本发明涉及生物技术领域,更具体的说是涉及一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
在植物育苗、移栽、种植时,植物的生长状况是人们最为关注的问题,成活是最为基本的要求。现有技术中,在植物育苗、移栽、种植时,植物无保护物,或仅用棉、麻、化纤或草编织物片简单包裹,制成的保护袋等保护功能单一。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物及其制备方法,通过提取具有杀虫杀菌、营养促进生长的中草药浸膏浸制丝瓜络、玉米苞叶等生物材质,再经压平压紧成保护网,或将上述生物材质压平压紧成保护网后再用提取的具有营养促进生长、杀虫杀菌的中草药浸膏处理,最终得到育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,达到不仅保护植物、缓冲外界撞击压力、紧固土坨、保温涵水等作用,而且达到营养、杀虫杀菌等目的,以确保植物在育苗、移栽、种植时的正常生长。所采用的生物材质如丝瓜络等可多次重复使用、自然降解。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种中草药浸膏,由下列质量份的原料药制成:苦参1.0-6.0份、丹皮5.0-15.0份、黄连2.0-10.0份、花椒8.0-20.0份、蚕沙10.0-20.0份。
一种中草药浸膏的制备方法,步骤包括:
A、按配方量分别称取苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙,分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间分别为:12-24h;
B、分别将苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙加水煎液,加水量分别为9-11倍药材量,,煎液时间分别为20~40分钟;
C、分别将煎液浓缩至含水量为药材量的2~3倍量后得制得各组分浸膏;
D、将各组分浸膏混合均匀,即制得中草药浸膏。
一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,使用上述中草药浸膏浸渍生物材质制成,所述生物材质选自丝瓜络、玉米苞叶、稻草、麦秆中的一种或几种。
所述苦参为豆科植物苦参的干燥根,具有清热燥湿,杀虫,利尿的功能,其提取液能够消毒杀菌、防止病虫害。
所述丹皮为毛茛科芍药属植物牡丹的干燥根皮,含牡丹酚甙、牡丹酚、芍药甙、羟基芍药甙、苯甲酰芍药甙及苯甲酰羟基芍药甙、挥发油等,具有抑菌消炎等作用。
所述黄连为毛茛科黄连属植物云连、三角叶黄连、黄连的干燥根茎,含多种异喹啉类生物碱,尚含黄连碱、甲基黄连碱、巴马亭、药根碱、表小檗碱及木兰花碱,酸性成分有阿魏酸,氯原酸等;具有抗菌作用,对金黄色葡萄球菌、溶血性链球菌、肺炎球菌、脑膜炎双球菌、痢疾杆菌、炭疽杆菌具有明显的抑制作用。
所述花椒为芸香科植物。具有温中止痛,杀虫止痒的功能,能够防止植物病虫害。
所述蚕沙为蚕蛾科昆虫家蚕蛾幼虫的干燥粪便。具有祛风燥湿、清热活血的功能,其提取液能够促进植物生长发育。
丝瓜络:中国药典记载为葫芦科植物丝瓜Luffa cylindrical(L.)Roem. 的干燥成熟果实的维管束。夏、秋二季果实成熟、果皮变黄、内部干枯时采摘,除去外皮和果肉,洗净,晒干,除去种子。本品为丝状维管束交织而成,多呈长棱形或长圆筒形,略弯曲,长30-70cm,直径7-10cm。表面淡黄白色。体轻、质韧,有弹性,不能折断。横切面可见子房3室,呈空洞状。气微,味淡。丝瓜络来源广泛,可生物降解,耐磨不易腐烂,不含任何有害物质,且处理工艺简单(可简单压制成片直接裁用),具备环境友好等优点。
玉米苞叶为禾本科植物玉蜀黍的苞叶,含维生素E,B1、B2、B6及胡萝卜素、烟酸、硒和镁、赖氨酸、木质素、谷胱氨酸、草酸、钙盐等,具有抗菌消炎的功效。玉米须为禾本科植物玉蜀黍的花柱和柱头,含脂肪油、挥发油、树胶样物质、树脂、苦味糖甙、皂甙、生物碱、维生素C、生育酚等多种成分,消毒处理后用作敷料具有防止植物伤口感染的作用。
禾本科植物水稻、大麦、小麦、高粱等的茎秆称稻草、麦秸等,性温无毒,可用来当柴烧或编成绳状可以绑东西,或者用机器一根根像织布一样织成“草包”,可给植物保暖用。
本发明选择性地提取具有杀虫杀菌、营养促进生长的中草药浸膏,将药用植物维管束如丝瓜络、玉米苞叶等生物材质,用上述浸膏提取物浸制后,根据被保护对象的实际形状直接裁用或经高温压平、交错压紧成保护网;或选择上述生物材质,根据被保护对象的实际形状或直接裁用或经高温压平、交错压紧成保护网,再用提取的具有营养促进生长、杀虫杀菌的组合物处理,用于保护植物苗、根或茎,达到营养、杀虫杀菌等目的,以确保植物在育苗、移栽、种植时的正常生长。该组合物安全环保、无毒、易降解、绿色、环保,所采用的生物材质如丝瓜络等可以多次重复使用、可以自然降解。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
