技术领域：
    本发明涉及一种水箱散热器，特别适用于工程机械上使用。
背景技术：
现有的工程机械上的水箱散热器，由上、下水室，侧板和水箱芯体构成，所述的上、下水室上覆有上、下盖板，水箱散热器在工作时遇到的高温，尘土，杂草以及剧烈震动等都会引起各部件的破裂，漏水的产生，故给正常工作带来不便。
发明内容：
本发明的任务是提出一种密封性能好，各部件之间减少磨损，降低维修成本的一种工程机械上的水箱散热器。
本发明的任务是这样完成的，一种工程机械上的水箱散热器，它包括侧板，上、下盖板，上、下水室和芯体，其特征在于：上、下水室与芯体焊为一整体装配在侧板里，所述的上、下盖板与上、下水室之间装有橡胶垫，所述的下水室上连有一个与外界相连的油冷却管。所述的芯体外部装有前网，前网采用的是菱形网格。
本发明具有以下效果：密封性能好，灰尘通过能力强，各部件之间配合紧密，减少磨损，从而降低了维修成本，延长使用寿命。

具体实施方式：
结合以上附图详细描述实施例，芯体6采用铝质管片式，芯体里的散热管采用直排式安装，灰尘通过能力强，上、下水室2、8和芯体6焊为一体装配在侧板里，提高密封性能，侧板3由左、右侧板构成与上、下盖板1、7组成框架，各部件之间通过螺栓连接，左、右侧板上各焊有安装爪4，以便水箱散热器与机械设备连接，，所述的下水室8上连有一个冷却管通过管子与外界相连，目的是对设备中的高温油的冷却，上下盖板1、7与上、下水室2、8之间装有橡胶垫，芯体外部装用前网10，前网采用菱形网格，目的是阻挡杂草而进入，以便保证水箱散热器的正常工作。

1.一种工程机械上的水箱散热器，它包括侧板，上、下盖板，上、下水室和芯体，其特征在于：上、下水室与芯体焊为一整体装配在侧板里，所述的上、下盖板与上、下水室之间装有橡胶垫，所述的下水室上连有一个与外界相连的油冷却管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工程机械上的水箱散热器，其特征在于：所述的芯体外部装有前网，前网采用的是菱形网格。
