Abstract

一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,包括外壳体、炉胆,外壳体顶部设有上端进料口,外壳体侧壁设有上端进料口,外壳体内部设有内壳体,所述外壳体、内壳体构成夹层,炉胆位于内壳体内。外壳体下部底座与内壳体下部构成一储热腔体,储热腔体设有下出风口,所述储热腔体一侧开设有二次进风口,所述外壳体一侧开设有一次进风口,所述内壳体、炉胆顶端设有上出风口。本发明一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉的优点:利用下吸式高温烟气流,对加长的二次进风道进行自身预热,分段循环预热,使二次风出口温度高。在外形尺寸相等、燃料相同、单位散热量相比,综合热效率达86.37%,省柴50%左右。

一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉
技术领域
本发明涉及一种炉具,特别是一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉。
背景技术
现有技术中的生物质取暖炉,二次进风的最大缺点是:二次进风预热不充分,冷风或低温空气进入炉内膛,降低了内膛温度,导致内膛出风口化学不完全燃烧,烟筒出烟口依然有烟雾冒出。而且外壁温度低,达不到取暖目的。
原因有如下:
1)、二次进风虽然也采用了预热设计,但过于简单。弊端是预热路径太短,只有10cm到30cm。冷空气进入预热管腔没有达到150℃,很快进入内膛燃烧室。
2)、预热路径官腔自身温度不高,也就对二次风不能加热到高温300℃状态。
3)、没有设置分段复合式预热,二次风预热是渐进过程,由低温到中温再到高温,不是瞬间达高温。
4)、上燃式半气化炉的烟筒弊端在于:在炉灶上中部,抽力过大,流速过快,二次进风直扑燃烧室。而且严重的是:二次风出口喷口产生的热量又直扑烟炊排出,路径太短,气化取得的可燃气体再燃烧进一步释放出其具有的化学能,没有充分被利用,散失损失大。
发明内容
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,使上吸式抽烟改变为下吸式抽烟,利用下吸式高温烟气流对二次进风管分段预热。使进入内膛燃烧室的二次风成为高温,燃烧温度可以达400℃以上。流经的二次进风进行分段预热,预热到250~350℃,最后到达上出风口。
本发明采取的技术方案为:一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,包括外壳体、炉胆,外壳体顶部设有上端进料口,外壳体侧壁设有上端进料口,外壳体内部设有内壳体,所述外壳体、内壳体构成夹层,炉胆位于内壳体内。外壳体下部底座与内壳体下部构成一储热腔体,储热腔体设有下出风口, 所述储热腔体一侧开设有二次进风口,所述外壳体一侧开设有一次进风口,所述内壳体、炉胆顶端设有上出风口。
所述内壳体与外壳体之间构成一次进风道。
所述炉胆与内壳体之间构成二次进风道。
所述炉胆底部与内壳体底部构成一次预热风道,一次预热风道位置对应二次进风口。
所述炉胆侧壁与内壳体侧壁构成二次预热风道。
所述外壳体、内壳体为钢材制作,外壳体、内壳体构成钢板夹层。
一种二次进风预热方法,冷空气由二次进风口进入一次预热风道一次预热,由于一次预热风道已经被储热腔体预热,达150℃以上,之后向二次预热风道二次预热,可以预热到250~350℃,构成分段预热,最后到达上出风口。
本发明一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉的优点:利用下吸式高温烟气流,对加长的二次进风道进行自身预热,分段循环预热,使二次风出口温度高。在外形尺寸相等、燃料相同、单位散热量相比,综合热效率达86.37%,省柴50%左右。
本发明初次预热风道、再次预热风道,使燃烧更充分,火力更大,预热后的助燃空气达到250~350℃。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,包括外壳体3、炉胆4,外壳体3顶部设有上端进料口1,外壳体3侧壁设有上端进料口2,外壳体3内部设有内壳体12,所述外壳体3、内壳体12构成夹层,炉胆4位于内壳体12内。
外壳体3下部底座与内壳体12下部构成一储热腔体11,储热腔体11设有下出风口9。所述储热腔体11一侧开设有二次进风口10,所述外壳体3一侧开设有一次进风口8,所述内壳体12、炉胆4顶端设有上出风口5。
所述内壳体12与外壳体3之间构成一次进风道。所述炉胆4与内壳体12之间构成二次进风道6。
所述炉胆4底部与内壳体12底部构成一次预热风道7,一次预热风道7位置对应二次进风口10。所述炉胆4侧壁与内壳体12侧壁构成二次预热风道13。
所述外壳体3、内壳体12为钢材制作,外壳体3、内壳体12构成钢板夹层。
一种二次进风预热方法,冷空气由二次进风口10进入一次预热风道7一次预热,由于一次预热风道7已经被储热腔体11预热,达150℃以上,之后向二次预热风道13二次预热,可以预热到250~350℃,构成分段预热,最后到达上出风口5。
由于采用下吸式排烟,热量在炉内膛至底座的储热腔体11内循环,二次进风口10又是设在炉底座侧面,预热路径变长,二次进风口10与一次预热风道7相连,达到分段渐进中温预热目的,热空气上升到高温区,再次二次预热,直到上出风口5。

1.一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,包括外壳体(3)、炉胆(4),外壳体(3)顶部设有上端进料口(1),外壳体(3)侧壁设有上端进料口(2),其特征在于,外壳体(3)内部设有内壳体(12),所述外壳体(3)、内壳体(12)构成夹层,炉胆(4)位于内壳体(12)内;
外壳体(3)下部底座与内壳体(12)下部构成一储热腔体(11),储热腔体(11)设有下出风口(9), 所述储热腔体(11)一侧开设有二次进风口(10),所述外壳体(3)一侧开设有一次进风口(8),所述内壳体(12)、炉胆(4)顶端设有上出风口(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,其特征在于,所述内壳体(12)与外壳体(3)之间构成一次进风道。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆(4)与内壳体(12)之间构成二次进风道(6)。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆(4)底部与内壳体(12)底部构成一次预热风道(7),一次预热风道(7)位置对应二次进风口(10)。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,其特征在于,所述炉胆(4)侧壁与内壳体(12)侧壁构成二次预热风道(13)。
6.根据权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉,其特征在于,所述外壳体(3)、内壳体(120为钢材制作,外壳体(3)、内壳体(12)构成钢板夹层。
7.采用如权利要求1所述一种内循环式分段预热生物质取暖炉的二次进风预热方法,其特征在于,冷空气由二次进风口(10)进入一次预热风道(7)一次预热,由于一次预热风道(7)已经被储热腔体(11)预热,达150℃以上,之后向二次预热风道(13)二次预热,可以预热到250~350℃,构成分段预热,最后到达上出风口(5)。
