Abstract
本发明属妇女用胸衣和腹带,将含有ZrO2、Fe2O3,MnO2和增强剂按比例混合的远红外陶瓷超细粉材料的布或织物,作为贴身内衬缝制成文胸或腹带。该胸衣能发出特定的波长(2~25μm)的远红外射线,被人体吸收后,可起到医疗保健作用。
Description
本发明属妇女用品,尤其涉及的是妇女用文胸和腹带。
现有的妇女用文胸和腹带,大都采用棉、涤、丝纺织品做成。文胸的乳罩杯部一般为单层、双层或三层,加以松紧带做绊。现已有保健文胸,在乳罩处加装有中草药的药垫,以中草药的药味起保健作用。也有将永磁材料作成磁块在乳罩内做成磁疗保健文胸,但这两种文胸穿带起来不够舒适,药垫气味很大,药性不能持久,药垫和磁疗文胸都不便洗涤,两种文胸制做起来也麻烦。
本发明的目的在于提供一种由含有远红外陶瓷材料做内衬的文胸和腹带,其具有既穿带舒适,又起保健作用的优点。
远红外陶瓷能在常温下(20℃~50℃)具有远红外波长的发射能力,能放射出波长2~25μm的远红外线,这正与人体所能吸收的波长相匹配,该射线具有一定的穿透力和高的辐射率,被人体吸收有明显的温热效应,它可促进人体血液循环和新陈代谢,是有医疗保健作用。
本发明的主要技术特征是:文胸和腹带为一层、两层或三层织物做成,其内层或贴身的一层为含有远红外陶瓷超细粉末的涂层材料或织物。其涂层材料或织物成份为小于0.5μm的ZrO2、Fe2O3及MnO2微粉,混合于有机溶剂中用丝网印刷、印花机印而成,或用远红外陶瓷微粉制成陶瓷母粒与聚合物(丙仑、涤仑、安仑等)融熔纺丝,经纺丝后处理(加弹、空气变形等)制成纱,纺成布做成的织物。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
1.涂层材料及纤维配方:
(1)涂层材料主要为ZrO2,Fe2O3,MnO2,其中:ZrO2含量50~80wt%,5~10wt%Fe2O3、10~30wt%MnO2、相增强剂5~15%。将其混合溶于有机溶剂中涂层丝网印刷,丝网布烘干或印花机印制出含有远红外陶瓷材料的布。
(2)远红外陶瓷织物,含有上述远红外陶瓷微粉的混合材料(平均粒径<0.5μm),占5~50wt%的制成的各种丙仑、涤仑以及尼龙纤维。
(3)文胸的制备
a.一层或二层、三层结构,内层或贴身的一层为含有远红外陶瓷材料布。
b.文胸周边可含有记忆含金或钢托
c.外层是具有各种高质量带花纹的布。
d.三层合在一起按尺寸进行缝制。
e.或一层含有远红外陶瓷材料的织物按尺寸缝制。
实施例1.涂层材料
成份:陶瓷粉成份:70wt%ZrO2、10wt%Fe2O3、12wt%MnO2和
8wt%相增强剂。
涂层浆成份:陶瓷粉15wt%,乳化剂0.5wt%,20wt%wt%
增稠剂,20wt%粘合剂,34.5wt%去离子水,其它溶剂为
10%wt%。
工艺:(1)混料:加陶瓷料、乳化剂、去离子水,高速搅拌,然后加入增调剂和粘合剂,再搅拌5分钟即可。
(2)丝网印刷于布料上:丝网目为200目左右。
(3)烘干处理:蒸汽或烘干烘干温度100~130℃,
(4)加工文胸成品:以含有远红外陶瓷涂层的布料作文胸、
腹带内层或贴身层,松紧地方采用氨纶材料。
实施例2.含陶瓷化纤织物文胸
成份:陶瓷粉成份ZrO2,Fe2O3,MnO2的混合比分别为70wt%;10wt%;12wt%;和8wt%相增强剂。
工艺:(1)制作陶瓷母粒
陶瓷粉60wt%,聚丙烯40%wt%,共混制成母粒。
(2)纺丝:用φ30螺杆的纺丝机纺丝,纺丝温度250℃,
(3)织成织物:用国产织机织成螺纹结构的布料。
实施例3.胸衣的制备
(1)文胸三层结构,内层为含有远红外陶瓷材料的织布,三层含在一起按尺寸维制;
(2)腹带,前片中间为两层结构,内层为含有远红外陶瓷晴纶布。
采用本发明远红外胸衣、腹带,具有远红外生物效应,由于文胸或腹带的贴身内层里含有远红外材料,它能发出与人体的特定波长(2~25μm)相同的远红外线,被人体吸收后,可以促进血液微循环、且有抗菌消炎作用,穿戴舒适,便于洗涤,功力不消退。
Claims (3)
1、一种妇女用文胸和腹带,采用含有远红外陶瓷材料的纺织布缝制;其特征在于:
(1)贴身层即内层为含有远红外陶瓷微粉的颗粒小于0.5μm的布;
(2)其微粉中含ZrO250~80wt%、Fe2O35~10wt%、MnO210~30wt%、相增强剂5~15wt%。
2、根据权利要求1所述的文胸和腹带,其特征在于远红外陶瓷粉与乳化剂、增稠剂、粘合剂混合后,用丝网印刷、印花机制成涂层材料,这种材料作为具有保健功能并直接与皮肤接触的文胸和腹带的内衬。
3、根据权利要求1所述的文胸和腹带,其特征在于将远红外陶瓷粉制成化学纤维,织造成布,这种布料作为具有保健功能并直接与皮肤接触的文胸和腹带的内衬。
