Abstract
本发明涉及的一种多功能医用纱布及其制作方法,其特征在于:以目前普遍使用的医用纱布为基材,将粒径小于6000目的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉的超细粉作为依附料,通过粘合剂使其依附在医用纱布上,构成远红外波长在4‑20um多功能医用纱布。这种多功能医用纱布不仅具有原有普通医用纱布用于包扎的功能、同时利用纱布本体上涂覆的宽幅度远红外材料发射出的远红外射线,经人体经络起到一定的疏通理疗作用,而且通过远红外射线的激发作用提高各种外敷药物的渗透作用;对提高外用药物的治疗效果提供了极好的技术支持。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种新型医用纱布,尤其是指一种多功能医用纱布,属于医疗产品技术领域。
背景技术
目前各医疗机构在临床医学使用的传统医用纱布均采用纯棉制品,经碱液高温蒸煮、漂洗、干燥制得的脱脂纱布,在临床中通常仅用于伤口的包扎之用,其本身不具备直接的医疗功效;但由于用于人体伤口的外包扎,所以在制造中还是必须经杀菌或者消毒处理。
为了拓展传统纱布的使用范围,近些年以来一些医用纱布的生产厂商及有意于对纱布进行创新者,提出了一些具有一定医疗功能的新型纱布。尤其是随着近年来对医用远红外技术的研究,越来越多的研究者将远红外材料使用在纱布的临床医学中。
譬如:中国专利文献公开的CN105040159 A提出的“一种远红外海藻纤维医用纱布的制备方法”,就提出将远红外材料和包扎用纱布的结合达到缩短伤口的治愈时间。该方法利用海藻酸钠和水配比形成的海藻酸钠溶液,经过过滤、静置脱泡等工序,处理后形成海藻纤维的纺丝液,再将由SiO2、MnO2、Al2O3、CaO、MgO、Fe2O3、ZrO2、AgCl等粉末材料经煅烧、粉碎制得的远红外陶瓷颗粒材料,通过技术手段将该远红外陶瓷颗粒材料依附在用海藻纤维的纺丝液制得的海藻酸钠初生纤维上,最终以海藻酸钠初生纤维进行纺织处理形成可以临床使用的远红外海藻酸钠医用纱布。
虽然这种多功能医用纱布的原材料已经脱离了原来的原棉纱布制品的格局,不失为是对传统医用纱布的一种创新。但是由于该方法提出的这种远红外海藻酸钠医用纱布制造工艺复杂,制造的成本也不会太低,实际的推广前景无法预计。
本发明的申请人,依据多年来对远红外材料的精心研究,觉得上述远红外医用纱布,除了存在制造工艺复杂、制作成本配置比较高以外,还需指出:由于其选用的远红外材料的制作工艺程序过多,而且其技术方案中选用的远红外陶瓷配制原料的局限性,因此造成最终得到的远红外陶瓷材料发射出的远红外波长仅仅在8-14um,大大影响了医疗效果的发挥。
发明内容
本发明的目的:提出一种制作简单、医疗效果更为有效的多功能医用纱布,利用依附在纱布上的高性能远红外材料的远红外射线的杀菌、消肿、止痛及活血机能,不仅促进肉芽与上皮细胞的生长,而且能更快地促进伤口的愈合。
这种多功能医用纱布,其特征在于:以目前普遍使用的医用纱布为基材,将粒径小于6000目的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉的混合超细粉作为依附料,通过粘合剂使其和普通医用纱布结合成一体,构成能产生远红外波长在4-20um的多功能远红外医用纱布。
这种多功能医用纱布的制作方法如下:
1)以碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉为远红外材料,并各以25%重量份的比例制作成远红外基材;
2)将上述配比的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉进行超细粉碎,留用粒径小于6000目的远红外超细粉、混合形成远红外复合物;
3)选用糯米浆作为粘结剂,并按糯米将85-90%,远红外粉状混合物5-15%的比例配制远红外浆液;
4)将上述远红外浆液均匀地涂覆在医用纱布上,经烘干处理后即成为可用于临床使用的具有红远外作用的多功能医用纱布。
根据以上技术方案提出的这种多功能医用纱布以及制作方法,与现在已公开的同类技术相比较具有以下特点:
1、由于选用的远红外基材均为公知的矿物材料,因此用这四份材料配置的远红外用材具有简单易得的特点;
2、用上述材料配置的远红外材料所产生的远红外射线的波长达到4-20,不仅具有较宽的幅宽频带,而且对提高其实用性极为有益;
3、这种多功能医用纱布制作简单、制作使用成本低廉,便于推广使用。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例进一步阐述本发明。
本发明提出的这种多功能医用纱布的发明核心在于两点:
其中的碧玺学名电气石不仅自身具有能量,还能打通神经系统及促进其一,选用碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉作为远红外射线的发生源,不仅材料易得,而且充分利用了这四种材料的天然特性。
