本发明涉及电力电缆的制造领域。
背景技术
目前使用的舰船用通信电力电缆,抗干扰性能低,耐高温、耐油、传输性能差,且生产时用料、用工较多,成本高,制造工艺陈旧、复杂、烦琐,难以与现代工业发展的工业社会相结合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对以上缺陷提供一种舰船用通信电力电缆。
本发明包括三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体,所述三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体互相绞合;在所述绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体外依次设置包带层、聚烯烃内套层、镀锡铜丝编织铠装层和聚烯烃外套层;在所述绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体与包带层之间设置填充料;所述每股大截面绝缘导体和每股小截面绝缘导体均分别包括镀锡铜导电线芯,在所述每股镀锡铜导电线芯外分别包裹交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
本发明具有优良的抗干扰性能,优良的耐高温、耐油、传输性能优越等性能,在20℃时绝缘电阻常数≥3670MΩ.km,工作温度下绝缘电阻常数为3.67MΩ.km。耐海水腐蚀绝缘电阻(20℃)最小300MΩ.km,屏蔽绝缘电阻,单独屏蔽线对及整体屏蔽之间的绝缘电阻最小1MΩ. Km,任何屏蔽及铠装之间的绝缘电阻最小0.25MΩ. km。本发明适用于舰船及水上浮动建筑物中电信设备,电器仪表及各种信息处理装置的信号传输和控制系统。

如图1所示,本发明设有三股大截面绝缘导体1和三股小截面绝缘导体2,三股大截面绝缘导体1和三股小截面绝缘导体2互相绞合;在绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体1和三股小截面绝缘导体2外依次设置包带层3、聚烯烃内套层4、镀锡铜丝编织铠装层5和聚烯烃外套层6;在绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体1和三股小截面绝缘导体2与包带层3之间设置填充料7;每股大截面绝缘导体1和每股小截面绝缘导体2均分别包括镀锡铜导电线芯8,在每股镀锡铜导电线芯8外分别包裹交联聚乙烯绝缘层9。

1.舰船用通信电力电缆,其特征在于:包括三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体,所述三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体互相绞合;在所述绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体外依次设置包带层、聚烯烃内套层、镀锡铜丝编织铠装层和聚烯烃外套层;在所述绞合的三股大截面绝缘导体和三股小截面绝缘导体与包带层之间设置填充料;所述每股大截面绝缘导体和每股小截面绝缘导体均分别包括镀锡铜导电线芯,在所述每股镀锡铜导电线芯外分别包裹交联聚乙烯绝缘层。
