本发明提供了一种明框幕墙阴角连接结构，涉及铝合金建筑幕墙结构技术领域。其特征在于在2个幕墙的阴角连接处的室内一侧设有铝合金立柱，铝合金立柱的室外部分从2个铝合金明框幕墙的阴角连接处伸向室外，铝合金立柱通过2个室内衬板和胶条与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室内一侧连接，铝合金立柱通过室外压板和胶条口与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室外一侧连接定位，室内衬板和室外压板均与铝合金立柱间为固定结构。本发明的积极效果是：克服了现有技术之不足,具有结构简单、牢固、密封性好、安装快捷方便、成本较低等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及铝合金建筑幕墙结构技术领域。
背景技术
目前市场上的铝合金明框幕墙的阴角转角设计多为单独使用转角立柱，这样就造成建筑成本增加，立柱与转角立柱不统一，加工也较为麻烦，成本较高，有些分体转角设计在受力方面、加工方面等考虑不到位，现在市场上就是缺少可以加工简单、建筑成本较低同时安全性及密封性都极佳的阴角转角设计。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种结构简单、牢固、密封性好、安装快捷方便、成本较低的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构。可以广泛应用于各类明框幕墙阴角转角的设计。
本发明的主要技术方案是：一种铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于在2个幕墙的阴角连接处的室内一侧设有铝合金立柱，铝合金立柱的室外部分从2个铝合金明框幕墙的阴角连接处伸向室外，铝合金立柱通过2个室内衬板和胶条与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室内一侧连接，铝合金立柱通过室外压板和胶条口与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室外一侧连接定位，室内衬板和室外压板均与铝合金立柱间为固定结构。
优选结构是，所述铝合金立柱的室外部分与铝合金立柱本体为分体式，其间用隔热条连接。
优选结构是，所述室内衬板和室外压板均与铝合金立柱间的固定结构为螺丝固定结构。
优选结构是，所述室内衬板上设有T形单腿，胶条为包括T形槽的搭连式胶条。
优选结构是，所述室外压板上设有胶条槽，胶条口嵌入胶条槽中。
优选结构是，所述室内衬板的型材的空腔断面为平行四边形状，与铝合金立柱的连接处设有卡接定位连接斜台；铝合金立柱的对应部位设有加厚式连接槽。
所述的室外压板上还设有室外盖板，室外盖板卡扣在室外压板上，遮盖住室外压板与铝合金立柱间的固定结构。
本发明的积极效果是：克服了现有技术之不足, 具有结构简单、牢固、密封性好、安装快捷方便、成本较低等特点。该阴角转角的设计使立柱与转角立柱实现统一，有防变形防脱落的受力定位转角衬板及节省材料较高的外压板及扣盖，密封性能更好的胶条设计，在提高幕墙转角整体安全系数及密封性能的同时，又尽可能的节省建筑成本。阴角衬板上的防脱落、受力更好的防变形设计，阴角衬板上的单腿胶条位设计，非常节省材料的衬板、室外压板及装饰盖板设计。可以大大提高幕墙的安全性能、密封性能，降低建筑成本，并且外观整体效果极佳。本发明结构设计巧妙，打破常规，安全性更好，密封性能极佳，施工简单，节省成本，可以广泛应用于各类明框幕墙阴角转角的设计。

具体实施方式
如图所示，该铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，在2个幕墙的阴角连接处的室内一侧设有铝合金立柱1，铝合金立柱1的室外部分从2个铝合金明框幕墙的阴角连接处伸向室外，铝合金立柱1通过2个室内衬板2和胶条7与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室内一侧连接，铝合金立柱1通过室外压板3和密封胶条8与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室外一侧连接定位，室内衬板2和室外压板3均与铝合金立柱1间为固定结构。所述铝合金立柱1的室外部分与铝合金立柱1本体为分体式，其间用隔热条6连接。所述室内衬板2和室外压板3均与铝合金立柱1间的固定结构为螺丝5固定结构。优选结构是，所述室内衬板2上设有T形单腿21，胶条7为包括T形槽的搭连式胶条。所述室外压板3上设有胶条槽31，密封胶条8嵌入胶条槽中。所述室内衬板2的型材的空腔断面为平行四边形状，与铝合金立柱1的连接处设有卡接定位连接斜台22；铝合金立柱1的对应部位设有加厚式连接槽。所述的室外压板3上还设有室外盖板4，室外盖板4卡扣在室外压板3上，遮盖住室外压板3与铝合金立柱1间的固定结构。
阴角转角的两侧设计的空腔阴角衬板2可以实现立柱1与转角立柱统一，阴角衬板2上设计有卡接定位连接斜台22可以实现定位打螺丝方便，阴角衬板2上设计有与立柱连接接触面较大的受力接触点，阴角衬板2上设计有T型单脚21，圆头设计可以防止胶条脱落，室外压板3设计有胶条口31可以提高密封性能，室外压板3设计有与之配合的盖板4，当压板与立柱用螺丝5连接后，扣上盖板可以保证室外的美观。
所述的室内衬板2、室外压板3、室外盖板均用铝合金型材为佳。 

Claims (7)

1.一种铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于在2个幕墙的阴角连接处的室内一侧设有铝合金立柱（1），铝合金立柱（1）的室外部分从2个铝合金明框幕墙的阴角连接处伸向室外，铝合金立柱（1）通过2个室内衬板（2）和胶条（7）与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室内一侧连接，铝合金立柱（1）通过室外压板（3）和密封胶条（8）与2个铝合金明框幕墙的室外一侧连接定位，室内衬板（2）和室外压板（3）均与铝合金立柱（1）间为固定结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述铝合金立柱（1）的室外部分与铝合金立柱（1）本体为分体式，其间用隔热条（6）连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述室内衬板（2）和室外压板（3）均与铝合金立柱（1）间的固定结构为螺丝（5）固定结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述室内衬板（2）上设有T形单腿（21），胶条（7）为包括T形槽的搭连式胶条。
5.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述室外压板（3）上设有胶条槽（31），密封胶条（8）嵌入胶条槽中。
6.根据权利要求1所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述室内衬板（2）的型材的空腔断面为平行四边形状，与铝合金立柱（1）的连接处设有卡接定位连接斜台（22）；铝合金立柱（1）的对应部位设有加厚式连接槽。
7.根据权利要求1、2、3、4、5或6所述的铝合金明框幕墙阴角连接结构，其特征在于所述的室外压板（3）上还设有室外盖板（4），室外盖板（4）卡扣在室外压板（3）上，遮盖住室外压板（3）与铝合金立柱（1）间的固定结构。
