本发明揭示了一种卷烟包装纸,所述卷烟包装纸包括纸浆原料、增韧剂、增白剂、助燃剂、防腐剂、荧光剂以及干燥剂,所述的纸浆原料是植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的增白剂是过氧化苯甲酰,所述的助燃剂是氯酸钾,所述的防腐剂是苯甲酸钠,所述的荧光剂是卤磷酸钙,所述的干燥剂是硅藻土。所述卷烟包装纸很薄,降低成本并能使烟丝充分燃烧,减少因烟丝不充分燃烧而产生较多的一氧化碳对人体的伤害。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种包装材料,具体涉及一种卷烟包装纸。
背景技术
“吸烟有害健康”这一广告语早已深入人心,但是如今的人们对烟的需求量依然很大,吸烟的人们可能不知道,吸烟时烟丝并不能完全燃烧,因此会有较多的一氧化碳产生,一氧化碳与血红蛋白结合,影响心血管的血氧供应,促进胆固醇增高,也可以间接影响某些肿瘤的形成。吸烟对人体的伤害确实很大,但是很多消费者还是离不开香烟的诱惑,很多生产者为了减少对人体的伤害对烟丝的成分进行调整或者对滤嘴进行修改但是这样的调整成本比较大,而且过程比较复杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防潮,降低成本,使香烟能充分燃烧的薄型卷烟包装纸。
本发明的技术方案是,一种卷烟包装纸,包括纸浆原料、增韧剂、增白剂、助燃剂、防腐剂、荧光剂以及干燥剂,所述的纸浆原料是植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的增白剂是过氧化苯甲酰,所述的助燃剂是氯酸钾,所述的防腐剂是氯酸钾,所述的荧光剂是卤磷酸钙,所述的干燥剂是硅藻土。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占79%-88%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占2%-4%,过氧化苯甲酰占3%-5%,氯酸钾占2%-3%,氯酸钾占2%-4%,卤磷酸钙占1%-2%,硅藻土占2%-3%。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占85%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占2.6%,过氧化苯甲酰占3.8%,氯酸钾占2.2%,氯酸钾占3.1%,卤磷酸钙占1.2%,硅藻土占2.1%。
本发明所述为一种卷烟包装纸,所述卷烟包装纸很薄,降低成本并能使烟丝充分燃烧,减少因烟丝不充分燃烧而产生较多的一氧化碳对人体的伤害。

本发明所述为一种卷烟包装纸,包括纸浆原料、增韧剂、增白剂、助燃剂、防腐剂、荧光剂以及干燥剂,所述的纸浆原料是植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的增白剂是过氧化苯甲酰,所述的助燃剂是氯酸钾,所述的防腐剂是氯酸钾,所述的荧光剂是卤磷酸钙,所述的干燥剂是硅藻土。
进一步地,所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占79%-88%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占2%-4%,过氧化苯甲酰占3%-5%,氯酸钾占2%-3%,氯酸钾占2%-4%,卤磷酸钙占1%-2%,硅藻土占2%-3%。

进一步地,所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占83.3%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占3.2%,过氧化苯甲酰占4.3%,氯酸钾占2.7%,氯酸钾占2.4%,卤磷酸钙占1.6%,硅藻土占2.5%。
通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的产品性能高低不一,从而获得不同的使用效果。
本发明所述为一种卷烟包装纸,所述卷烟包装纸很薄,降低成本并能使烟丝充分燃烧,减少因烟丝不充分燃烧而产生较多的一氧化碳对人体的伤害。

1.一种卷烟包装纸,其特征在于:包括纸浆原料、增韧剂、增白剂、助燃剂、防腐剂、荧光剂以及干燥剂,所述的纸浆原料是植物纤维的原生木浆,所述的增韧剂为苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体,所述的增白剂是过氧化苯甲酰,所述的助燃剂是氯酸钾,所述的防腐剂是氯酸钾,所述的荧光剂是卤磷酸钙,所述的干燥剂是硅藻土。
2.    根据权利要求1所述的卷烟包装纸,其特征在于:所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占79%-88%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占2%-4%,过氧化苯甲酰占3%-5%,氯酸钾占2%-3%,氯酸钾占2%-4%,卤磷酸钙占1%-2%,硅藻土占2%-3%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的卷烟包装纸,其特征在于:所述的卷烟包装纸各成分重量百分比为植物纤维的原生木浆占85%,苯乙烯-丁二烯热塑性弹性体占2.6%,过氧化苯甲酰占3.8%,氯酸钾占2.2%,氯酸钾占3.1%,卤磷酸钙占1.2%,硅藻土占2.1%。
