本发明提供提升光效率的车辆的照明装置。为此,根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置,包括:光源,用于生成光;导光板,形成有出光部与反射部,所述出光部使所述光向前面出光,所述反射部前面凸出形成有全反射所述光的图案并且接于所述出光部的后面来进行安置从而使所述光通过所述出光部向前面出光。

车辆的照明装置
技术领域
本发明涉及车辆的照明装置,更详细地说是涉及设置有将光源的光全反射来向外部出光的导光板的车辆的照明装置。
背景技术
通常,车辆的前方及后方会安装有各种照明装置来给车辆提供安全及驾驶的便利,这种照明装置包括前照灯、后尾灯、方向指示灯等。
在车辆的外部查看这种照明装置时,相比于将光源暴露在外,随着最近重视于车辆设计,并不将光源直接暴露在外而是开发着照明装置,通过设置将光源的光全反射来向车辆的外部出光的导光板来发挥间接性的照明效果,这成为了一种趋势。
发明内容

本发明要解决的技术问题在于,提供提升了光效率的车辆的照明装置。
本发明的技术问题并不限定于上述所述提及的技术问题,从业者可以通过以下的记述明确了解到未提及或其他的技术问题。
(解决问题的手段)
为了达成所述技术问题,根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置,包括:光源,用于生成光;导光板,形成有出光部与反射部,所述出光部使所述光向前面出光,所述反射部前面凸出形成有全反射所述光的图案并且接于所述出光部的后面来进行安置从而使所述光通过所述出光部向前面出光。
其他实施例的具体事项包括于详细的说明及附图中。
(发明的效果)
根据本发明的车辆的照明装置,反射部上凸出形成有全反射光源的光的图案,因此所述图案的宽可以以微观的宽度形成从而具有可以对所述光进行细微的控制的效果。
此外,所述光源并非安置于导光板的外部而是安置于所述导光板的内部,因此,可以防止所述光源中生成的光在从空气中透射出来的过程中被全反射而消灭的现象从而具有提升光效率的效果,并且因为所述光源及导光板之间不存在空气层,因此减少了光的前进媒介从而也具有提升向所述导光板入射的光的透光率的效果。
此外,所述导光板是由热传导率远高于空气的UV固化树脂形成,因此具有无需散热装置来冷却由所述光源生成的光引起的热量的效果。
本发明的效果并不限定于以上所提及到的效果,从业者可以通过所记述的技术范围中明确理解到未提及或其他的效果。

