Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及真空吸尘器的领域,且特别地涉及用于真空吸尘器的清洁头。
本发明具体地与包括马达驱动的搅动器的清洁头有关。另一方面,真空吸尘器可以是任何一般类型。例如,清洁头可以是在立式真空吸尘器上的固定清洁头,或替换地,它可以是与筒式真空吸尘器或杆式真空吸尘器一起使用的地面工具的清洁头。本发明不限于旋风真空吸尘器。
背景技术
通常真空清洁器的清洁头设置有搅动器,诸如旋转刷条,用于搅动或“搅打”地面表面--特别是地毯--以改进拾取性能。
尽管吸尘器上的主真空马达可以用于驱动该搅动器,但更常见的是使用分立的专用马达驱动搅动器。该分立的马达则可以定位为靠近搅动器--常常在清洁头本身上的某处--以简化传动布置。
在特别紧凑类型的布置中,马达实际上被容置在搅动器内部,其常常采用中空圆柱形刷条的形式。在美国专利No.6,323,570中描述了该类型的布局。
将马达--或马达的一部分--容置在搅动器内部的有限空间内使得马达易于过热。因此,通常地,这些“马达位于刷条内”布置将包括某种用于抽入清洁的--不是脏的--空气通过刷条的内部以冷却马达的空气冷却方案。
发明内容
本发明的目标是提供改进的“马达位于刷条内”类型的清洁头,特别是通过试图改进用于马达的空气冷却方案。
根据本发明,提供了一种清洁头,所述清洁头具有脏空气入口、出口管和旋转刷条,所述脏空气入口设置在清洁头的主抽吸腔室中,所述出口管从主抽吸腔室延伸,用于连接至抽吸源,所述旋转刷条被容置在主抽吸腔室内部,用于搅动穿过脏空气入口接触的地面表面,刷条由容置在刷条的中空区段内部的空气冷却马达驱动,所述马达具有进气口和排气口,所述进气口和排气口流体连接至彼此,以形成通过马达的内部的空气冷却路径,其中,进气口连接至清洁头上的清洁空气入口,且排气口通过排气管道流体连接至出口管,所述排气管道绕过主抽吸腔室。
在美国专利No.6,323,570中描述的布置中,从马达排出的冷却空气随后经过主抽吸腔室。这产生了竞争的设计考虑因素:在一方面,优选的是脏空气入口较大--以最大化在使用中清洁头的有效足迹--且还优选的是清洁空气入口较小--以减少灰尘进入马达的问题;但另一方面,如果脏空气入口具有比清洁空气入口显著较大的横截面,则如果在使用中清洁头被提升离开地面,则通过马达的冷却空气的流动速率将成比例减小,这是因为通过共用抽吸源产生的可利用流空气流的大部分将被通过较大的未约束的脏空气入口被抽入,而不是通过相对较小的清洁空气入口被抽入。
通过将清洁空气入口和脏空气入口有效地并行连接至出口导管,本发明有效地解决了该问题。该类型的布置将出口管用作流动约束部,以限制通过脏空气入口抽入的可利用空气流的比例,从而较大比例的可利用空气流替代地通过清洁空气入口抽入。出口管呈现为固定空气流约束部,其用于甚至在脏空气入口完全未被约束时限制通过脏空气入口的空气流。因此,实现了有益的空气流平衡效果,而既不减少脏空气入口的面积,也不增加清洁空气入口的面积。
本发明不限于任何特定类型的马达。刷条可以“间接驱动”--经由某种传动装置驱动--或“直接驱动”。在间接驱动布置中,传动装置可以是行星齿轮布置,但这不是必要的。

具体实施方式
图1示出了立式真空吸尘器2。真空吸尘器2具有滚动头部组件4和“立式”本体8,该头部组件4承载固定清洁器头6,该本体8可相对于头部组件4倾斜且包括手柄10,用于跨地面操纵吸尘器2。在使用中,用户抓住手柄10并倾斜立式本体8,直到手柄10被布置在方便用户的高度处;用户于是可以使用手柄10跨地面滚动真空吸尘器2,以便于拾取在地面上的灰尘或其它碎屑。
真空吸尘器2通过将灰尘和碎屑夹带在“脏”空气流中来拾取灰尘和碎屑,所述“脏”空气流由吸尘器2上的真空马达通过清洁头6抽吸入。该脏空气流--在由真空马达产生的抽吸压力下--随后被输送到旋风分离装置12,在该处灰尘被从空气分离,然后相对清洁的空气被排放回到大气。
脏空气通过脏空气入口进入清洁头6。该脏空气入口是设置在可移除底板16上的相对较大的抽吸开口14的形式,在图3中示出。
底板16装配到刷条壳体18的底部上,在图4中从下侧示出,以在清洁头6内部形成主抽吸腔室20。用于主抽吸腔室20(图2)的出口管22设置在刷条壳体18的后部中。穿过抽吸开口14的脏空气(空气流在图3中由箭头示出)进入主抽吸腔室20并随后经由出口管22离开清洁头6,所述出口管22连接至吸尘器2上的上游管道,该上游管道用于通向旋风分离设备12。
中空圆柱形刷条24形式的搅动器安装在主抽吸腔室20内部,在抽吸开口14旁边,用于绕轴线A旋转。刷条24沿轴线A(图4)纵向地取向,其中刷条24的第一端部24a靠近清洁头6的相应第一端部6a,而刷条24的第二端部24b靠近清洁头6的相应第二端部6b。
刷条24主要意图于改进地毯表面上的“拾取”。在使用中,刷条24上的刷毛26穿过底板16中的抽吸开口14以穿入地毯纤维,并且在刷条旋转时刷条24的搅动动作有助于除去粘附到地毯纤维的顽固灰尘。该顽固的灰尘更容易被夹带在通过抽吸开口16被吸入清洁头6的空气流中。
