Abstract
本发明涉及一种挤出机机头,特别涉及一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头,包括机头主体,所述机头主体上设置有流道和加热棒孔,在所述机头主体上流道的周围设置有冷却介质通道,所述冷却介质通道的进口管路上设置有电磁阀;所述机头主体上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接控制单元,所述控制单元连接所述电磁阀。本发明在传统的机头上加入冷却介质通道,并加入了温度传感器及电磁阀,可以根据工艺条件设置所需的机头工艺温度,很好的解决了一些物料在机头处由于温度过高而发生热分解的问题。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种挤出机机头,特别涉及一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头。
背景技术
在双螺杆挤出机中,机头是制品成型的主要部件,熔融物料通过它获得一定的几何截面和尺寸。合理的挤出成型工艺、先进的挤出设备、高效先进的挤出机头和定型装置是现代塑料挤出成型的三要素。实际上,从某种意义上来说,在这三大要素中,机头的好坏起着决定性的作用。因为挤出成型塑料制品和制品的更新换代,最后都是由机头及其定型装置所决定的。
普通的双螺杆挤出机机头一般只设计有加热元件,没有通冷却介质。在追求高产量、高转速的条件下,由于在机头处只能加热不能冷却,一些热敏性物料很容易由于受到强剪切而使温度过高,发生热分解。
在追求高产量、高转速的情况下,挤出机中的物料在机头处受到很高的剪切作用,而且普通的挤出机机头只设置了加热元件,没有用冷却介质来冷却,这样机头处的温度控制就不能很精确,很容易造成机头处的物料温度过高,使物料发生热分解,影响挤出产品的质量。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,提供一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头,包括机头主体,所述机头主体上设置有流道和加热棒孔,在所述机头主体上流道的周围设置有冷却介质通道,所述冷却介质通道的进口管路上设置有电磁阀;所述机头主体上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接控制单元,所述控制单元连接所述电磁阀。所述电磁阀用于控制进口管路的通断,所述温度传感器用于检测机头温度并将信号传递至所述控制单元,所述控制单元根据传来的信号来控制所述电磁阀开关。流经所述冷却介质通道的冷却水仅用于冷却机头,即冷却是独立的,不与挤出机上的其他设备共用,冷却水单独进入冷却介质通道,再单独从冷却介质通道中出来。机头完全是根据塑料和/或橡胶的特性来设计的流道,流道光滑无死角,物料压力在流道内分布均匀,挤出状态平稳,不波动。本发明的挤出机机头是造粒机头,它生产的原料是塑料、橡胶等。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述流道呈梯形,所述冷却介质通道呈П形围在所述梯形流道的周围。所述冷却介质通道呈П形并旋转90度。这样设置通道形状,简单合理,冷却均匀。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述冷却介质通道的进口设置在所述机头主体的下端,所述冷却介质通道的出口设置在所述机头主体的上端,所述冷却介质通道呈П形并旋转90度,利用水的压力,让水从下而上流经机头体,这样设置通道形状,简单合理,冷却均匀。
作为本发明的优选实施方式,所述冷却介质通道的进口管路上设置有控制冷却介质流量的针型阀。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、在传统的机头上加入冷却介质通道,很好的解决了一些物料在机头处由于温度过高而发生热分解的问题。
2、加入了温度传感器及电磁阀,可以根据工艺条件设置所需的机头工艺温度,更加有效解决物料在机头处由于温度过高而发生热分解的问题。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明做进一步说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
图1是本发明的主视图,同时也是一副透视图,图1中虚线代表冷却介质通道2。如图1所示的一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头,包括机头主体1,所述机头主体1上设置有流道3和加热棒孔c,在所述机头主体1上流道3的周围还设置有冷却介质通道2。机头主体1上还设置有冷却介质入口a和冷却介质出口b,分别与所述冷却介质通道2的两端连通。冷却介质通道的进口设置在所述机头主体的下端,所述冷却介质通道的出口设置在所述机头主体的上端。双螺杆挤出机机头的机头如图1所示为平放的直棱柱体,流道设置在其中,如图3所示的流道透视图,流道3呈梯形;从图1中可以看出,所述冷却介质通道2呈П形并向右旋转90°,这样设置是为了将梯形流道3包围在冷却介质通道2中,与梯形流道3的形状相匹配,使传热或者冷却均匀。机头主体1上还设置有温度传感器,所述冷却介质进口的管路上设置有电磁阀;所述温度传感器连接控制单元,所述控制单元根据温度传感器传来的信号控制电磁阀的通断。所述冷却介质进口的管路上设置有控制冷却介质流量的针型阀。机头上设置有温度传感器,冷却介质的进口管路上采用电磁阀来控制冷却介质的通断,用针型阀来调节冷却介质的流量。当温度传感器检测到机头的温度高于设定温度时,控制单元给出信号,电磁阀开启,接入冷却介质来冷却机头;当温度传感器检测到机头温度低于设定温度时,控制单元给出信号,电磁阀关闭,冷却介质停止通入机头。采用进口的温控模块,可以使机头的温度控制精度达到±3℃。我们可以根据工艺条件设置所需的机头工艺温度,这样就很好的解决了一些物料在机头处由于温度过高而发生热分解的问题。

1.一种带冷却介质通道的双螺杆挤出机机头,包括机头主体,所述机头主体上设置有流道和加热棒孔,其特征在于,在所述机头主体上流道的周围设置有冷却介质通道,所述冷却介质通道的进口管路上设置有电磁阀;所述机头主体上设置有温度传感器,所述温度传感器连接控制单元,所述控制单元连接所述电磁阀;所述冷却介质通道的进口设置在所述机头主体的下端,所述冷却介质通道的出口设置在所述机头主体的上端;所述冷却介质通道的进口管路上设置有控制冷却介质流量的针型阀;所述流道呈梯形,所述冷却介质通道呈П形围在所述梯形流道的周围,并且所述П形冷却介质通道旋转90度。