下面,参照附图对根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置进行说明。
图1是表示根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置的立体图,图2是表示根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置的剖视图,图3是图示图2中的反射部的详细图。
参照图1至图3,根据本发明的实施例的车辆的照明装置100,包括:光源15,用于生成光;导光板20,全反射在光源15中生成的光向前面外部出光。
光源15具备为LED,并在基板10上安置三个。但是,基板10上安置的光源15的个数并不限定于此。
光源15埋立于导光板20的侧面内部,从而使光源15中生成的光不通过空气并直接入射向导光板20。
如上所述,光源15并不安置于导光板20的外部而是安置于导光板20的内部,因此,可以防止光源15中生成的光在从空气中透射出来的过程中被全反射而消灭的现象来提升光效率。此外,光源15及导光板20之间不存在空气层,因此减少了光的前进媒介从而可以提升向所述导光板20入射的光的透光率。
基板10,以安装有多个光源15的状态来安置于导光板20的侧面,来使光源15安置于导光板20的侧面内部。即,安装有光源15的基板10与导光板20形成为一体,从而相比于以往的基板10及导光板20独立形成的结构,可以简化组装工序。
导光板20构成为,出光部22,将光源15中生成的光向前面出光;反射部24,接于所述出光部22的后面来进行安置并且在前面凸出形成有全反射所述光的图案25,从而使所述光通过所述出光部22向前面出光。
从导光板20的侧面入射的光源15的光会通过反射部24上凸出形成的多个图案25全反射至出光部22,经过导光板20的整体,以均匀的状态向出光部22的前面出光。
反射部24形成于导光板20的后面。反射部24,前面凸出形成有图案25来全反射从光源15入射的光。以往的图案25并非突出形成而是内陷于反射部24的前面。因此以往为了形成陷入反射部24的前面的图案25,需要在模具内形成对应于图案25的凸出部,并且在所述模具内以0.3mm以下的宽度形成所述凸出部实属于不可能的事情,因此在反射部24的前面以0.3mm以下来形成内陷结构的图案25亦属于不可能的事情。
但是,本实施例中,反射部24由膜材质形成,并在前面凸出地印刷多个全反射从光源15入射的光的图案25,从而可以使所述图案的高度及宽度以微观的图案形成。本实施例中,多个图案25在高度为5~50μm范围内可以以相同高度来形成。只是,光源15是安置于导光板20的侧面,因此为了使从导光板20出光的光变得均匀,多个图案25的宽度优选形成为,远离于光源15时逐渐变宽。
导光板20形成为L形状,向车辆的外部照射的光可以形成为L型的图案。
即,导光板20,包括:第一引导部26,从安置光源15的侧面以一定区间第一高度形成;第二引导部28,延长于第一引导部26,以一定区间低于所述第一高度的第二高度形成。
如上所述,因为光源15安置于第一引导部26的侧面,因此需要通过形成于反射部24的前面的多个图案25来使从导光板20出光的光整体均匀。
特别是,因为第二引导部28的高度低于第一引导部26的高度,因此安置于第一引导部26的图案相比于安置于第二引导部28的图案,其宽度需要显著地变小。本实施例中,反射部24由膜材质形成,并在反射部24的前面印刷分别的图案25,从而可以形成具有0.3mm以下的微观宽度的图案25。
只是,分别的图案25的宽度形成为,远离于光源15时逐渐变宽,从而使向导光板20的外部出光的光变得均匀。
另一方面,反射部24,后面由所述光的防透光性材质构成。如上所述,因为反射部24的后面由所述光的防透光性材质构成,因此无需为了提高向导光板20的前面出光的光的效率且为了防止光从以往的导光板20的后面透射出去而安置于导光板20后面的背面盖板。
此外,出光部22形成导光板20的前面。出光部22由树脂形成并涂布于反射板24的前面上,来使从反射部24全反射的光向外部出光。
在出光部22涂布于反射部24的前面上之前,将基板10相接于反射部24的一侧面来使光源15位于反射部24的前面的上侧后,将出光部22涂布于反射部24的前面上,并通过固化器固化出光部22来使光源15以埋立于出光部22的状态来与导光板20形成为一体。
出光部22使用UV(Ultraviolet)固化树脂。UV固化树脂相比于空气,具有更高的折射率,并且具有更高的热传导率。本实施例中,将空气作为基准媒介(折射率=1)时,光源15使用折射率约为3的LED,UV固化树脂的折射率约为1.5。
因为空气的折射率为1,因此在以往的不将光源15安置于导光板20的内部而是安置于导光板20的外部的情况时,光源15及空气的折射率的差为光源15的折射率3减去空气折射率1的差值2。此时,从光源15照射到空气中的全反射临界角约为33.9度。
另一方面,本实施例的光源15及UV固化树脂的折射率的差为光源15的折射率3减去UV固化树脂的折射率1.5的差值1.5,相比于以往,折射率的差更小,并且全反射临界角约为52.4度,也大于以往,因此光效率得到了提升。
此外,以往需要散热装置来冷却光源15中生成的光导致的热量,但是本实施例中,导光板20的出光部22是由热传导率远高于空气的UV固化树脂形成,因此无需散热装置。
如上所述,根据本发明的车辆的照明装置,反射部24上凸出形成有全反射光源15的光的图案25,因此所述图案25的宽可以以微观的宽度形成从而可以对所述光进行细微的控制。
此外,因为光源15并不安置于导光板20的外部而是安置于内部,因此,可以防止光源15中生成的光在从空气中透射出来的过程中被全反射而消灭的现象来提升光效率,并且,光源15及导光板20之间不存在空气层,因此减少了光的前进媒介从而可以提升向所述导光板20入射的光的透光率。
本发明所属技术领域的普通技术人员应当理解,在不变更其技术性思想或必要性特征的情况下,可以实施为其他具体形态。因此,以上所记述的实施例应当理解为是在所有面上例示性地表示,而不是为了进行限定。本发明的保护范围相比于所述详细地说明,会是在技术范围内显现,应当解释为在技术范围还有与从其均等的概念所衍生的所有变更或变形的形态都属于本发明的范围内。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,包括:
光源,用于生成光;及
导光板,形成有出光部与反射部,所述出光部使所述光向前面出光,所述反射部前面凸出形成有全反射所述光的图案并且接于所述出光部的后面来进行安置从而使所述光通过所述出光部向前面出光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述反射部由膜材质构成,所述图案印刷于所述反射部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述反射部,后面由所述光的防透光性材质构成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述出光部由涂布于所述反射部的前面的树脂材质构成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述出光部为UV固化树脂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述光源安置于所述导光板的侧面。
7.根据权利要求6所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,所述导光板包括:
第一引导部,从安置所述光源的侧面以一定区间第一高度形成;第二引导部,延长于第一引导部,以一定区间低于所述第一高度的第二高度形成。
8.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述图案形成为多个,分别的所述图案的宽度形成为,远离于光源时逐渐变宽。
9.根据权利要求1所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,
所述光源,埋立于所述出光部来安置于所述导光板的侧面内部。
10.根据权利要求9所述的车辆的照明装置,其特征在于,还包括:
基板,安装有所述光源并安置于所述导光板的侧面,来使所述光源安置于所述导光板的侧面内部。