旋转刷条24是由有刷马达28轴驱动的,布置为在清洁头6的第一端部6a处与刷条24共轴,如图2所示。马达扭矩经由延伸通过中空刷条24的内部驱动轴30传递。该驱动轴30经由驱动爪32从内部轴向地接合刷条24的第二端部24b,所述驱动爪32沿轴向键合到刷条24的端部中的相应键槽(在图中不可见)中。为了节省空间,马达28本身还被部分地容置在中空刷条24内部:因此,马达28的第一区段28a容置在刷条24的中空端部区段24c内部,而马达28的第二区段28b--其在该情况下包括碳刷28c(仅其中一个在图2中可见)--通过刷条24的第一端部24a延伸出。电力线(或电池)功率经由刷条24外部的碳刷28c供应至马达28。
扭矩经由行星齿轮箱34传递,所述行星齿轮箱34在该情况下直接位于马达28内,在刷条24内部。
马达28,齿轮箱34和驱动轴30通过马达安装组件36通过刷条24的第一端部24a悬出,所述马达安装组件固定在清洁头6的第一端部6a处。
刷条24的中空端部区段24c经由第一轴承38被保持在马达28和齿轮箱34周围的间隙中。该第一轴承38在保护壳体40上紧接着定位在齿轮箱34内侧,所述保护壳体40有助于阻止灰尘进入马达28和齿轮箱34。第二轴承42支撑刷条24的第二端部24b。
马达28在使用中是空气冷却的,以阻止其过热。出于该目的,冷却孔设置在马达壳体28d上:在该情况下设置两个进气口44和两个排气口46(见图5和6),但是可按需要设置更多或更少的冷却孔,只要存在至少一个进气口和至少一个排气口即可(在图2中未截取马达28,从而壳体28d和冷却孔44、46可见)。冷却孔被连接—从进气到排气--以提供通过马达28的内部空气冷却路径。
进气口44每一个由静止进气管道或通道50连接至设置在清洁头(见图1)的顶部上的清洁空气入口48。
排气口46每一个由静止排气管道或通道54连接至出口管22中的清洁空气出口52。该通道54绕过主抽吸腔室20,从而在主抽吸腔室20内部不存在清洁空气和脏空气的混合。该通道54在图7中示出,图7是清洁头6的示意图。
在使用中,主真空马达在清洁空气出口52处产生负压,所述负压将清洁空气通过清洁空气入口48抽入。该清洁空气被通过马达壳体28d上的进气口44吸引,经由静止进气管道50,且通过马达28循环至排气口46,冷却马达28。排出的废气随后经过静止排气导管54流通至清洁空气出口52,在这里,其流通到出口管22并与来自主抽吸腔室20的脏空气混合。
在使用中,清洁头6可以提升离开地面。在一些情况下,清洁头可在刷条马达28断电之前或在清洁头6被放回与地面接触之前,被提升离开地面持续较长时间段。当清洁头6没有与地面接触时,出口管22用作对通过抽吸开口14的脏空气流的约束部:有效地限制通过抽吸开口14抽入的可利用空气流的比例。通过适当地为出口管22配置尺寸,冷气空气通过刷条马达28的流动速率可被相应地“调节”,以确保在通过抽吸开口14的最大空气流的条件下--诸如当清洁头6被提升离开地面时--仍存在通过马达28的足够的冷却空气流。
出口管22是固定的流动约束部,且就其本身而言,还将限制当清洁头6与地面接触时通过抽吸开口抽入的可利用的空气流的比例,以有效地减少在抽吸开口处获得的抽吸功率。但是,在真空吸尘器中常见的是,主真空马达实际上在抽吸开口处获得比充分的拾取性能(拾取性能还被多个其他因素确定,诸如视刷条性能)严格需要的更多的空气抽吸功率瓦数,且因此在抽吸开口处的抽吸功率的减少能够常常被控制在保持充分的拾取性能所需的最优范围内。在任何情况下,清洁头的有效“足迹”--对应于抽吸开口14的面积--被保持。
清洁空气进入和离开刷条24外部的马达壳体28d。这是简单、紧凑和稳固的布置,其不具有与中空刷条实际用作空气管道以将冷却空气输送至马达的方案相关的复杂性。替换地,静止管道50、54中的一个或两者通过第一端部24a延伸进入刷条24。
马达内部的空气冷却路径可以是延伸到刷条内部的循环路径(在图7中由粗实线箭头指示),或其可以是“短路”路径(在图7中由虚线指示)。在任意情况下,冷却空气被吸引到碳刷28c上,所述碳刷在使用中运行得相对较热。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于真空吸尘器的清洁头,所述清洁头具有脏空气入口、出口管和旋转刷条,所述脏空气入口设置在清洁头的主抽吸腔室中,所述出口管从主抽吸腔室延伸,用于连接至抽吸源,所述旋转刷条被容置在主抽吸腔室内部,用于穿过脏空气入口接触地面表面并搅动该地面表面,刷条由容置在刷条的中空区段内部的空气冷却马达驱动,所述马达具有进气口和排气口,所述进气口和排气口流体连接至彼此,以形成通过马达的内部的空气冷却路径,其中,进气口连接至清洁头上的清洁空气入口,且排气口通过排出管道流体连接至出口管,所述排气管道绕过主抽吸腔室。
2.根据权利要求1所述的清洁头,其中,马达的第一区段位于刷条的中空端部区段内部,而马达的第二区段延伸出刷条的相应端部外部,排气口定位在马达的第二区段上。
3.一种真空吸尘器,具有根据权利要求1或2所述的清洁头。
