Abstract

本发明公开了一种双燃料改装系统,其中的天然气供给系统包括:天然气总管道;混合器;传感器组;控制系统,控制系统与传感器组以及天然气总管道中的电磁开关阀通讯连接。双燃料改装系统在纯柴油的模式下启动,在所述传感器组传输来的运行信号在预设范围内时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀打开;在所述传感器组传输来的运行信号在所述预设范围之外时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀关闭。本发明仅在原有的柴油发动机的基础上增加了天然气总管道、混合器、传感器组以及控制系统,并没有对原柴油发动机和原柴油发动机的ECU进行大范围改造,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高了将大型柴油发动机改造为双燃料改装系统的可行性。

一种双燃料改装系统
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机技术领域,更具体地说,涉及一种双燃料改装系统。
背景技术
天然气作为发动机的能源燃料,与汽油和柴油相比,天然气的价格低廉,运行平稳、噪音低、不积炭。目前,国内双燃料设备主要针对汽车,改进后的双燃料设备对CNG(压缩天然气)的气瓶减压,将天然气喷射进发动机。该双燃料设备对原发动机的改动较大,需要拆解发动机进行改造并进行标定实验。改造成本较大,改造过程较繁琐。另外,目前国内鲜有针对1000KW以上的大型柴油发动机的双燃料改装系统。
因此如何设计一种双燃料改装系统,该双燃料改装系统对原柴油发动机的改动较小,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高对大型柴油发动机改造的可行性,是本领域技术人员亟待解决的关键性问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种双燃料改装系统,该双燃料改装体统对原柴油发动机的改动较小,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高对大型柴油发动机改造的可行性。
为达到上述目的,本发明提供以下技术方案:
一种双燃料改装系统,包括柴油发动机的柴油供给系统和空气供给系统,还包括天然气供给系统,所述天然气供给系统包括:
天然气总管道,沿着天然气的流动方向,所述天然气总管道上依次设置有过滤器、稳压阀、以及电磁开关阀;
混合器,所述混合器设置于所述空气进气系统中的空气滤清器和涡轮增压器之间,所述天然气总管道的出气端通过软管和所述混合器连通,位于所述混合器下游的管道为进气歧管;
设置于所述天然气总管道以及所述进气歧管中,用于感应并传输所述天然气供给系统运行信号的传感器组;
控制系统,所述控制系统与所述传感器组以及所述电磁开关阀通讯连接,
双燃料改装系统在纯柴油的模式下启动,所述传感器组传输来的运行信号均在预设范围内时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀打开;所述传感器组传输来的运行信号在所述预设范围之外时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀关闭。
优选地,所述传感器组包括:
靠近所述天然气总管道的进气口设置的天然气进气压力传感器;
设置在所述进气歧管中的进气压力传感器和进气温度传感器;
靠近所述电磁开关阀的出口端设置的天然气出气压力传感器;
用于设置在柴油发动机中的爆震传感器;
位于所述混合器上的真空度传感器。
优选地,所述混合器靠近所述涡轮增压器设置。
优选地,所述电磁开关阀上设置有手动挡和受所述控制系统控制的自动挡。
优选地,还包括靠近所述过滤器设置的电磁流量计,以及位于所述电磁开关阀下游设置的电磁流量调节阀,
所述控制系统与所述电磁流量计以及所述电磁流量调节阀通讯连接,所述控制统统根据所述电磁流量计输入的信号,得出天然气的实际替代率,在所述实际替代率小于设定的替代率时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁流量调节阀增大开度;在所述实际替代率大于所述设定的替代率时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁流量调节阀减小开度。
优选地,在所述电磁开关阀和所述电磁流量调节阀之间还设置有调压阀。
优选地,还包括具有输入系统和显示系统的控制屏,所述控制屏与所述控制系统通讯连接,
所述控制屏的输入系统用于输入所述传感器组中各个传感器的预设参数;
所述显示系统用于实时显示所述传感器组中各个传感器的信号值以及天然气的消耗量。
优选地,所述控制系统还与所述柴油供给系统中的ECU通过J1939总线通讯连接,来获取柴油的瞬时消耗量,并将所述瞬时消耗量显示在所述控制屏上。
从上述技术方案可以看出,双燃料改装系统在纯柴油的模式下启动,当控制系统检测到传感器组传输来的信号在预设范围内时,控制系统控制天然气总管道上的电磁开关阀打开,天然气流经天然气总管道后在混合器中和空气混合,最终进入到发动机汽缸中和柴油一起参与燃烧,从而实现了发动机的双燃料燃烧。当控制系统检测到传感器组传输来的信号在预设范围之外时,控制天然气开关阀关闭,从而切断天然气的供给。
本发明仅在原有的柴油发动机的基础上增加了天然气总管道、混合器、传感器组以及控制系统,并没有对原柴油发动机和原柴油发动机的ECU进行大范围改造,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高了将大型柴油发动机改造为双燃料改装系统的可行性。

