本发明的目的是提供一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,属于昆虫研究领域。本发明的特点是根据植物叶片所需营养,用硝酸钙Ca(NO3)2、硝酸钾KNO3、磷酸二氢钾KH2PO4、硫酸镁MgSO4、铁溶液、硫酸链霉素等配制而成,其配方比是硝酸钙4-5g、硝酸钾2-3g、磷酸二氢钾0.5-1g、硫酸镁0.5-1g、1.54%EDTA-铁溶液ml、100万单位硫酸链霉素50-80mg,加一定量的纯净水和琼酯,经煮制而成。本发明廉价、简便,对叶片具有良好的保鲜效果,可用于昆虫饲养和观察。

本发明是提供一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,属于昆虫研究领域。
背景技术
目前,在进行昆虫生物学、害虫抗性、天敌昆虫饲养等研究时,经常用植物叶片对昆虫进行饲养,常用的整株植物饲养由于种植时间长、占用空间大、昆虫容易逃逸、不易观察等问题对试验造成一定影响,特别是进行害虫室内生物测定时,恒温培养箱密闭空间对植物生长、处理间的相互干扰则难以克服。特别是对一些小型昆虫如蚜虫、螨类、蓟马类、粉虱类等昆虫进行观察时,需在高倍解剖镜下检查方可确定死活,而整株植物镜检时难以做到。
本发明的目的在于避免上述原有技术中的不足之处,而提供一种较长时间保持叶片新鲜,为昆虫饲养提供食料的配方。

本发明的目的可以通过以下措施来达到:
本发明是一种用于延长叶片新鲜,叶片用于昆虫饲养。其特点是它由有硝酸钙Ca(NO3)2、硝酸钾KNO3、磷酸二氢钾KH2PO4、硫酸镁MgSO4、铁溶液EDTA、硫酸链霉素等配制而成,其配方比是:硝酸钙4-5g、硝酸钾2-3g、磷酸二氢钾0.5-1g、硫酸镁0.5-1g、1.54% EDTA-铁溶液6-10ml、100万单位硫酸链霉素50-80mg。最佳配比是硝酸钙4.1g、硝酸钾2.5g、磷酸二氢钾0.7g、硫酸镁0.6g、1.54%EDTA-铁溶液8ml、100万单位硫酸链霉素50mg。
本发明的使用方法如下:按最佳配比称取各种物质所需用量,加5L纯净水,制成原液。取125ml原液,加纯净水375ml,加5 g琼酯煮沸,至琼酯完全溶化,冷却至约70℃左右时倒入培养皿中,高度约为培养皿的三分之一,当培养基冷却至室温后,取较厚而鲜嫩的叶片,剪成略大于培养皿的圆片,贴于培养基上,其叶片边缘紧贴培养基上,利于叶片吸收水分和养分,用保鲜膜封口或培养皿盖好,则可较长时间保持叶片新鲜。
本发明具有成本低,制作简单,可延长叶片新鲜3-5天,且叶片平整,利于在解剖镜下观察,密闭性好,昆虫不容易逃逸,是一种理想的饲养昆虫的叶片保鲜配方。

1.本发明是一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,属于昆虫研究领域,它主要有硝酸钙Ca(NO3)2、硝酸钾KNO3、磷酸二氢钾KH2PO4、硫酸镁MgSO4、铁溶液EDTA、硫酸链霉素等配制而成,其特点在于配方比是:硝酸钙4-5g、硝酸钾2-3g、磷酸二氢钾0.5-1g、硫酸镁0.5-1g、1.54% EDTA-铁溶液6-10ml、100万单位硫酸链霉素50-80mg。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,其特点在于最佳配比是硝酸钙4.1g、硝酸钾2.5g、磷酸二氢钾0.7g、硫酸镁0.6g、1.54%EDTA-铁溶液8ml、100万单位硫酸链霉素50mg。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,其特点在于以最佳配比配制后,加5L纯净水配制成原液。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于昆虫饲养的叶片保鲜配方,其特点在于按原液与纯净水比例为1:3,再加1%琼酯煮制而成。
