本发明提供一种新型固体香水棒的制备方法,称取以下质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙脂15‑18%;微晶蜡10‑15%;水杨酸苯脂6‑8%;聚乙二醇40011‑20%,其余为水,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用。称取液体混合物50‑80%,加入香精或香料成分10‑15%,丙二醇25‑45%,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。本发明混合物中加入了聚乙二醇400,聚乙二醇400是亲水性高分子材料,能减缓香气的挥发,增加留香的时间。此外,本发明中还添加丙二醇,丙二醇也能包覆香水分子,减缓香水过快挥发,此工艺由内而外延缓香气的挥发速度,使香气更持久,而且安全无副作用,减少乙醇香水对皮肤的刺激。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型固体香水,特别涉及一种香水棒制备方法。
背景技术
目前,市面上各种香水种类繁多,但由于各种配方比例不同,因此大多数的留香时间较短,配方繁琐,在配制工艺中醇化时间较长,成本高,或者在香水开盖后先散发出刺鼻的酒精味后,才有香气。市场上大多数香水成本较高,而且流香时间较短。
香水是一种混合了香精油、固定剂与酒精或乙酸乙酯的液体,用香料、酒精和蒸馏水等制成的美容化妆品,能散发浓郁、持久、悦人的香气,可增加使用者的美感和吸引力。目前,市场上所述出售的香水其成分中具有化学刺激性物质,长期喷洒,危害人们身体健康。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明的目的在于,提供一种新型固体状香水剂,具有良好留香效果,香气宜人,且方便携带,安全无毒,无刺激性。
一种新型固体香水棒的制备方法,
1)称取下述质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙酯15-18%;微晶蜡10-15%;水杨酸苯酯6-8%;聚乙二醇40011-20%,其余为水,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用;
2)称取液体混合物50-80%,加入香精或香料成分10-15%,丙二醇25-45%,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。
本发明混合物中加入了聚乙二醇400,聚乙二醇400是亲水性高分子材料,能减缓香气的挥发,增加留香的时间。此外,本发明中还添加丙二醇,丙二醇也能包覆香水分子,减缓香水过快挥发。此工艺由内而外延缓香气的挥发速度,使香气更持久。而且安全无副作用,减少乙醇香水对皮肤的刺激。
本发明的有益效果是:提供一种固体状香水棒,具有良好留香效果,且方便使用、方便携带。
实施例1称取以下质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙酯15g;微晶蜡12g;水杨酸苯酯7g;聚乙二醇40015g,水51g,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用。称取液体混合物50g,加入水溶性茉莉香精15g,丙二醇35g,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。留香时间达6小时。
实施例2称取以下质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙酯15g;微晶蜡10g;水杨酸苯酯8g;聚乙二醇40020g,水47g,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用。称取液体混合物70g,加入水溶性茉莉香精15g,丙二醇25g,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。留香时间达6小时。
实施例3称取以下质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙酯15g;微晶蜡10g;水杨酸苯酯8g;聚乙二醇40020g,水47g,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用。称取液体混合物70g,加入水溶性茉莉香精15g,丙二醇25g,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。留香时间达6小时。
皮肤刺激试验
选择12只2.5kg左右皮肤完好的健康白兔,按照实施例1,实施例2,实施例3,香水类型分别编为3组进行试验。用脱毛剂将家兔背部脊柱两侧的毛去掉,不得损伤皮肤。去毛范围,左、右各约4cm x 4cm。用棉签沾取香水抹于家兔一侧的去毛完整皮肤上,6h后用温水洗去香水液。家兔另一侧去毛皮肤作为空白对照,每天涂抹一次,连续涂抹14d。在每次涂抹后24h观察结果。试验显示,12只家兔背部皮肤无一产生红肿、发炎、溃烂等现象,实验组和对照组无差别。证明该香水棒成分对皮肤无刺激性。

1.一种新型固体香水棒的制备方法,其技术特征为,
(1)称取下述质量百分比的组分:棕榈酸异丙酯15-18 %;微晶蜡10-15 %;水杨酸苯酯6-8% ;聚乙二醇400 11-20%,其余为水,混合均匀并加热至80℃,使各组分溶解呈均匀状液体混合物,冷却至60℃,保温备用;
(2)称取液体混合物50-80%,加入香精或香料成分10-15%,丙二醇25-45%,且三种组分的总质量百分比之和为100%,恒温搅拌均匀灌入棒状模具中。