一种中草药浸膏,由下列质量份的原料药制成:苦参6份、丹皮15份、黄连8份、花椒20份、蚕沙20份。
一种中草药浸膏,步骤包括:
A、按配方量分别称取苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙,分别进行浸泡12h;
B、分别将苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙加水煎液,加水量分别为原料药的10倍;
C、分别将煎液浓缩至含水量为药材量的3倍后得制得各组分浸膏;
D、将各组分浸膏混合均匀,即制得中草药浸膏。
一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,使用上述中草药浸膏浸渍生物材质制成;生物材质选用玉米苞叶,将玉米苞叶经高温压平、交错压紧成保护网,根据植物根的实际形状压制成具有保护功能的毛坯,将毛坯浸入上述中草药浸膏后晾干即制得育苗移栽种植用保护组合物;使用时将植物的根用育苗移栽种植用保护组合物套上,将植物栽入土壤或进行无土培养的培养基中。
实施例2:
一种中草药浸膏,由下列质量份的原料药制成:苦参3份、丹皮10份、黄连5份、花椒15份、蚕沙15份。

B、分别将苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙加水煎液,加水量分别为原料药的9倍;
C、分别将煎液浓缩至含水量为药材量的2倍后得制得各组分浸膏;
D、将各组分浸膏混合均匀,即制得中草药浸膏。
一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,使用上述中草药浸膏浸渍生物材质制成;生物材质选用稻草,将稻草经高温压平、交错压紧成保护网,根据植物根的实际形状压制成具有保护功能的毛坯,将毛坯浸入上述中草药浸膏后晾干即制得育苗移栽种植用保护组合物;使用时将植物的根用育苗移栽种植用保护组合物套上,将植物栽入土壤或进行无土培养的培养基中。
实施例3:
一种中草药浸膏,由下列质量份的原料药制成:苦参1份、丹皮5份、黄连2份、花椒8份、蚕沙10份。
一种中草药浸膏的制备方法,步骤包括:
A、按配方量分别称取苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙,分别进行浸泡,分别进行浸泡18h;
B、分别将苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙加水煎液,加水量分别为原料药的9倍;
C、分别将煎液浓缩至含水量为药材量的2倍后得制得各组分浸膏;
D、将各组分浸膏混合均匀,即制得中草药浸膏。
一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,使用上述中草药浸膏浸渍生物材质制成;生物材质选用丝瓜络,将丝瓜络经高温压平、交错压紧成保护网,根据植物根的实际形状压制成具有保护功能的毛坯,将毛坯浸入上述中草药浸膏后晾干即制得育苗移栽种植用保护组合物;使用时将植物的根用育苗移栽种植用保护组合物套上,将植物栽入土壤或进行无土培养的培养基中。
将实施例1~3制备的中草药浸膏定容得每毫升含1克生药(1g生药·ml-1)的浸膏;同时按常规培养方法获得所需病原真菌菌落和菌液浓度为(10-7-10-8cfu·ml-1 )的病原细菌菌悬液;按下列公式计算病原真菌抑菌率:
抑菌率(%)=[(对照菌落直径-处理菌落直径)/对照菌落直径]×100
中草药浸膏对6种常见菌的抑菌数据见表1、表2,由数据可以看出,中草药浸膏对植物病菌的抑菌效果明显。

Claims (3)
1.一种中草药浸膏,由下列质量份的原料药制成:苦参1.0-6.0份、丹皮5.0-15.0份、黄连2.0-10.0份、花椒8.0-20.0份、蚕沙10.0-20.0份。
2.一种如权利要求1所述的中草药浸膏的制备方法,步骤包括:
A、按配方量分别称取苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙,分别进行浸泡,浸泡时间分别为:12-24h;
B、分别将苦参、丹皮、黄连、花椒、蚕沙加水煎液,加水量分别为9-11倍药材量,煎液时间分别为20~40分钟;
C、分别将煎液浓缩至含水量为药材量的2~3倍量后得制得各组分浸膏;
D、将各组分浸膏混合均匀,即制得中草药浸膏。
3.一种育苗移栽种植用保护组合物,使用权利要求1所述的中草药浸膏浸渍生物材质制成,所述生物材质选自丝瓜络、玉米苞叶、稻草、麦秆中的一种或几种。