气血循环,而且能吸收辐射。同时,碧玺具有生物电作用,其表面始终流动着与人体生物电基本吻合的0.06mA微电流,因此具有随时补充和调节人体生物电的作用,让病理电位恢复正常,让遭到电磁波等有害辐射破坏的生物电规律恢复正常,从而起到康体保健作用。
其中的砭石是一种可以发出许多对人体有益的远红外射线和超声波脉冲的天然矿石,在医学上具有促进人体微循环的作用。
磁石是氧化物类矿物尖晶石一族的磁铁矿矿石,在我国传统中医药中认为:磁石具味甘、性平、归肝、肾经;具有平肝潜阳、聪耳明目;镇惊安神,纳气平喘的功效,主治肝阳眩晕,惊悸失眠,目昏翳障、耳鸣耳聋和肾虚喘逆的作用。
和田玉里含有20多种活性矿物质,在本草纲目中认为它具有蓄精、养神、避邪镇惊的功效,可用于安魂魄,疏血脉柔筋强骨的作用。
其二,将上述四种矿物原料的混合物构成的微细粉通过粘接剂和医用纱布结合在一起,以医用纱布作为载体将上述混合矿物粉互相作用产生的4-20um波长强度的远红外射线直接作用于人体的相应部位上。
具体的实施方案如下:

这种具有远红外功能的医用纱布的制作方法如下:
1)以碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉为远红外材料,并各以25%重量份的比例制作成远红外基材;
2)将上述配比的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉进行超细粉碎,留用粒径小于6000目的远红外超细粉状复合物;
3)选用糯米浆(或者具有类似性能的其他粘合剂)作为粘结剂,并按糯米浆85-90%,远红外超细粉状复合物5-15%的比例配制远红外浆液;在实际应用中该远红外超细粉状复合物的配制比例,可以依照后续使用时对所发射远红外射线强度大小不同的要求进行选择,比例过高会对人体皮肤感受到的灼热感也会随之上升。
4)将上述远红外浆液均匀地涂覆在医用纱布上,经烘干处理后即成为可用于临床使用的具有红远外作用的多功能医用纱布。
此外,在实际的应用中所选用的糯米浆与远红外微细粉之间的配比可以需要进行适当的调配;并且所采用的糯米浆也可以用其他具有粘合作用的胶料替代。
本申请人利用上述技术方案制作的远红外多功能医用纱布作为包扎材料应用于临床医学中的使用方法如下:
对于患有关节疼痛(如肩周炎患者)只要直接将该纱布直接包扎在关节的相应部位,就能使病痛之处产生灼热的感觉,缓解疼痛。
对于直接在皮肤上涂抹其它各种消炎、去痛药膏的患者,可以在各种药膏的面上贴上一层以上的这种远红外多功能医用纱布,由于远红外超细粉的作用,不仅会加快药物的渗透作用,也会促使尽快愈合伤口和去除病痛。
此外,对于使用各种成型药膏(通贴型)的药膏:譬如商店或者医院医生处方开的祛痛膏、伤湿止痛膏一类的外用贴剂,可以将小块形状这种远红外多功能医用纱布作为垫衬放置在人体表皮和外用贴剂之间使用。由于远红外超细粉的作用,不仅会加快药物的渗透作用,也会促使尽快愈合伤口和去除病痛。
以上实际应用表明:由于本发明提出的这种多功能医用纱布采用的四种矿物微细粉相互摩擦所产生的远红外射线的作用下,使原先采用的消炎药膏对患者的皮肤穿透能力得到了强化,同时在碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉分别具有的药理作用,使患者的皮肤消炎、促进细胞生长,使肌肤恢复、润肤。
本发明人经上百人次的实际使用,表明这种多功能医用纱布不仅具有原有普通医用纱布用于包扎的功能、同时利用纱布本体上涂覆的宽幅度远红外材料发射出的远红外射线,对人体经络起到一定的疏通、理疗作用,而且通过远红外射线的激发作用提高各种外敷药物的渗透作用;对提高外用药物的治疗效果提供了极好的技术支持。

Claims (2)
1.一种多功能医用纱布,其特征在于:以目前普遍使用的医用纱布为基材,将粒径小于6000目的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉的混合粉作为依附料,通过粘合剂使其依附在医用纱布上,构成远红外波长在4-20um远红外医用纱布。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种多功能医用纱布的制作方法如下:
1)以碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉为远红外材料,并各以25%重量份的比例制作成远红外基材;
2)将上述配比的碧玺、砭石、磁石、和田玉进行超细粉碎,留用粒径小于6000目的远红外超细粉混合物;
3)选用糯米将作为粘结剂,并按糯米将85-90%,远红外超细粉混合物5-15%的比例配制远红外浆液;
5)将上述远红外浆液均匀地涂覆在医用纱布上,经烘干处理后即成为可用于临床使用的具有红远外作用的多功能医用纱布。