其中,1为过滤器、2为稳压阀、3为电磁开关阀、4为调压阀、5为电磁流量调节阀、6为空气滤清器、7为涡轮增压器、8为混合器、9为软管。
具体实施方式
本发明公开了一种双燃料改装系统,该双燃料改装系统仅在原有的柴油发动机的基础上增加了天然气总管道、混合器、传感器组以及控制系统,并没有对原柴油发动机本体和原柴油发动机的ECU进行大范围改造,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高了对大型柴油发动机改造的可行性。
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明的一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其它实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
请参考图1,图1为本发明一具体实施例提供的天然气供给系统的结构示意图。
在本发明一具体实施例中,双燃料改装系统括柴油发动机的柴油供给系统和空气供给系统,还包括天然气供给系统,该天然气供给系统包括:天然气总管道、混合器8、传感器组以及控制系统。
一般情况下,柴油发动机由两大机构和四大系统组成,包括:曲柄连杆机构、配气机构、柴油供给系统、润滑系统、冷却系统以及起动系统。
沿着天然气的进气方向,天然气总管道上依次设置有过滤器1、稳压阀2、电磁开关阀3。过滤器1用于净化天然气,将天然气中的杂质滤除,以减少对汽缸、活塞、活塞环、气门及气门座的早期磨损;从天然气瓶中出来的的天然气的压力较高,稳压阀2的作用是将高压的天然气稳定在较低的压力状态下;电磁开关阀3用于控制天然气的供给与否。
原有的柴油发动机的空气供给系统中包括空气滤清器6和涡轮增压器7,本发明在空气滤清器6和涡轮增压器7之间安装了混合器8,从天然气总管道中流出的天然气经过软管9进入到混合器8中,在混合器8中与经过空气滤清器6过滤的空气混合,混合后经涡轮增压器7的增压,最终进入到汽缸中和柴油一起参与燃烧。
上述中电磁开关阀3的打开和关闭是受控制系统控制的。混合器8的下游管道为进气歧管,上述中的传感器组设置在天然气总管道和进气歧管中,用于检测天然气进气系统是否处在预设范围内。双燃料改装系统在纯柴油模式下启动,传感器组将天然气供给系统中的运行信号传输给控制系统。如果控制系统判断出运行信号均在设定的范围内,那么控制系统控制开关阀3打开,向汽缸供给天然气。此时,在柴油供给量不变的情况下,由于增加了天然气的燃烧,发动机的飞轮转速将会提高,当柴油发动机本体的ECU(Electronic Control Unit,电子控制单元)检测到飞轮的转速超出预设的转速后,会降低柴油的喷油量,双燃料改装系统正式切入到双燃料模式。
发动机在双燃料模式下运行时,传感器组会继续不断地将天然气供给系统的运行信号发送给控制系统,一旦控制系统检测到运行信号在设定的范围之外,就控制电磁开关阀3关闭,切断天然气的供给。
本发明仅在原有的柴油发动机的基础上增加了天然气总管道、混合器8、传感器组以及控制系统,并没有对原柴油发动机和原柴油发动机的ECU进行大范围改造,改造过程简单,改造成本低,从而提高了将大型柴油发动机改造为双燃料发动机的可行性。
上述中的传感器组包括:靠近所述天然气总管道的进气口设置的天然气进气压力传感器;设置在所述进气歧管中的进气压力传感器和进气温度传感器;靠近所述电磁开关阀3的出口端设置的天然气出气压力传感器;用于设置在柴油发动机中的爆震传感器;位于所述混合器8上的真空度传感器。
混合器8要尽量靠近涡轮增压器7设置,这样可以保证混合气体的进气顺畅。电磁开关阀3上设置有手动挡和自动挡,自动挡是通过控制系统控制的,在控制系统出现故障,或在某些紧急情况下,可以手动关闭或开启电磁开关阀3。
在本发明一具体实施例中,还包括靠近过滤器1设置的电磁流量计,以及位于电磁开关阀3下游设置的电磁流量调节阀5,控制系统与电磁流量计以及电磁流量调节阀5通讯连接,电磁流量调节阀5用于调节天然气的流量。
发动机在双燃料模式下运行时,需要保证天然气的替代率不能过高,天然气替代率为天然气的消耗量与纯柴油模式下柴油消耗量的比值,经过实践,天然气的替代率以不超过0.7为宜。控制系统根据电磁流量计输入的信号得出天然气的实际替代率,在实际替代率小于设定的替代率时,控制系统控制电磁流量调节阀5增大开度,增大天然气的流量;在实际替代率大于设定的替代率时,控制系统控制电磁调节阀减小开度,减小天然气的流量。
在本发明一具体实施例中,在电磁开关阀3和电磁流量调节阀5之间还设置有调压阀4,调压阀4进一步将天然气的压力调节至适合的值。
在本发明以具体实施例中,还包括控制屏,该控制屏具有输入系统和显示系统,控制屏与控制系统通讯连接。不同的天然气供给系统正常运行的信号参数范围可能也不相同,可以通过控制屏输入不同的参数范围。显示系统用于实时显示传感器组中各个传感器的信号值,另外,控制系统根据电磁流量计输入的信号值得出天然气的消耗量,并将该消耗量显示在控制屏上。
该实施例中的控制系统还与柴油供给系统中的ECU通过J1939总线通讯连接,来获取柴油的瞬时消耗,并将瞬时消耗量显示在控制屏上。

