压条、气动测试电源开关、背光槽，所述气缸支架的截面为“凹”字形，气缸支架垂直固连在底座一端上，“凹”字形横板设在底座端头的相背方，气缸滑动连接在气缸支架横板上，压条通过气缸的活塞杆连接在气缸的底部，气动测试电源开关设在底座上、且位于压条正下方的一侧，压条对应气动测试电源开关的一侧设有探针，压条的正下方的底座上为LCM排线放置区；所述背光槽设在底座上表面。
被检测产品包括LCM排线和背光屏，LCM排线和背光屏通过导线连接，电测检验时，LCM排线放在压条下方，背光屏放在背光槽内。
为了方便控制，所述气缸通过脚踏开关控制。
为了更好的控制电源开关，所述气动测试电源开关为顶针感应开关。
工作原理：通过气缸活动使压条下降，压条压住待电测产品的LCM排线，同时，压条上的探针与底座上顶针感应开关的顶针接触，接通电源进行显示，对照电显图形进行电性能的检测。
有益效果：本发明的优点是：定位准确，操作简单，能极大的提高工作效率。

具体实施方式
如图1-3所示的电测检验装置，包括底座1、气缸支架2、气缸3、压条4、顶针感应开关5和背光槽6，气缸支架2的截面为“凹”字形，气缸支架2垂直固连在底座1一端上，“凹”字形横板设在底座1端头的相背方，气缸3滑动连接在气缸支架2横板上，压条4通过气缸3的活塞杆连接在气缸3的底部，顶针感应开关5设在底座1上、且位于压条4正下方的一侧，压条4对应顶针感应开关5的一侧设有探针7，压条4正下方的底座1上为LCM排线放置区；所述背光槽6设在底座1上表面
本发明电测检验装置在对被测产品进行电测检验时，将待电测产品的背光屏放置在背光槽6内，待电测产品的LCM排线放置在压条4正下方，脚踩脚踏开关，通过气缸3活动使压条4下降，压条4压住待电测产品的LCM排线，同时，压条4上的探针7与底座上顶针感应开关5的顶针接触，接通电源进行显示，对照电显图形进行电性能的检测。。
采用本发明电测检验装置，电测检验效率提升40%，人力减少10人，每月为公司节省3万元成本。

1.一种电测检验装置，其特征在于：包括底座、气缸支架、气缸、压条、气动测试电源开关、背光槽，所述气缸支架的截面为“凹”字形，气缸支架垂直固连在底座一端上，“凹”字形横板设在底座端头的相背方，气缸滑动连接在气缸支架横板上，压条通过气缸的活塞杆连接在气缸的底部，气动测试电源开关设在底座上、且位于压条正下方的一侧，压条对应气动测试电源开关的一侧设有探针，压条的正下方的底座上为LCM排线放置区；所述背光槽设在底座上表面。
