Abstract

Description
本发明涉及对高度暴露于倾盆大雨中的建筑物的改进,其中溯及以往地(retrospectively)装有空心墙隔离件(barrier)。
在包括一或多级、或一或多个楼层(公寓)的建筑物中,建筑物的外墙常采用空心墙形式,该空心墙在墙壁的内和外层面(leaves)之间限定出空间,该空间通常从建筑物的顶部延伸到底部。
空心墙中的空间重新流行地(retro)填充有保温材料。
人们期望的是,能防止任何水和/或小块灰泥与保温材料混合。
根据每一楼层的居住者/拥有者的愿望,楼层的每一层相同的外空心墙的一些部分都可以选择性地填充有保温物或保持为空的。
根据本发明的第一方面,用于溯及以往地安装在空心墙中的配件包括用于安装在空腔内的细长构件,该构件为十字形横截面,具有从中心延伸的四个枝干,该四个枝干中相邻两个的每一个都具有形成于其中的一排孔,以允许保温材料通过进入形成于每个有孔的枝干和其相应的另外的相邻枝干之间的空间中,安装时,另外两个相邻的枝干适于形成配件的顶部,因而它们形成V形通道,以收集水和将水引到配件的端部并使水离开空腔。
适于跨空腔延伸的细长构件被布置为使得空腔中配件上方的水被收集在配件顶部处的枝干V形通道中。这提供横跨空腔的隔离件。
优选细长构件是塑料件,但也可以是金属件。
该构件可以相对于空心墙的所述层面不倾斜或倾斜。这在收集水方面可提供积极作用。
可将十字件设置在卷轴(图5)上,由此使得装置的横截面在插入空腔中之前起初近乎平坦,随着配件在空腔空间内侧变直,配件弹出成为其最终的十字形形状,于是其本身适于紧密配合于空腔中,而不必提供用于装配在空腔中的预定宽度。此外,当其滑进空腔空间中的最终位置时,其与空心墙紧密配合。
所述孔可以沿两个细长的相邻枝干的长度均匀地间隔开。这些孔提供用于将保温物填充于十字件中的空间的入口。
一组部件可包括如此前限定的配件和用于在空腔中将该配件支撑在位的支撑器件。
建筑物可以包括空心墙和安装在空腔中如前面所限定的配件。
可具有间隔开的多个所述配件,它们在空腔高度上方、每个楼面线的紧上方或紧下方。这用于在每个楼面线处收集水和捕获空腔高度上方的小片灰泥。
一个或每个配件可由多个支持器件从下方被支持于空腔中,所述支持器件包括横向于空腔延伸的轴或销,合适地,该轴或销由金属制成。
空腔中可具有保温材料,该保温材料可通过配件被支承于空腔中适当位置。
在建筑物是多居住者公寓建筑物的情况下,保温材料可以与分立的公寓相符。于是,在一个或多个其他公寓的楼层处的空心墙中可以没有保温材料。
所述构件组装可适于将保温材料保持于空腔中适当位置。
所述配件可以用于阻止相对小块的灰泥落在保温物上。
在配件的每个端部处的排水沟可将收集于十字件的顶部中的水排出;这种排水沟使水通过边界墙而排到空心墙的外侧。

