Abstract
一种薄膜分层定量用料装置，包括开口容器，若干隔层件层叠放置于开口容器内，每个隔层件展开后的平面面积大于容器开口的平面面积。本发明薄膜分层定量用料装置，在容器中设置若干隔层件，并按工艺需要在各个间隔层之间放置确定数量的压制后半成品，实现单次取用，进而减少压制所得的半成品因反复取用的缺口，掉角及碰碎。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用料装置，尤其涉及一种薄膜分层定量用料装置。
背景技术
粉末冶金中，对于特殊的压制好的半成品（特殊形状，细小的，带尖角的，有薄边的等）的储存，放置，及下一步的取出再加工。中间会因为倒来倒去造成产品的缺口，掉角及碰碎。
以前把压制好的半成品直接放置在塑料盒内，到使用时直接把塑料盒倾斜倒出。在这个倒出来的过程中，会造成大量的产品被挤压掉落形成不良(缺口，掉角等）。每一盒又不会一下子用完，这样就又增加了来回倒的次数。
发明内容
本发明提供一种薄膜分层定量用料装置，以减少压制所得的半成品的缺口，掉角及碰碎。
本发明采用的技术方案如下：
一种薄膜分层定量用料装置，包括
开口容器；
若干隔层件，层叠放置于开口容器内，每个隔层件展开后的平面面积大于容器开口的平面面积。
本发明薄膜分层定量用料装置，在容器中设置若干隔层件，并按工艺需要在各个间隔层之间放置确定数量的压制后半成品，实现单次取用，进而减少压制所得的半成品因反复取用的缺口，掉角及碰碎。

具体实施方式
如图1所示，本发明薄膜分层定量用料装置，包括开口容器1，若干隔层件21,22,23,24层叠放置于开口容器内，每个隔层件展开后的平面面积大于开口11的平面面积。
使用时，先将隔层件21置于开口容器内，然后根据工艺需要加入确定数量的压制半成品3后再加一个隔层件22，根据工艺需要加入确定数量的压制半成品3后再加一个隔层件23，根据工艺需要加入确定数量的压制半成品3，如此加至开口部位。到取出时，就可以直接拿着隔层件边沿往上提，然后滑到烧结舟内，这样就不会对产品造成损伤。

1.一种薄膜分层定量用料装置，其特征是包括
开口容器；
若干隔层件，层叠放置于所述的开口容器内，每个隔层件展开后的平面面积大于所述容器开口的平面面积。
