一种残疾人专用雪地轮椅，涉及一种轮椅，座(13)的两侧分别设有侧板(1)，靠背(15)设置在座的后部，座的下部与轮轴(8)连接，在轮轴的两端分别设有轮子，所述轮子的外缘面设有复数个的凸起条(11)，在座的前部两侧分别设有朝下的前斜杆(3)，前斜杆的下端通过轴(5)铰接连接滑板(6)上部的凸起块，在两前斜杆的靠近下端内侧分别设有脚踏板(4)；本发明通过在座的下部设置具有防滑和扒雪作用的加宽轮面，实现了雪地的防滑行进，所述滑板方便对座上肢体残疾人的体重重量分担，本发明适合肢体残疾人在雪天由家人陪同的外出。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种轮椅，具体地说本发明涉及一种肢体残疾人专用雪地轮椅。
【背景技术】
公知的，残疾人是指在心理、生理、人体结构上，某种组织、功能丧失或者不正常，全部或者部分丧失以正常方式从事某种活动能力的人。残疾人包括视力残疾、听力残疾、言语残疾、肢体残疾、智力残疾、精神残疾、多重残疾和其他残疾的人；国家为了使残疾人能够参与社会活动和方便残疾人的出行，“中华人民共和国残疾人保障法”规定了全社会应该保障残疾人平等地充分参与社会生活，共享社会物质文化成果，残疾人在政治、经济、文化、社会和家庭生活等方面享有同其他公民平等的权利，所以近来城市建设或规划中大量出现了盲道、残疾人专用厕所、方便轮椅上下或进出的道路。
然而，在大雪后残疾人的出行却是个问题，尤其是下肢残疾的残疾人，已有的轮椅仅适合平地出行，雪地出行的工具却少之又少，在我国北方城市乡村居住的下肢残疾人，根据中国残联1987年调查推算，我国现有肢体残疾人965.90万人，由于缺乏适合的出行工具，这些肢体残疾人在雪天基本上是不外出的。
【发明内容】
为了克服背景技术中的不足，本发明公开了一种残疾人专用雪地轮椅，本发明通过在座的下部设置具有防滑和扒雪作用的加宽轮面，实现了雪地的防滑行进，所述滑板方便对座上肢体残疾人的体重重量分担，本发明适合肢体残疾人在雪天由家人陪同的外出。
实现本发明的技术方案如下：
一种残疾人专用雪地轮椅，包括座、侧板、靠背、前斜杆、脚踏板、滑板、轮轴和轮子，座的两侧分别设有侧板，靠背设置在座的后部，座的下部与轮轴连接，在轮轴的两端分别设有轮子，所述轮子的外缘面设有复数个的凸起条，在座的前部两侧分别设有朝下的前斜杆，前斜杆的下端通过轴铰接连接滑板上部的凸起块，在两前斜杆的靠近下端内侧分别设有脚踏板。
所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，座两侧的设置的侧板下部分别设有方形下框架，轮轴与下框架连接，在轮轴的两端分别设有轮子。
所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，所述轮子包括轮毂、加宽轮面，轮毂的外缘与加宽轮面内面固定连接，在加宽轮面的外缘面设有交错的凸起条、凹陷，也就是两两凸起条之间为凹陷，两两凹陷之间为凸起条。
所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，在两滑板的前部分别设有前部翘起。
所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，在靠背的上端后部设有手柄。
所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，两块侧板上端分别设有扶手。
通过上述公开内容，本发明的有益效果是：
本发明所述残疾人专用雪地轮椅，由设置在座两侧侧板下部的下框架作为轮轴的支撑连接，在下框架前端设置的前斜杆中部和下端的脚踏板、滑板方便肢体残疾人员放脚和行进中重量的分担，其中加宽轮面外缘面上设置交错的凸起条和凹陷，形成雪地的稳步行进，尤其适合肢体残疾人员在雪天出行；本发明结构简单，方便了肢体残疾人在雪天的出行问题。

结合附图1所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，包括座13、侧板1、靠背15、前斜杆3、脚踏板4、滑板6、轮轴8和轮子，座13的两侧分别设有侧板1，两块侧板1上端分别设有扶手14，靠背15设置在座13的后部，在靠背15的上端后部设有手柄16，座13两侧的设置的侧板1下部分别设有方形下框架2，轮轴8与下框架2连接，在轮轴8的两端分别设有轮子，所述轮子包括轮毂9、加宽轮面10，轮毂9的外缘与加宽轮面10内面固定连接，在加宽轮面10的外缘面设有交错的凸起条11、凹陷12，也就是两两凸起条11之间为凹陷12，两两凹陷12之间为凸起条11，在座13的前部两侧分别设有朝下的前斜杆3，前斜杆3的下端通过轴5铰接连接滑板6上部的凸起块，在两滑板6的前部分别设有前部翘起7，在两前斜杆3的靠近下端内侧分别设有脚踏板4。
实施本发明所述的残疾人专用雪地轮椅，由设置在座两侧侧板1下部的下框架2作为轮轴8的支撑连接，也就是说轮轴8固定在两侧侧板1下部下框架2的下部面上，两个加宽轮面10的轮毂9与轮轴8两端连接，在下框架2前端设置的前斜杆3中部和下端分别设有脚踏板4、滑板6，所述脚踏板4方便肢体残疾人员放脚，滑板6可使行进中肢体残疾人员的重量分担在轮子和两块滑板6上；本发明所述加宽轮面10外缘面上设置交错的凸起条11和凹陷12，由凸起条11形成雪地的稳步行进，本发明尤其适合肢体残疾人员在雪天出行；本发明结构简单，使用方便。

1.一种残疾人专用雪地轮椅，包括座(13)、侧板(1)、靠背(15)、前斜杆(3)、脚踏板(4)、滑板(6)、轮轴(8)和轮子，靠背(15)设置在座(13)的后部，在靠背(15)的上端后部设有手柄(16)，在座(13)的前部两侧分别设有朝下的前斜杆(3)，其特征是：座(13)的两侧分别设有侧板(1)，座(13)两侧的设置的侧板(1)下部分别设有方形下框架(2)，轮轴(8)与下框架(2)连接，在轮轴(8)的两端分别设有轮子，所述轮子包括轮毂(9)、加宽轮面(10)，轮毂(9)的外缘与加宽轮面(10)内面固定连接，在加宽轮面(10)的外缘面设有交错的凸起条(11)、凹陷(12)，也就是两两凸起条(11)之间为凹陷(12)，两两凹陷(12)之间为凸起条(11)，座(13)的下部与轮轴(8)连接，在轮轴(8)的两端分别设有轮子，所述轮子的外缘面设有复数个的凸起条(11)，前斜杆(3)的下端通过轴(5)铰接连接滑板(6)上部的凸起块，在两前斜杆(3)的靠近下端内侧分别设有脚踏板(4)。