Claims (8)

1.一种双燃料改装系统,包括柴油发动机的柴油供给系统和空气供给系统,其特征在于,还包括天然气供给系统,所述天然气供给系统包括:
天然气总管道,沿着天然气的流动方向,所述天然气总管道上依次设置有过滤器(1)、稳压阀(2)、以及电磁开关阀(3);
混合器(8),所述混合器(8)设置于所述空气进气系统中的空气滤清器(6)和涡轮增压器(7)之间,所述天然气总管道的出气端通过软管(9)和所述混合器(8)连通,位于所述混合器(8)下游的管道为进气歧管;
设置于所述天然气总管道以及所述进气歧管中,用于感应并传输所述天然气供给系统运行信号的传感器组;
控制系统,所述控制系统与所述传感器组以及所述电磁开关阀(3)通讯连接,
双燃料改装系统在纯柴油的模式下启动,所述传感器组传输来的运行信号均在预设范围内时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀(3)打开;所述传感器组传输来的运行信号在所述预设范围之外时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁开关阀(3)关闭。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,所述传感器组包括:
靠近所述天然气总管道的进气口设置的天然气进气压力传感器;
设置在所述进气歧管中的进气压力传感器和进气温度传感器;
靠近所述电磁开关阀(3)的出口端设置的天然气出气压力传感器;
用于设置在柴油发动机中的爆震传感器;
位于所述混合器(8)上的真空度传感器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,所述混合器(8)靠近所述涡轮增压器(7)设置。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,所述电磁开关阀(3)上设置有手动挡和受所述控制系统控制的自动挡。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,还包括靠近所述过滤器(1)设置的电磁流量计,以及位于所述电磁开关阀(3)下游设置的电磁流量调节阀(5),
所述控制系统与所述电磁流量计以及所述电磁流量调节阀(5)通讯连接,所述控制统统根据所述电磁流量计输入的信号,得出天然气的实际替代率,在所述实际替代率小于设定的替代率时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁流量调节阀(5)增大开度;在所述实际替代率大于所述设定的替代率时,所述控制系统控制所述电磁流量调节阀(5)减小开度。
6.根据权利要求5所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,在所述电磁开关阀(3)和所述电磁流量调节阀(5)之间还设置有调压阀(4)。
7.根据权利要求5所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,还包括具有输入系统和显示系统的控制屏,所述控制屏与所述控制系统通讯连接,
所述控制屏的输入系统用于输入所述传感器组中各个传感器的预设参数;
所述显示系统用于实时显示所述传感器组中各个传感器的信号值以及天然气的消耗量。
8.根据权利要求7所述的双燃料改装系统,其特征在于,所述控制系统还与所述柴油供给系统中的ECU通过J1939总线通讯连接,来获取柴油的瞬时消耗量,并将所述瞬时消耗量显示在所述控制屏上。
