温室薄膜卡簧,涉及设施农业温室工程技术领域,是具有蛇形折弯的弹性金属丝,该蛇形折弯为梯形折弯形状,温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角70°≤b≤110°,端头与上底夹角为0°≤c≤45°,腰部长度h与温室薄膜卡簧的宽度H的比值为0.5H≤h≤0.9H,腰部和上底之间为圆角连接。用于将温室薄膜固定在卡槽中,增强卡紧力,防止卡簧端部从卡槽中脱出。

温室薄膜卡簧
技术领域
本发明涉及一种温室薄膜卡簧,属于设施农业中温室工程技术领域,是在建造塑料薄膜温室时将塑料薄膜固定在卡槽中的卡具。 
背景技术
见图4、图5和图6所示的现有技术薄膜卡簧及其使用状态,现有技术的温室薄膜卡簧构造是使用弹性金属丝经过机械加工使之具有蛇形折弯形状,该蛇形折弯为梯形折弯,梯形折弯的上底2与相邻梯形上底2相平行,并且相邻两上底2通过梯形的两腰6相连接,上底2和梯形的腰6之间夹角通常为150°角左右,温室薄膜卡簧的端部和中部形状相同,使用时,将温室薄膜卡簧压入卡槽4中,温室薄膜卡簧的各个上底2部分将薄膜5挤压在卡槽4内底部两侧圆弧内壁上,温室薄膜卡簧的宽度H略大于卡槽4内底两圆弧内壁之间的宽度,由于卡簧使用弹性金属丝材质,在压入卡槽4时,梯形的腰部6之间夹角变大,变形产生的弹性力使其将薄膜5牢靠压在卡槽4内壁上。现有技术存在的技术缺陷是,当在风力或者其他外力作用下造成薄膜5抖动时,薄膜5将受力传递给卡槽4中的卡簧,容易将卡簧两端首先从卡槽4中拉出,继而使整根卡簧脱出,原因是:现有技术的卡簧端部仅有端头3单边压在薄膜5上,一旦薄膜5传递过来的力大于卡簧的弹力,卡簧端头3便会从卡槽4开口脱出,进而使卡簧整体脱出来,从而破坏温室的薄膜覆盖层,严重影响温室工程质量。 
发明内容
为了解决现有技术存在的技术缺陷,本发明的目的在于提供一种新形状的温室薄膜卡簧,能够有效防止卡簧从卡槽中脱出,提高温室工程质量。 
为了实现上述目的,本发明温室薄膜卡簧的技术方案是: 
温室薄膜卡簧,是具有蛇形折弯的弹性金属丝,该蛇形折弯为梯形折弯形状,温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角70°≤b≤110°,端头与上底夹角为0°≤c≤45°,腰部长度h与温室薄膜卡簧的宽度H的比值为0.5H≤h≤0.9H,腰部和上底之间为圆角连接。 
温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角b为90°。 
由于采用上述方案后,本发明温室薄膜卡簧中间部分与现有技术相同,呈梯形折弯,仅其两端不同,温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角采用比现有技术更小的角度,更趋近 直角,温室薄膜卡簧的腰部与上底之间的角度更加不易张开,温室薄膜卡簧两端以较大面积压在薄膜上,当外力作用于温室薄膜时,薄膜将受力传递到温室薄膜卡簧,温室薄膜卡簧不能从卡槽中脱出,避免温室覆盖层的破坏,提高温室工程质量。温室薄膜卡簧腰部和上底之间为圆角连接,以避免在折角处应力集中,导致折断。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图1、附图2、附图3对本发明温室薄膜卡簧的具体实施方式作进一步的说明。 
温室薄膜卡簧,是一具有蛇形折弯的弹性金属丝,通常使用钢丝通过整形和热处理制成,该蛇形折弯为梯形折弯形状,上底2和梯形的腰6之间夹角约为150°,温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部1与上底2之间夹角70°≤b≤110°,使得卡簧两端的腰部1与上底2之间的角度b不易为薄膜的张力变大而使卡簧从卡槽4中脱出,角度b优选为90°效果更好。上底2与端头3夹角为0°≤c≤45°,腰部长度h与温室薄膜卡簧的宽度H的比值为0.5H≤h≤0.9H,使得温室薄膜卡簧的两个端部以更大面积压在薄膜上,保障了温室薄膜卡簧和卡槽4对薄膜5固定的可靠性,也就避免了温室覆盖层的破坏,提高温室工程质量。腰部和上底之间均为圆角连接,以避免卡簧应力集中折断,延长其使用寿命。 
本发明在设施农业技术温室上作为薄膜固定装置使用,也可以在其他领域中用来固定薄膜或者其他柔性材料。 

Claims (2)

1.温室薄膜卡簧,是具有蛇形折弯的弹性金属丝,该蛇形折弯为梯形折弯形状,其特征是:
温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角70°≤b≤110°,
端头与上底夹角为0°≤c≤45°,
腰部长度h与温室薄膜卡簧的宽度H的比值为0.5H≤h≤0.9H,
腰部和上底之间为圆角连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的温室薄膜卡簧,其特征是:温室薄膜卡簧两端的腰部与上底之间夹角b为90°。
