本发明涉及一种发射光滤波模块。包括步进电机、步进电机控制器、滤波轮和金属轮片,所述的滤波轮由步进电机带动转动,所述的滤波轮由嵌在金属轮片上八个不同截止波长的滤波片和旋转轴构成,所述的旋转轴与步进电机相连并固定。本发明采用八个不同截止波长的滤波片组成荧光滤波轮并根据不同的激发波长选择不同的滤波片,最大程度上滤除激发光,减小激发光对荧光检测的影响,从而实现污水中重金属三维荧光在线检测。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种三维荧光在线检测仪部件,尤其涉及一种发射光滤波模块。 
背景技术
三维荧光仪器是一种光谱分析仪器,它是利用有光源产生光经激发单色仪后,照射到被检测的样品上,激发样品中的荧光物质发出荧光,荧光经过发射单色仪后,由光电探测器 (通常是光电倍增管)将所接受到底光信号转换为电信号,从而得到样品的三维荧光光谱分布。 一台三维荧光仪器由光源、激发光单色仪、发射光单色仪、样品池、光电探测器和控制系统与计算机等部分构成。三维荧光仪器中常用的光源有高压汞灯和脉冲氙灯。脉冲氙灯能发射 高强度的连续光谱,使用最为广泛。激发光单色仪与一般由分光光栅和相应的扫描机构组成, 用于从光源发出的宽带光谱中选出特定谱带的光作为激发光。发射光单色仪与激发光单色仪 具有类似的结构和功能,它是用于分析由样品产生的荧光光谱。三维荧光仪器能提供包括三 维(包括二维)激发光谱、三维(包括二维)发射光谱、同步三维荧光光谱以及荧光强度、量子 产率、荧光寿命、荧光偏振等诸多物理参数,可以从不同角度表征分子的成键和结构情况。 通过对这些参数的测定,不但可以进行单组分的定量分析,而且可以进行多组分同时定量分析。 
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种滤除激发光效果好、选择性好、生产成本低的发射光滤波模块。 
本发明的技术方案是:包括步进电机、步进电机控制器、滤波轮和金属轮片,所述的滤波轮由步进电机带动转动,所述的滤波轮由嵌在金属轮片上八个不同截止波长的滤波片和旋转轴构成,所述的旋转轴与步进电机相连并固定。 
本发明采用八个不同截止波长的滤波片组成荧光滤波轮并根据不同的激发波长选择不同的滤波片,最大程度上滤除激发光,减小激发光对荧光检测的影响,从而实现污水中重金属三维荧光在线检测。

具体实施方式
一种发射光滤波模块,包括步进电机、步进电机控制器、滤波轮和金属轮片1,所述的滤波轮由步进电机带动转动,所述的滤波轮由嵌在金属轮片1上八个不同截止波长的滤波片2和旋转轴3构成,所述的旋转轴3与步进电机相连并固定,上述八个不同截止波长的滤波片2选取由石英玻璃、玻璃或塑料构成可透过不同截止波长的光纤材料组成的滤波片2组。

1.一种发射光滤波模块,其特征在于:包括步进电机、步进电机控制器、滤波轮和金属轮片,所述的滤波轮由步进电机带动转动,所述的滤波轮由嵌在金属轮片上八个不同截止波长的滤波片和旋转轴构成,所述的旋转轴与步进电机相连并固定。
