本发明提供了一种超强高磷硼铸铁,由铁水与配方调料制备而成,其特征在于所述的配方调料中各原料占铁水与配方调料总重的重量百分含量为:C:2.5-4%;S:0-0.1%;Si:1.5-2.5%;P:0.2-0.4%;Cr:0.05-0.5%;Mn:0.5-1%;B:0.05-0.2%。本发明耐磨性好,使整机经久耐用,寿命长,提高了经济效益,同时耗能低,稳定性好,使组件形成良性循环,节能又减排,适于切削加工,其加工指标达到设计标准,与活塞环之间表现出最佳的顺应性能。

本发明属于铸铁领域,具体是一种超强高磷硼铸铁。
背景技术
现有的汽车空压机缸体的铸铁要么过硬容易损坏,要么过软不耐磨,影响了整机的使用寿命,耗能高,稳定性差。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种超强高磷硼铸铁。
一种超强高磷硼铸铁,由铁水与配方调料制备而成,其特征在于所述的配方调料中各原料占铁水与配方调料总重的重量百分含量为:C: 2.5—4%;S:0—0.1%;Si:1.5—2.5%;P:0.2—0.4%;Cr :0.05—0.5%;Mn:0.5—1%;B:0.05—0.2%。
所述的一种超强高磷硼铸铁,其特征在于所述的配方调料中各原料占铁水与配方调料总重的的重量百分含量为:C: 3.1—3.3%;S:0—0.1%;Si:1.7—2%;P:0.22—0.3%;Cr : 0.1—0.3%;Mn:0.6—0.8%;B:0.08—0.15%。
经反复组配,元素之间适配最佳点为B的重量百分含量占配方调料的1.5%,P的重量百分含量占配方调料的3.5%,P与B的配比为2.37:1
本发明的一种超强高磷硼铸铁,耐磨性好,使整机经久耐用,寿命长,提高了经济效益,同时耗能低,稳定性好,使组件形成良性循环,节能又减排,适于切削加工,其加工指标达到设计标准,与活塞环之间表现出最佳的顺应性能。

按图1所示工艺进行制备。

配方调料为(重量百分含量):
C: 3.2%;S:0.08%;Si:1.8%;P: 0.23%;Cr : 0.3%;Mn:0.7%;B: 0.1%,其余为铁水。
按图1所示工艺进行制备。
实施例3
配方调料为(重量百分含量):
C: 3.3%;S: 0.1%;Si: 2%;P:0.22%;Cr : 0.1%;Mn:0.6%;B:0.08%,其余为铁水。
按图1所示工艺进行制备。