参考图1和2,配件1包括塑料或金属形式的细长构件2和3。为了形成具有如图2中清楚示出的十字形横截面的结构,一个构件2被形成为具有沿其长度延伸的一排孔4,同时另一构件3被形成为具有一排孔4。孔4在大约150mm中心处具有大约15mm的直径。该构件横跨空腔紧密配合(见图3)。
图3图解地示出了具有延伸于空心墙之间的几层楼层(公寓)11、12和13的建筑物,楼层之一以附图标记14表示,其具有内层面14’和外层面14’’,在内外层面之间限定出空腔14’’’’。空心墙14’’’’适于在后续阶段填充保温材料15。例如,楼层12的居住者可能想要空心墙保温材料,而楼层11和13的居住者可能不想要保温材料。
适于按以下方式将配件1安装到空腔中:在内和外墙中制造孔并沿一个或两个方向插入该配件,以使其紧密地弹在空腔内。配件1之间的空间可填充保温材料或根据需要保持空的。
配件1被设计为操作如下:
如果水下落于空心墙内,其将落到配件的顶部内,并被收集在构件2和构件3的顶部中,随后流到配件的端部处并通过空心墙的边界壁流出,而通过配件1被引导离开空腔14’’’’。
如果任何松散材料下落到空心墙内,其将落到图4中顶部内并由该顶部保持(如所观察到的),且不会污染定位在该配件下方的任何保温材料的顶部或在该顶部上形成桥接件。
参考图4,图中相同的部件由相同的附图标记表示,还有用于配件1的销或轴(在本实施例中为金属的)形式的支撑器件16,该器件横向于空腔14’’’’延伸,且被安装在空心墙14的相应层面14’’、14’的灰浆(mortar)17中的每个端部处。支撑器件16是金属、镀锌钢或不锈钢制的杆、销或轴,并通过将配件置于其上而在空腔14’’’’中支撑配件1。
参考图5,其示出了进入空腔14’’’’的卷轴上的配件1。
可理解的是,本说明书中提到的“水”包括空腔中的液态水和冷凝而形成液态水的水蒸气。
还可理解的是,本说明书中前面参考附图所述的配件可装入溯及以往地存在的空心墙中。
Claims (20)
1.一种用于溯及以往地安装在内墙(14’)和外墙(14”)之间的空腔(14””)中的配件,包括:
细长构件,该细长构件被构造为用于插入在内墙(14’)和外墙(14”)之间的空腔(14””)中,该构件为十字形横截面,具有从细长构件的中心可回复地延伸的第一对枝干和第二对枝干,该第一对枝干中的每一个枝干都具有形成于其中的一排孔(4),以允许保温材料(15)通过进入形成在该第一对枝干中的每一个枝干和该第二对枝干中的对应的枝干之间的空间中,在进行安装时,所述第二对枝干被用于形成配件的顶部,因而所述第二对枝干形成V形通道,以收集水和将水沿细长构件(1)引导,
其特征在于,
所述第一对枝干和第二对枝干可变平坦,且在未被平坦化时弹回为具有十字形横截面,以接合限定所述空腔(14””)的墙。
2.如权利要求1所述的配件,其中细长构件被供应于卷轴上,由此当该细长构件插入在空腔(14””)中变直时,所述配件可弹成为具有所述十字形横截面。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其还包括一个或多个销或轴(16),所述销或轴(16)可横向地跨所述空腔延伸,以支撑所述细长构件(1)。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其还包括一个或多个销或轴(16),当所述细长构件插入在所述内墙(14’)和所述外墙(14”)之间时,所述销或轴(16)可横向地在所述内墙(14’)和所述外墙(14”)之间延伸,以支撑所述细长构件(1)。

6.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中所述第一对枝干中的第一枝干的孔(4)被构造为允许保温材料(15)通过,进入形成在所述第一对枝干中的第一枝干和所述第二对枝干中的第三枝干之间的空间,且所述第一对枝干中的第二枝干的孔(4)被构造为允许保温材料通过,进入形成在所述第一对枝干中的第二枝干和所述第二对枝干中的第四枝干之间的空间。
7.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中所述细长构件(1)被构造为使得所述第二对枝干中的第三枝干可和内墙(14’)接触,以阻止水通过进入在所述第二对枝干中的第三枝干和所述第一对枝干中的第一枝干之间的空间,而所述第二对枝干中的第四枝干可和外墙(14”)接触,以阻止水通过进入在所述第二对枝干中的第四枝干和所述第一对枝干中的第二枝干之间的空间。
8.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中当所述细长构件(1)插入在内墙(14’)和外墙(14”)之间时,第一枝干和第三枝干可回复地压靠内墙(14’),且第二枝干和第四枝干可回复地压靠外墙(14”)。
9.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中所述V形通道将水从内墙(14’)和外墙(14”)之间引导至内墙(14’)和外墙(14”)中的至少一个之外。
10.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中所述细长构件(1)可成型为可从卷轴供应的部件,其中该部件的横截面在细长构件(1)成型为该部件时可被平坦化,且该横截面随着细长构件(1)展开而可回复地延展开。
11.如权利要求1或2所述的配件,其中所述孔(4)的直径为15mm。
12.一种用于溯及以往地将如前述任意一项权利要求所述的配件安装在墙之间的空腔中的方法,其包括:
将处于平坦状态的细长构件(1)插入位于两个相邻的墙之间的空腔(14””)中,
所述细长构件(1)在所述空腔(14””)中弹出至一形状,以接合限定所述空腔(14””)的墙。
13.如权利要求12所述的方法,其还包括在内墙(14’)或外墙(14”)中形成孔洞,通过该孔洞细长构件(1)被插入。
14.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述细长构件(1)弹出至具有第一对枝干和第二对枝干的十字形横截面。
15.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述细长构件(1)弹出以形成用于收集和引导水的通道。
16.如权利要求15所述的方法,其中所述通道具有V形横截面。
17.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述第一对枝干包括一排孔(4)。
18.如权利要求12所述的方法,其中所述细长构件(1)在该细长构件在空腔(14””)中伸直时回弹成形。
19.如权利要求18所述的方法,其还包括将所述细长构件(1)从卷轴展开,在所述细长构件(1)从卷轴展开时所述细长构件(1)回弹成形。
20.如权利要求12所述的方法,其还包括以保温材料(15)填充配件之间的空间。
